تنها 3 مدیرکل زن داریم
در چهارمین دوره شورای شهر مشهد دو زن توانتسند رای اعتماد مردم را جلب کنند. یکی از آن ها «شهناز رمارم» است که روز گذشته گفت‌وگویی با رسانه ملی داشت و به عنوان عضو هیات رئیسه شورای شهر مشهد سهم زنان در مدیریت خراسان رضوی را تشریح کرد که در ادامه می‌خوانید.
شهناز رمارم با حضور در رسانه ملی درباره نقش و جایگاه زنان پس از انقلاب اسلامی افزود: اگرچه از دوران انقلاب تاکنون نرخ باسوادی زنان از 35 درصد به 89 درصد افزایش و فاصله باسوادی زنان و مردان از 24 درصد به 10 درصد کاهش یافته است و حتی زنان در تحصیلات دانشگاهی از آقایان پیشی هم گرفته‌اند اما هنوز در عرصه اعتماد به زنان در جایگاه‌های مدیریتی کمبود داریم.
وی ادامه داد: از 200 مدیرکل استان تنها سه نفر از بین بانوان انتخاب شده‌اند و از حدود 5000 شغل مدیریتی در استان تنها 73 مدیر زن داریم که از این موارد 50 نفر در سِمت مشاور امور بانوان فعالیت می‌کنند و تنها سه مدیرکل زن در استان داریم.
عضو شورای شهر مشهد با اشاره به اینکه «انقلاب اسلامی موجب هویت بخشی و بالا رفتن اعتماد به نفس بانوان در عرصه‌های اجتماعی شده است و بانوان از متن به حاشیه آمده‌اند»، خاطرنشان کرد: در زمان نهضت معمار کبیر انقلاب زنان را دوشادوش مردان خواندند و این موضوع باعث شد تا زنان در عرصه‌های تاریخی نقش آفرینی کنند. امام خمینی (ره) فرمودند این خرابه‌ای که تحویل گرفته‌ایم را نمی‌توان فقط به دستان مردان ساخت. قانون اساسی هم فرصت‌های برابر و خوبی در اختیار بانوان قرار داده است و این انگیزه و اعتماد به نفس حاصل از نظرات امام و قانون اساسی بستری را فراهم کرد که زنان ما از آن به خوبی استفاده کردند.
وی اضافه کرد: مشارکت بانوان در تمام عرصه‌ها ادامه یافت، به گونه‌ای که در انتخابات سال جاری در شهر مشهد مشارکت زنان از مردان پیشی گرفت.
رمارم اجازه مردان و در واقع پدران را برای تحصیل دختران اولین قدم این افزایش سطح تحصیلات و مشارکت زنان در جامعه خواند و گفت: زمانی که خیرین مدرسه ساز هم می‌بینند در محلی مدرسه دخترانه وجود ندارد به ساخت آن همت می‌گمارند.
وی در پاسخ به سوالی درخصوص اهمیت بنیان خانواده و اجتماع عنوان کرد: خانه زیربنا و مهم ترین نهاد اجتماع است؛ اما این موضوع نافی نقش اجتماعی بانوان نیست.
عضو شورای شهر مشهد خواستار این شد که تمام بار نهاد خانواده برعهده بانوان قرار نگیرد و عنوان کرد: با تغییر سبک زندگی باید نقش‌ها نیز تغییر و همه اعضای خانواده نقشی در مدیریت خانه ایفا کنند. اگر این اتفاق نیافتد خانواده دچار عدم تعادل می‌شود و این موضوع منجر به سست شدن بنیان خانواده می‌گردد.
وی با اشاره به تصمیم دولت مبنی بر استفاده از زنان در 30 درصد جایگاه‌های مدیریتی کشور گفت: تبعیض موجود در جامعه مهم ترین دغدغه دختران است. زنان در حوزه آموزش توانسته‌اند جایگاه خود را پیدا کنند اما در حوزه اشتغال و مدیریت هنوز تبعیض وجود دارد.
عضو هیات رئیسه شورای شهر تاکید کرد: تبعیض‌ها در حوزه زنان به صورت دستوری قابل حل نیست؛ زنان ما آنقدر به بلوغ رسیده‌اند که در هر حوزه‌ای تصمیم بگیرند و همانگونه که رضاخان نتوانست آن پوشش اجباری و کشف حجاب را به زنان تحمیل کند راه تبلیغ حجاب نیز دستوری و از بالا به پایین نیست.
رمارم در پاسخ به اینکه بار مالی خانواده به دوش مردان است و برخی رشته‌های شغلی مناسب زنان نیستند، خاطرنشان کرد: در نگاه سنتی این گونه بود اما در حال حاضر زنان در کنار مردان ایفای نقش می‌کنند. تحصیل زنان باید منجر به اشتغال شود. اگر رشته‌ای مناسب دختران نیست چرا اصلا در این رشته‌ها تحصیل کردند؟ به طور مثال دختری که در رشته مهندسی نفت تحصیل کرده است چرا نباید به اندازه آقایان هم‌طراز خود از فرصت شغلی برخوردار باشد؟
عضو شورای شهر مشهد با اشاره به رشد سطح بهداشتی بانوان عنوان کرد: افزایش امید به زندگی در زنان از 58 سال به 76 سال هم از دیگر دستاوردهاست؛ قوانین حمایتی خوبی در حوزه زنان وجود دارد که البته در اجرای آنها کمی مشکل وجود دارد.
