حوادث اخیر آنقدر پشت سرهم اتفاق میافتد که آدم گاهی دلش میخواهد دستش را بگذارد روی شانه اتفاق و بگوید: نفس بگیر و بعد ضربه جدیدی بزن!
تعرض جنسی اجازه نمیدهد نفس کشیدن نمیدهد و همین اول سال بود که در تعطیلات نوروز شنیدیم، «ندا» دختر هفت ساله مشهدی بعد از تجاوز جنسی توسط مرد میانسال خفه شد و نقطه پایانِ تمام بیرحمیهای این دنیا را گذاشت. هنوز خراسان داغدار عزای «ندا» بود که خبر آوردند، «محمدحسین» 10 سال توسط یک پسرجوان دزدیده شده و قاتل قصد تعرض به جسم او را داشته که موفق نشده و برای اینکه کسی از راز بیشرمانهاش خبردار نشود، پسرک 10 ساله را به قتل رساند و پشت میلههای زندان است.
حالا بعد از چند حادثه تلخ و ناگوار که خراسان و مشهد را به عزا نشاند، مردم نسبت به موارد کودک آزاری حساس شدهاند و اخبار مجازات قاتلان این دو طفل مشهدی را به جد پیگیری میکنند.
سال گذشته در چنین روزهایی خبر، تجاوز جنسی به دختر عقب مانده توسط روزنامه «صبح امروز» اطلاع رسانی و آسیبشناسی شد. آن زمان تنها از بیقباحتی و عقدههای سرکوب شده صحبت میکردیم. در نگاه اول فکر میکردیم افرادی که دست به چنین جرایمی میزنند حتما از سلامت عقلی و روانی کاملی برخوردار نیستند. فکر میکردیم اینجور مسائل فقط یقه حاشیهنشینان را میگیرد اما مگر آنها شهروند همین شهر نیستند؟ مگر حاشیه شهر مشهد جایی جز خطه اصیل خراسان است؟ مگر حقوق شهروندی و برخورداری از امکانات اولیه شامل حال عده خاصی میشود؟ مگر جز این است که قوانین در همه شهرها و کشورهای ایران یکسان و عادلانه پیگیری میشود؟
خبرگزاری ایسنا، روز گذشته به نقل از مدیرکل امور زنان و خانواده وزارت آموزش و پرورش خبر داد: آموزش «حقوق» به دختران از اول مهر سال تحصیلی 97 انجام میشود. همچنین در این بسته آموزشی نکات بهداشتی به دانشآموزان دختر ارائه میشود.
فکر میکردم چقدر خوب است حالا قبل از اینکه اتفاق دیگری بیافتد، قرار است آموزشهای جنسی و آگاهیها را از مدرسه شروع کنیم. قرار است دختران این سرزمین به مسائل ویژه خودشان اشراف پیدا کنند تا کمتر شاهد چنین اتفاقات تلخی و آزاردهندهای باشیم. فکر میکردیم هیچ رسانه نه در خراسان و نه در هیچ کلانشهر و شهر دیگری، خبر دلخراش مرگ یک کودک به خاطر تعرض جنسی یا اصلا امتداد زندگی کودکان با چنین حادثهای را سرخط خبرهایش نمیزند.
شب گذشته، فضای مجازی و صفحه اصلی تمام خبرگزاریها مملو از اخبار گوناگون تعرض به 17 دانشآموز در یکی از مدارس غیرانتفاعی تهران بود.
به گزارش ایسنا، تعرض به دانشآموزان یکی از مدارس غیردولتی در غرب تهران توسط یکی از نیروها که با انتشار اقرار معلم و اعتراض و شکایت خانوادهها همراه بود، واکنشهای متعددی از سوی والدین وعموم مردم را به همراه داشت. هرچند خانوادهها پرونده شکایت خود را در مراجع قضایی باز کردند، وزیر آموزش و پرورش نیز بازرس ویژه خود را مسئول رسیدگی به ماجرای آزار و اذیت دانش آموزان مدرسه منطقه ۲ تهران کرد.
گزارشات اولیه حاکی از آن بود که گروهی از دانش آموزان پسر یک دبیرستان غیردولتی در مقطع متوسطه اول در منطقه ۲ تهران توسط یکی از معلمان مدرسه مورد تعرض قرار گرفتهاند که موجب شکایت والدین این دانش آموزان شده است. این خبر واکنشهای متعددی از مسئولان تا مردم به همراه داشته است.
محمدرضا نیک نژاد، کارشناس آموزش و پرورش در واکنش به این خبر گفت: البته یک ضعف عمومی در جامعه وجود دارد. چند سال گذشته در جلسهای با موضوع آموزشهای جنسی به مدارس شرکت کردم، یکی از مسئولان آموزش و پرورش معتقد بود قصد داشتهاند آموزشهای سلامت جنسی را وارد کتب درسی کنند اما اولین کسانی که اعتراض کردهاند خود خانوادهها بودند. در واقع مسائل جنسی یک تابو در جامعه است که خانوادهها بیش از مسئولان نسبت به آن دغدغه دارند و مایل نیستند فرزندشان تحت آموزش قرار بگیرد.
بله ابعاد قبح آموزش جنسی بین خانوادهها شایع است. والدین تمایلی به دادن اطلاع جنسی به فرزندنشان را ندارند البته تاحدودی پذیرفتنی است و لابد با خودشان فکر میکنند چرا چشم و گوش بچه را خودمان باز کنیم. باید در واکنش به این تصور گفت که با چشم و گوش بسته نمیتوان ماشینِ زندگی را راند.
یک عضو کمیسیون آموزش و تحقیقات مجلس در رابطه با این جریان گفت: در رابطه با آسیبهای اجتماعی که در مدارس اتفاق میافتد ما با کسری نیرو در آموزش و پرورش مواجه هستیم و به دنبال آن شاهد آسیبهای اجتماعی در مدارس هستیم.
آسیبهای اجتماعی هر روز صبح قبل از اینکه فراش مدرسه درها را باز کند و همه چیز برای ورود بچهها به مدرسه را مهیا کند، از دیوارها بالا میروند و خیلی زودتر از بچهها پشت میزهای مدرسه منتظر مینشینند. اما چه کسی مسئول است؟ مدیر و ناظم و معلم؟ پدر و مادر و اهل خانه؟ چه کسی مسئول آموزش و آگاهی بخشی به کودکان و نوجوانان است؟
مدرسهای که این اتفاق خشن را به خود دید در یکی از مناطق نسبتا برخوردار تهران است. تصور کنید این حادثه در یکی از مدارس حاشیه شهر مشهد اتفاق بیافتد. چه کاری میتوان کرد؟ آیا والدین این بچهها توان مالی مشاورههای روحی و روانی آنان بعد از این اتفاق را دارند؟ چه به روز این بچهها میآید؟ بروز چنین رفتارهای ناسالمی در مدارس، چهره و وجاهت این مکان را تخریب نمیکند؟ چه کسی مسئول این بچهها است؟
