قطع‌کردن ریشه‌های دوستی همیشه اولین راهی است که به ذهن می‌رسد. به محض پیش‌آمدن مشکلات در رابطه دوستانه و خانوادگی، خوبی‌ها و بدی‌ها را یک‌جا زیر پا می‌گذاریم و پایان دوستی‌ها و گاهی هم روابط حیاتی زندگیمان نقطه می‌گذاریم و بعد از آن همه چیز به یکباره تمام می‌شود. اما موضوع این‌جا است که در بعضی مواقع قطع رابطه برای عده‌ای سخت‌تر از دیگران و برای برخی دیگر به مراتب ساده‌تر و سوال اینجاست که این همه تفاوت از کجا نشات می‌گیرد؟ یا اینکه چرا برخی از افراد بعد از قطع رابطه دوستانه خویش بیشتر آسیب می‌بینند و برخی کمتر؟ در این زمینه گفت‌وگویی داشتیم با مهدی بهادرزاده، کارشناس ارشد روانشناسی و استاد دانشگاه.

 

روی هدفتان پافشاری کنید

وی با اشاره اهمیت هدف در نوع ارتباط با اطرافیانمان افزود: هدفی که ما در برقراری روابطمان با اطرافیان دنبال می‌کنیم، اگر کوتاه مدت باشد و زمان معین و مشخصی داشته باشد بعد از برآورده‌ شدن خواسته مشخص، رابطه دوستانه تمام می‌شود و فرد یا افراد ارتباطشان را با یکدیگر کمتر یا به کلی قطع می‌کنند. پس در برقراری روابط برای ما هدف در اولویت است و نشانگر دلیل دوستی دو یا چند نفر است. اما این موضوع در گروه‌های مختلف تفاوت زیادی دارد، معنای قطع رابطه در حلقه دوستان هم‌جنس، افراد خانواده و دختر و پسر تفاوت زیادی دارد.

در بعضی از خانواده‌ها این طرز فکر وجود دارد که والدین تمایل زیادی به ارتباط داشتن فرزندانشان با حلقه هم‌سن‌ها یا دیگر افراد هم‌جنس فرزندشان ندارند و به اصطلاح می‌گویند: «رفیق بازی خوب نیست». خانواده اجازه نمی‌دهند که فرزندشان رفت و آمد دوستانه و حضور در حلقه‌های کوچک دوستی با سن و سالان خودش را تجربه کنند و از طرفی فرد به دلیل اینکه افراد خانواده را می‌شناسد و با آنها ارتباط دارد، تمایل به برقراری دوستی با سایر افراد خارج از خانواده دارد اما خانواده برای آنها محدودیت‌هایی را ایجاد می‌کند. در نتیجه فرد از سر کنجکاوی با هرکسی ارتباط برقرار کند و به دلیل اینکه این کار دور از چشم والدین و بدون نظارت آنان انجام می‌شود خب متوجه صدمات، آسیب‌های و شکست‌های متعددی می‌شوند. ما باید راه‌های برقراری ارتباط موثر به فرزندانمان را یاد بدهیم و آنان را حمایت کنیم.

 

هرچه تنهاتر، افسرده‌تر

مهدی بهادرزاده افزود: انسان موجودی اجتماعی است و تمایل به برقراری ارتباط با هم‌نوعان خود دارد. هرچقدر ما از جامعه و ارتباطات دوستانه فاصله بگیریم بیشتر در معرض اختلالات روحی و روانی هستیم. کسانی که بیشتر از اندازه به خودشان و تنهاییشان اهمیت می‌دهند، معمولا جامعه‌گریزتر هستند، دچار افسردگی می‌شوند. همه ما نیاز به جامعه دوستان داریم، چون انسان ذاتا تمایل به حمایت از حلقه‌های مختلف دوستان داریم. اگر انسان از دامنه دوستان خود اطمینان داشته باشد یعنی بداند که اگر اتفاقی برای او پیش بیاید، می‌تواند در شرایط بحرانی زندگی به افراد مختلفی رجوع کند و فشار و بار روانی مشکلات را تقسیم کند، این فرد از امنیت روانی بالایی برخوردار است. در واقع دامنه روابط دوستانه او مانند یک چتر عمل می‌کنند که هر چه دوستی‌های فرد دامنه وسیع‌تری داشته باشد، آسیب‌های زندگی با شدت کمتری به او برخورد می‌کند. برای مثال اگر دچار مشکلی شود می‌داند که دوست وکیل، روانشناس، نجار، معلم و… دارد که می‌تواند به آنها رجوع کند و کمک بگیرد. پشتوانه و حمایت دوستان بار روانی مثبتی را برای فرد ایجاد می‌کند.

 

ترس از قطع رابطه

این استاد دانشگاه علمی کاربردی چناران بیان کرد: مشکلات اساسی در شکست‌های عاطفی و قطع رابطه ناشی از مشخص نبودن هدف دوستی بین دو نفر است. فرد فکر می‌کند که در ابتدایی آشنایی هدف این دوستی مشخص است، مثلا بین خودشان مطرح کردند که بهتر است مدتی باهم دوست باشیم تا بیشتر آشنا شویم، خب سوال اینجاست بعد از این باهم به خوبی آشنا شدیم تکلیف چیست؟ هدف اصلی از برقراری این رابطه چه چیزی بوده؟ این مطلب باید در همان ابتدا مشخص شود. بهتر از قبل شکل‌گیری روابط عاطفی و دوستانه هدف از برقراری این رابطه با پافشاری برای خودمان مشخص کنیم تا در مراحل بعد دچار شکست‌های احساسی نشویم. غیرممکن است که فردی بخواهد بدون هدف خاصی با کسی ارتباط برقرار کند. تمام ارتباطاتی که به قطع رابطه منجر می‌شود مشکلش این است که در همان ابتدا هدف را معین نکردند و حالا به مشکلات اساسی برخورد کرده‌اند. معمولا ما در این نوع مشکلات وقتی پای حرف‌های دو طرف می نشینیم متوجه می‌شود که هر کدام از آنها پیش‌فرض‌ها و تصورات خودشان را از این دوستی داشتند و رک و راست از همان شروع رابطه همه چیز برای یکدیگر باز نکردند؛  مشکل این است که افراد دچار ترس از بهم خوردن روابطشان هستند.

 

تحریم چیزی را حل نمی‌کند

این کارشناس ارشد روانشناسی تاکید کرد: افرادی که پس از شکست عاطفی بیشترین ضربه را متحمل می‌شوند معمولا کسانی هستند که در خانه و خانواده مورد توجه سایرین نیستند و حمایت عاطفی از آنان دریافت نمی‌کنند پس در نتیجه به محض اینکه این افراد وارد روابط عاطفی می‌شوند و کمی مورد توجه و عاطفه قرار می‌گیرند احساس وابستگی و تعلق می‌کنند و پس از قطع این رابطه بی‌قراری می‌کند و متوجه شکست، آسیب معنوی و عاطفی می‌شود. معمولا کسانی که سن پایین‌تری دارند و به پختگی هیجانات نرسید‌ه‌اند نمی‌توانند فاصله سلامت و روابطه دوستانه را مدیریت کنند و عمدتا دچار مشکلات عاطفی و خلاء می‌شوند. گاهی می‌بینیم که زوج‌ها در بگو مگوهای خود عنوان می‌کنند: « من از فلانی خوشم نمی‌آید، من دیگه خونه فامیل‌های شما نمیام و…»، این افراد می‌خواهند مشکلات خودشان را از طریق تحریم کردن‌های خانوادگی حل کنند یا استفاده ابزاری از این موضوع داشته باشند. این سوال پیش می‌آید که دلیل این نوع نگرش و طرز فکر چیست؟ آیا کسی که ما از او حرف می‌زنیم آنقدر دارای ویژگی‌های منفی است که قطع رابطه بهترین راه حل ممکن است یا خیر؟ آیا می‌شود تمام خوبی‌های طرف مقابل را نادید گرفت به خاطر یک مسئله کوچک  از همه این خوبی‌ها بگذریم و رابطه دوستانه یا خویشاوندی خود را قطع کنیم؟

 

مَمَرهای عاطفی

بهادرزاده افزود: افرادی که ممر عاطفی آنها چند بُعدی باشد اگر دچار شکست عاطفی شدند، در این جریان له نمی‌شوند. ممر عاطفی به این معنا است که یک فرد عاطفه و حمایت معنوی را از مادر، پدر، خواهر، برادر، دوست، آشنا دریافت می‌کند و اگر مشکلی برای او پیش بیاید افراد زیادی حامی او هستند. در سلسله نیازهای انسان، نیاز به احترام و محبت در همه افراد و همه فرهنگ‌ها وجود دارد؛ حالا این ممرهای عاطفی هرچه دامنه وسیع‌تری داشته باشد، در قطع رابطه‌ها ضربه کمتری می‌خورند. برای افرادی که حمایت‌های عاطفی زیادی ندارند، این راهکار وجود دارد که فرد سعی کند در حلقه و گروه‌های مختلف وارد شود و عضویت در دسته‌های مختلف را تجربه کند. برای مثال بهتر است در گروه‌های ورزشی، فرهنگی، هنری بسته به علاقه خود حضور داشته باشد و به گستره جمع‌های دوستانه خود را گسترش دهد.
