15 بهمن 57: نخست وزیری بازرگان

بدون هیچ تردیدی بزرگترین و مهم ترین رویداد قرن بیستم در ایران را میتوان پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در 22 بهمن 1357 خورشیدی دانست؛ انقلابی که به رهبری امام خمینی توانست بسیاری از معادله‌های جهانی و روابط قدرت‌های بزرگ را تغییر دهد و تحول گسترده ای در نظام بین الملل ایجاد کند.

روزهایی ماندگار و فراموش نشدنی در تاریخ ملت بزرگ ایران که رساترین فریاد تاریخ، یعنی امام خمینی آن را رهبری کرد و به فرجام رساند و برای حفظ آن، با تمام وجود تلاش کرد. انقلابی که مبتنی بر بینش عمیق توحیدی و الهام گرفته از انقلاب سرخ عاشورای حسینی بود. اکنون بعد از گذشت نزدیک به چهار دهه از ان روزها .همچنان صحبت از انچه در روزهای پر شور منتهی به انقلاب اسلامی ایران می‌گذشت. برای همگان و به خصوص نسل جدید که در ان روزها هنوز به دنیا نیامده ویا کوچک بوده اند بسیار جذاب و هیجان‌آور است. به همین دلیل ما نیز در روزنامه صبح امروز بر آن شدیم تا در سی و نهمین سالگرد این واقعه عظیم تاریخی و دینی به بررسی وقایع مهم انقلاب بپردازیم .

 

انتخاب مهندس بازرگان به عنوان اولین نخست وزیر انقلاب اسلامی

شامگاه 14 بهمن جلسه مهمی با حضور اعضای شورای انقلاب اسلامی در اقامتگاه امام(ره) در دبستان علوی شماره 2 در خیابان عین‌الدوله ایران برگزار شد و تا ساعت 11 شب ادامه داشت.

در این جلسه مهندس بازرگان به عنوان نخست‌وزیر تعیین و حکم وی به تاریخ 15 بهمن 1357 صادر شد .

به دنبال جلسه روز گذشته شوراي انقلاب ـ كه نخست وزيری دولت موقت به مهندس بازرگان پيشنهاد شده بود ـ اين شورا براي گرفتن جواب از وی تشكيل جلسه داد.

بازرگان درباره اين جلسه می‌گويد: ابتدا پس از تشكراز حسن ظن آقايان، گفتم «اگر بنده را نامزد نخست وزيري نماييد با علم و اطلاع از افكار و اخلاق و سوابقم خواهد بود… همه مي‌دانيد كه من معتقد به دمكراسي و مشورت و اعتقاد به ديگران هستم و از تندي و تعجيل احتراز دارم و علاقمند به مطالعه و علم تدريجي هستم. حال اگر با اين سوابق و شرايط قبولم داريد، پيشنهاد فرماييد.»

عكس‌العمل مثبت يا منفي در مجلس نديدم. سكوت و قبولی و اصرار مجدد آقايان روحاني عضو شورا و امام در برابر شرايط و اتمام حجت من باعث تعجبم شد و انتظار آن را نداشتم.

 

سوابق بازرگان قبل از نخست وزیری

مهدی بازرگان متولد 10 شهریور 1286 در تهران است.بازرگان در ابتدا مخالف دخالت در سیاست بود اما با تشکیل دولت محمد مصدق وارد فعالیت سیاسی شد. او در ابتدا به عنوان معاون وزیر فرهنگ کابینه اول مصدق برگزیده شد و سپس از طرف مصدق به عنوان رئیس هیئت خلع ید از شرکت نفت انگلیس انتخاب شد. وی در اواخر دولت دوم مصدق، اولین شبکه لوله‌کشی آب تهران را تأسیس کرد. و پس از سقوط دولت مصدق در جریان کودتای 28 مرداد ،همچنان به عنوان یک فعال سیاسی باقی ماند و نهضت مقاومت ملی را که در ان بسیاری از طرفداران مصدق حضور داشتند برای مبارزه سیاسی سازمان داد.

 

دیگر رخدادهای مهم

حضرت امام طی یک سخنرانی جوانان را به ادامه اعتصاب و تظاهرات فرا خواند.

شاپور بختیار گفت: درهای مذاكره با آیت‌الله خمینی همچنان باز است. جمهوری اسلامی برای من مجهول است. وی افزود كه من نه با شاه و نه با (امام) خمینی سازش نمی‌كنم و اجازه تشكیل دولت موقت را به او (امام خمینی) نمی‌دهم.

رادیو عدن: عده زیادی از افسران پایگاه هوایی همدان، در پایگاه بازداشت و زندانی شدند. وزرای خارجه آمریكا و انگلیس طی دیدار دیوید اوئن از آمریكا، در مورد اوضاع ایران به گفتگو نشستند. بغداد نیز با اعزام هیأتی به عربستان، به بررسی اوضاع ایران و منطقه پرداخت.

ژنرال‌هایزر، فرستاده ویژه آمریكا به ایران، با اتمام مأموریت حساس خود و مذاكرات مكرر با مقامات ایرانی، عازم آمریكا شد. سخنگوی وزرات خارجه آمریكا گفت:‌هایزر سعی كرد تا نظامیان ایران از بختیار حمایت كنند. وی به این علت ایران را ترك كرد كه اقامت وی به احساسات ضد آمریكایی در ایران دامن می‌زد.

بنا به گزارش دولت آمریكا، ایران به علت كمبود مالی در اثر از دست دادن فروش نفت، قرارداد ده میلیارد دلاری خرید اسلحه از آمریكا را لغو كرد. گفتنی است چون امریكا نظام سلطنتی ایران را در خطر می‌دید، فروش این سلاح‌ها، از جمله چندین فروند آواكس را به مصلحت خویش نمی‌دید. لذا یكی از مأموریت‌های‌هایزر، بر هم زدن این قرارداد به نحوی بود كه آمریكا متضرر نشود.

خانواده‌های همافران و درجه‌داران بازداشتی و نیروی هوایی، با تجمع در دادگستری به عنوان اعتراض به دستگیری آن‌ها،‌ خواهان آزادی این همافران شدند. همافران نیروی هوایی در بهبهان به عنوان طرفداری از امام خمینی، دست به راهپیمایی زدند.

از سوی آیت‌الله گلپایگانی، اعلامیه‌ای خطاب به نمایندگان مجلس، هیأت دولت و امراء ارتش، منتشر شد. آیت‌الله سید محمد باقر صدر با ارسال نامه‌ای از عراق برای حضرت امام، از مبارزات ملت ایران حمایت كرد. به مناسبت ورود حضرت امام به ایران، از سوی آیت‌الله مرعشی نجفی تلگرامی برای ایشان ارسال شد.

خبرگزاری فرانسه: آیت‌الله شریعتمداری اظهار داشت: اختلاف جزئی بین آیات عظام با مذاكره مرتفع خواهد شد. دولت بختیار برداشت از پس‌انداز و سپرده‌های بانكی مردم را محدود كرد.

یك خبرگزاری ژاپنی گزارش داد: یك نماینده از سوی امام خمینی، با برژنف در بلغارستان، ملاقات و گفتگو كرده است.

تذكر: برژنف از سیزدهم تا هفدهم ژانویه 1979، مطابق با بیست و سوم دی ماه 1357، در بلغارستان بسر می‌برده است. شهردار تهران در حضور حضرت امام استعفاء كرد. امام سپس وی را مجددا به عنوان شهردار منصوب كردند. جواد شهرستانی از سوی دولت بختیار ممنوع‌الخروج شد. گروهی از نمایندگان مستعفی مجلس شورا با حضرت امام دیدار كردند.

رادیو لندن: از تظاهرات دیشب تهران هیچ گزارشی كه حاكی از برخورد مردم با نظامیان باشد، نرسیده است. دو تن از وزرای سابق به نام‌های عبدالمجید مجیدی و هوشنگ نهاوندی، توسط فرمانداری نظامی بازداشت شدند. خسرو قشقایی پس از بیست و پنج سال تبعید در آمریكا، به ایران بازگشت. وی یكی از رهبران ایل قشقایی است.
