300میلیارد ریال به حاشیه شهر مشهد اختصاص یافت
فرماندار مشهد گفت: با همکاری و همیاری نمایندگان مشهد در مجلس شورای اسلامی 300 میلیارد ریال بودجه ویژه حاشیه این کلانشهر امسال اختصاص یافته است.
محمدرحیم نوروزیان در نشست شورای اداری شهرستان مشهد افزود: پارسال هزار میلیارد ریال پروژه در مشهد آغاز شد که هم اکنون در حال اجرا و پیگیری بوده و این قبیل اقدامات به کاهش ناهنجاریها در مشهد انجامیده است.
وی ادامه داد: میانگین شیوع مواد مخدر در مشهد از میانگین کشوری پائین تر و بخش عمده آن مربوط به حاشیه شهر است. کاهش 34 درصدی مرگ و میر ناشی از مواد مخدر و کاهش 10 درصدی زندانیان مواد مخدر در مشهد از دیگر موفقیت های بدست آمده است که نتیجه همکاری نماینده ولی فقیه در خراسان رضوی، شورای شهر، فرمانداری، شهرداری مشهد و دیگر دستگاهها است.
فرماندار مشهد به درآمد عظیم ناشی از هزینه زائران در این شهر نیز اشاره و بیان کرد: این درآمدها تبدیل به پولهای سرگردان در دست شهروندان مشهدی می شود که موجب شکل گیری همین موسسات از جمله میزان و بروز مشکلات آنان شده است.
وی به خاتمه یافتن پرداخت عمده مطالبات و مشکلات مردم و سپرده گذاران در مشهد اشاره و بیان کرد: نزدیک به 40 هزار میلیارد ریال از دست مردم جمع و در موسسه میزان سپرده گذاری شده بود که 80 درصد آن در قالب مبالغ سپرده گذاری زیر 200 میلیون ریال بود. این پول می توانست در قالب ایجاد کارگروههای اشتغال جذب شود و در اقتصاد مشهد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
نوروزیان ادامه داد: سالانه 30 میلیون زائر و در ایام تعطیلات روزانه بطور متوسط 450 هزار نفر وارد مشهد می شوند با این حال مشهد جزو ارزانترین شهرهای ایران بوده و هیچگونه مشکل امنیتی و ترافیکی نیز در این چارچوب گزارش نشده است.
وی گفت: با این وجود زیرساختهای مشهد پاسخگوی نیازهای زائران و مجاوران نیست و باید به این شهر به عنوان یک موضوع ملی از سوی مسئولان نگریسته شود.
فرماندار مشهد همچنین بر لزوم اصلاح تقسیمات سیاسی این شهرستان تاکید و بیان کرد: به عنوان مثال چارت سازمانی بخشداری مرکزی با 300 هزار نفر جمعیت امکانات لازم را برای رسیدگی به مسائل و مشکلات ندارد. در حالی که در برخی نقاط کشور بدون هیچ لزومی شهرستان جدید بوجود می آید و تنش ایجاد می کند اما در مشهد اینچنین تنشهایی وجود نداشته و نخواهد داشت چنانچه پیش از این مناطقی از شهرستان بدون هیچ تنشی جدا و منجر به کاهش مشکلات شده است.
وی افزود: بخشهایی که پیشتر از مشهد جداشده اند مشکلاتشان رفع شده است. از جمله شهرستان بینالود که آخرین بخش جد اشده است و هم اکنون وضع خوبی دارد.
نوروزیان در ادامه به کاهش شدید بارندگی اشاره و بیان کرد: تابستان امسال حتما مشکل خواهیم داشت .
وی همچنین تاکید کرد: مشهد بخاطر وجود بارگان پربرکت امام رضا(ع) تبدیل به مشهد فعلی شده لذا فضای فرهنگی این شهر نیز باید متناسب با مشهدالرضا(ع) باشد. هیچکس اقدام رخ داده در برج سلمان را تایید نمی کند اما در نحوه برخورد با این موضوع حرف داریم. نباید در مسیری قرار گیریم که دشمنان از آن سوءاستفاده کنند. وقایع دی ماه پارسال با تدبیر مدیریت شد و نباید مساله برج سلمان به نقطه ای منفی تبدیل شود.
