چالش بازار کار، نیروی بی مهارت است
مدیرکل کار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی در خراسان رضوی گفت: یکی از چالشهای اصلی بازار کار امروز در کنار مشکل فرهنگ کار، بحث فقدان مهارت نیروی کار است. ما نمیتوانیم علیرغم فرصتهای شغلی در بخش خصوصی به این مورد پاسخ دهیم.
محمد سنجری در شورای اداری شهرستان در فرمانداری مشهد اظهار کرد: اشتغال به عنوان یکی از دغدغههای اصلی مسئولان نظام در جامعه مطرح بوده و در سخنان و فرمایشات مقام معظم رهبری و سیاستگذاریهای کلان ایشان نیز توجه به بحث اشتغال جزو اولویتهاست.
وی افزود: امروز یک چالش و مشکل اصلی خانوادهها بحث بیکاری جوانها مخصوصا جوانهای فارغالتحصیل است که به عنوان سرمایههای فرهنگی این مملکت درگیر هستند و ما نتوانستیم از ظرفیت آنها در جهت توسعه کشور استفاده کنیم.
مدیرکل کار، تعاون و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی گفت: از ابتدای نامگذاری سال 96 در ستاد فرماندهی اقتصاد مقاومتی برنامهریزی لازم در حوزههای مختلف برای تحقق شعار سال انجام شد. یکی از ارکان اشتغال در قالب بسته فراگیر اشتغال با برنامههای متنوع و متعددی در آن ستاد تصویب و به استانها ابلاغ و از ابتدای سال 96 برنامههای لازم در حوزههای مختلف انجام شد. اشتغال و امتیاز بسته فراگیر اشتغال این است که تقریبا تمام نیازی که در بخشهای مختلف متقاضیان دارند را دیده است.
سنجری با بیان اینکه یکی از چالشهای اصلی بازار کار امروز در کنار مشکل فرهنگ کار، بحث فقدان مهارت نیروی کار است، عنوان کرد: ما نمیتوانیم علیرغم فرصتهای شغلی در بخش خصوصی به این مورد پاسخ دهیم به این دلیل که نیروی کار ما مهارت لازم و مورد نیاز بازار کار را ندارد. به همین جهت نیاز بود که دولت در تدوین بسته فراگیر اشتغال تمام نیازها را دیده و تمام اقشار را مدنظر قرار دهد.
وی ادامه داد: همچنین اشتغال افرادی که توان خروج از منزل را ندارند و می توانند درون منزل کار کنند نیز مدنظر است. افراد آسیبپذیر جامعه نیز مطرح هستند. در کنار آن بحث اشتغال روستائیان و بنگاههای اقتصادی موجود و افراد متقاضی سرمایه گذاری در حوزه اقتصادی نیز وجود دارد. به همین دلیل ما در قانون برنامه ششم ظرفیتهای خوبی در حوزههای مختلف و در راستای وظایف سازمانهای مختلف در رابطه با اشتغال و در کنار آن، سیاستهای کلان اشتغال را ایجاد کردیم.
