«قانون» هر کشوری ناموس آن است
نماینده مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: «قانون» هر کشوری، ناموس آن کشور و مهمترین عامل ثبات آن کشور است و میزان پایبندی به «قانون» و حساسیت در اجرای آن در هر کشوری نشاندهنده اوج اقتدار آن کشور است.
حجتالاسلام و المسلمین نصراله پژمانفر افزود: هدف اصلی نقضکنندگان آشکار قانون، هنجارشکنی و ساختارشکنی عمیق برای ورود به عرصههای دیگر به خصوص ایستادگی در برابر نظام است که روی آن سرمایهگذاری سنگینی شده است.
عضو فراکسیون نمایندگان ولایی مجلس اقتدار «قانون» در کشورهای توسعه یافته را یادآور شد و افزود: «قانون» در بسیاری از کشورهای جهان به ویژه در کشورهای توسعهیافته با وجود فاقد اصول و پشتوانه منطقی بودن اما تلاش میشود اجرا شود. نمونه این کشورها، انگلستان است که قوانین بیپایه و اساسی را برای مراسمهای دربار و ملکه دارد.
نماینده مردم مشهد در مجلس تاکید کرد: این مسئله نشان میدهد حفظ نظام پادشاهی انگلستان در گرو پایبندی به قوانین دربار و ملکه است اما متاسفانه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران با وجودی که قوانین به خصوص عفاف و حجاب که امروز دنیا به چشم یک «ارزش انسانی» به آن مینگرد و از آن گذشته ماهیت منطقی، عرفی و عقلی دارد، توسط معدود دختران هنجارشکن در زمینه حجاب هتک شده و خدشهدار میشود و توسط برخی کانالها و روزنامههای زنجیرهای معاند نیز ترویج میشود.
وی متذکر شد: اگر این افراد و سایتها منطق داشته باشند، مینشینند و درباره منطق و چرایی تصویب قانون فوق صحبت میکنند.
نایب رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس هدف نقضکنندگان آشکار «قانون» را هنجارشکنی و ساختارشکنی عمیق برای ورود به عرصههای دیگر به خصوص ایستادگی در برابر نظام دانست و افزود: دشمنان نظام روی این مسئله سرمایهگذاری سنگینی کردهاند. هدف آنان از طرحریزی و پیاده کردن این ایدهها جز ایستادگی در برابر نظام اسلامی نیست و بسیار طبیعی است که باید در برابر این جریان ایستاد.
پژمانفر ادامه داد: هنجارشکنان در حالی عبور از «قانون» را مطرح میکنند که در هیچ جای دنیا حتی در کشورهایی که قوانینشان پشتوانه منطقی ندارد چنین چیزی را بر نمیتابند. در این کشورها هرگز از تمایل داشتن یا نداشتن افراد برای اجرای «قانون» سخن گفته نمیشود بلکه همه آحاد جامعه مسئول و ملتزم به رعایت قانون هستند.
عضو فراکسیون نمایندگان ولایی مجلس اظهار نگرانی کرد: بنده امروز در برابر روحیه تسامح و تساهل دستگاههای امنیتی و نظارتی در برابر قانونشکنان و سکوت در برابر ایده «مذاکره» و «مباحثه» با قانونشکنان و تلاش برای متقاعد کردن آنان برای اجرای قانون، نگرانم. روح مسئله نشان میدهد آنان در پی نهادینه کردن و عمیق کردن تخطی از قانون بین طبقات مختلف اجتماعی هستند. این مسئله «انحراف» در نظام هر کشوری است و باید در برابر آن محکم ایستاد.
نماینده مردم مشهد در مجلس، انعطاف نیروی انتظامی در اغتشاشات خیابان گلستان هفتم را مورد اشاره قرار داد و افزود: بنده بر خلاف افرادی که رفتار منعطف و بدون سلاح نیروی انتظامی در برابر هنجارشکنها، قانونشکنها و اسلحه به دستها که با تخریب اموال شخصی و عمومی مردم در خیابان گلستان هفتم آشوب و ناامنی به وجود آوردند را امتیاز میدانند، مخالفم و آن را نقطه ضعف میدانم، در هیچ جای دنیا در برابر قانونشکنها چنین رفتاری ندارند.
نایب رئیس کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس ادامه داد: برخی برای هنجارشکن احترام و حرمت قائل میشوند، این کار به نظر بنده نوعی «مغالطه» است. کاری که در ظاهر استدلال دارد و به نظر صحیح میرسد ولی دارای خطا در «دلیلآوری» است چون نقض کننده قانون به ارزشها و قوانین کشور پایبند نیست و بیاحترامی به قانون را در ملاء عام به نمایش گذاشته است.
