تصویب قوانین داخلی مانع پیوستن نام ایران به لیست سیاه FATF نمیشود
عضو هیأت رئیسه مجلس اعتقاد دارد تصویب لایحه اصلاح قانون مبارزه با تامین مالی تروریسم می تواند موجب قرار نگرفتن ایران در لیست سیاه FATF باشد اما سازمان های بین المللی رویکرد سیاسی دارند.
سیدامیرحسین قاضیزاده هاشمی در خصوص اینکه تصویب لایحه اصلاح قانون مبارزه با تامین مالی تروریسم می تواند از قرار گرفتن نام کشورمان در لیست سیاه FATF جلوگیری کند یا خیر، گفت: کارکرد سازمان های بین المللی کاملا سیاسی است و این مهم شامل گروه ویژه اقدام مالی نیز می شود.
نماینده مردم مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی اظهار کرد: بر این اساس سازمان های بین المللی توجه نمی کنند کشورمان در چه حوزه هایی قانون گذاری می کند بلکه به دیدگاه سیاسی کشورمان نسبت به مسائل توجه دارند.
وی ادامه داد: شنیده شده اصل اصلاحات انجام شده توسط دولت در لایحه مذکور، خواسته غرب بوده اما اعضای کمیسیون حقوقی و قضایی مجلس شورای اسلامی عنوان می کنند که لایحه ارائه شده در راستای نظر غرب تدوین و اصلاح نشده است.
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم تصریح کرد: باید اذعان کرد که قانون مبارزه با تامین مالی تروریسم کشورمان به عنوان یک قانون داخلی می تواند عاملی برای قرار نگرفتن نان کشورمان در لیست سیاه گروه ویژه اقدام مالی باشد اما مبنای آنها قانون نیست بلکه با رویکرد سیاسی عنوان می کنند باید با هر کشوری که با سیاست های آمریکا مخالف است برخورد شود.
