دولت باید گرههای اقتصادی را باز کند
یک کارشناس مسائل اقتصادی گفت: دولت باید با خرد بیشتری گرههای اقتصادی کشور را باز کند.
محسن خنداندل با بیان اینکه یکی از نکات مهم سطح انتظارات عمومی از دولت موضوع رفاه عمومی است، افزود: جدا از مباحث فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی که وجود دارد موضوع رفاه عمومی یکی از مسایلی بوده که با معیشت و زندگی مردم سروکار داشته و مردم نیز به این امر بسیار اهمیت میدهند و همواره آن را با دقت نظر خاصی رصد میکنند.
این کارشناس مسائل اقتصادی افزود: امروزه دولت تصمیماتی مبنی بر کاهش قیمت تخممرغ، کاهش عوارض خروج از کشور، لغو افزایش قیمت سوخت و واریز سهام عدالت گرفته که بنده از دو منظر به آن نگاه خواهم کرد.
خنداندل عنوان کرد: در گام نخست این سوال مطرح میشود که آیا زمانی که ما یکسری تصمیماتی را در حوزههای رفاهی برای مردم گرفتیم آیا این تصمیمات تحت تاثیر یک رفتار کارشناسانه و مبتنی بر خرد گرفته شده یا تصمیمی لحظهای، مقطعی و تحت تاثیر یک برانگیختگی سیاسی و… بوده است؟
وی تصریح کرد: گران شدن تخممرغ میتوانست عوامل مختلفی داشته باشد ولی باید بعد از گرانی مسئولان اعلام میکردند که علت آن آنفولانزا بوده است. اگر از ابتدا این مساله به مردم گفته میشد برخی نارضایتیها در میان مردم به وجود نمیآمد.
این کارشناس مسائل اقتصادی خاطرنشان کرد: اگر یک رفتار اقتصادی و کارشناسی در موضوع عوارض خروج از کشور صورت گرفته چرا امروز بایستی بر اساس فشارهای مجازی که ایجاد شد تصمیم خود را تغییر دهیم؟
خنداندل تاکید کرد: اگر قرار است در حوزه سهام عدالت عنوان کنیم که هر فردی 500 هزار تومان واریز کند تا ما سهام شما را به یک میلیون تومان برسانیم و بعد از آن سود سهام را توزیع کنیم و بعد از آن عقب مینشینیم این رفتار به نظر من اصلا کارشناسی شده نخواهد بود.
وی بیان کرد: این رفتارهای غیر کارشناسی باعث بروز یکسری افکار جدید در ذهنها و به تبع آن منجر به رفتارهای بیرونی میشود، انتظار من از دولتی که نام خود را تدبیر و امید گذاشته این است که باید با یک خرد بیشتر وارد قضایا مختلف شود.
این کارشناس مسائل اقتصادی گفت: به نظر من در این مقطع هرچند که ممکن است این تصمیمات گرفته شده از سوی دولت مثبت تلقی شود اما کارشناسی شده نیست.
وی اظهار کرد: ما در خصوص یکسری مطالبات به حق رفاهی و عمومی مردم صحبت میکنیم که به نظر من دولت با انتخاب حوزه رکود اقتصادی به این موارد دامن زده و برای اینکه تورم را حفظ کند رکود را حفظ کرده و به ناتوانی خود در افزایش سطح رفاه عمومی جامعه دامن زده است.
خنداندل با بیان اینکه ما نباید سطح انتظارات عمومی مردم را در حد اغتشاشگر و فتنهگر پایین آوریم، ادامه داد: این مطالباتی بوده که به حق عنوان میشود و دولت وظیفه دارد دغدغههای مردم را رفع کند.
وی افزود: ما نباید با افکار مردم معامله کنیم و اگر تصمیمی را اتخاذ میکنیم باید کاملا کارشناسانه باشد، ما بایستی افکار عمومی را محترم بدانیم و از آنها بخواهیم مطالبات خود را به صورت متعادل و با آرامش بیان کنند.
