همه را با عشق تدریس کنند

نظام آموزشی ایران از 7 سالگی کودکان رسماً پذیرای آنها اسست. این سن، اوج دوران کودکی است. کودک در این دوره به شدت نیازمند تفریح، بازی، دوست یابی بین گروه همسالان، کشف و شهود و … است.

اما ما در مدارس چه می کنیم؟ به بچه هفت ساله، دستکم 5 کتاب می دهیم که باید همه آنها را بخواند و امتحان دهد.کودک 7 ساله، باید نظم پادگانی مدرسه را رعایت کند، ساعت های متمادی در کلاس بنشیند و ساکت باشد، دقایق معدودی را به هواخوری برود، مدام با استرس امتحان دهد و با همکلاسی‌هایش رقابت درسی کند چراکه هر لحظه در معرض مقایسه است و ممکن است تحقیر و حتی تنبیه شود.

طبیعی است که در چنین فضایی پادگانی و بسته ای، کودک لحظه شماری می کند که ساعات طولانی مدرسه پایان یابد و او به خانه برود.

اما زنگ آخر مدرسه، پایان رنج های تحمیلی بر کودک نیست. او در حالی مدرسه را ترک می‌کند که کلی “مشق” دارد که باید در خانه بنویسد. او مجبور است بخش مهمی از زمانش در خانه را به جای تعامل با اعضای خانواده و گروه دوستانش، به انجام “تکلیف” بپردازد و همواره در اضطراب و دودلی باشد که الان برنامه مورد علاقه‌اش در تلویزیون را ببیند یا تمرین املا کند یا الان با همسالانش بازی کند یا تکالیف ریاضی اش را حل کند؟
