به شورای شهر مشهد به دلیل انتخاب چنین شهرداری تبریک می‌گویم
نماینده مردم مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: به شورای شهر مشهد به دلیل انتخاب چنین شهردار پای‌کار، جدّی و اجرایی تبریک می‌گویم.
امیرحسین قاضی‌زاده هاشمی در مراسم «آغاز عملیات اجرایی پروژه مسکونی مشارکتی 180 واحدی علویه» که امروز در خیابان پنج‌تن مشهد برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: این پروژه نمایانگر آن است که با هدف خدمت به مردم و محرومین، همه می‌توانند با هم هم‌کاری کنند و این یک خط سیری است که شروع شده است و هم‌اکنون هست و ان‌شاءالله در آینده هم خواهد بود. بسیار مهم است که در مسیر خدمت به مردم و محرومین این رضایت قلبی را داشته باشیم که ما توانسیم بخشی از این بار را برداریم.
وی ادامه داد: مشهد مشکلات بزرگی دارد که عوامل پیچیده‌ای دارند و حل این معضلات کار مؤسسات خیریه نیست. حتی اگر تمام ظرفیت خیریه‌ای که وجود دارد را هم پای کار بیاوریم. شاید تنها بتوانیم 10درصد مسئله را حل کنیم و 90درصد مسئله یک کار جهادی می‌طلبد و همه باید با هم جمع شویم تا شاید بتوانیم در یک بازه 10 تا 15ساله مشکلات را حل کنیم؛ موضوع 2 تا 5 سال آینده نیست.
قاضی‌زاده هاشمی با بیان این‌که «به شورای شهر مشهد به دلیل انتخاب چین شهردار پای‌کار، جدّی و اجرایی تبریک می‌گویم»، تصریح کرد: مدیریت شهری به عنوان مدیر شهر باید کمک کند تا این حادثه محقق شود.
نماینده مردم مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به این‌که «فرآیند اداری آغاز چنین پروژه‌هایی بسیار طولانی و پیچیده است»، بیان کرد: توصیه می‌کنم در این راستا تمام این چنین پروژه‌هایی اعلام شود و ضوابط اجرایی آن بدون ذکر نام انجام شود، باعث می‌شود روند کار بسیار کوتاه خواهد شد، چراکه امروز در کشور ما قیمت‌ها به سرعت تغییر پیدا می‌کند و قیمت تمام شده تغییر می‌کند و سرعت بخشی باعث کاهش قیمت تمام شده می‌شود.
