تغییر استاندار خراسان رضوی از دستور کار دولت خارج است
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: با توجه به رضایت دولت از عملکرد رشیدیان، موضوع تغییر استاندار در حال حاضر از دستور کار دولت خارج است.
سید جواد حسینی پنجشنبه شب در نشستی که با حضور هیات رئیسه شورای هماهنگی اصلاحطلبان در خانه احزاب مشهد برگزار شد، افزود : یکی از آن اهدافی که برای خانه احزاب پیگیری میکردیم این بود که خانه احزاب ضمن آنکه بتواند به صورت نگاه صنفی ضریب نفوذ احزاب را افزایش دهد تعامل مناسبی را با دستگاهها برقرار کند، یعنی یک طرف میز مدیران دستگاهها را بنشانیم و در طرف دیگر احزاب بتوانند از این مسئولان پرسشگری داشته باشند.
حسینی ادامه داد: ما معتقدیم که امروز سازمانها اگر دانشبنیان کار خود را پیگیری نکنند توفیقی برایشان حاصل نخواهد شد بنابراین نظام جامع برنامهریزی مبتنی بر دانش بایستی با یک رفتار و حرکات سازمانی قرار گیرد.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه یکی از اقداماتی که قابل گفتن است در استانداری به عنوان ابتداییترین کاری که باید شکل بگیرد این است که ما میتوانیم ادعا کنیم نظام جامع برنامهریزی در استانداری استقرار پیدا کرده است، اظهار کرد: یعنی ابتدا در استان با دعوت از اساتید و محققان دانشگاهی و باتوجه به اسناد بالادستی مسائل اصلی استان مرور شد و از دل آنها مسائلی که باید در اولویت بیشتر قرار بگیرند استخراج و سپس بر مبنای اسناد فرا دستی برای آنها برنامهریزی صورت میگیرد.
حسینی خاطرنشان کرد: در حوزه آب، انرژی، راه و زیرساختها در استان یک افق 20 ساله را ترسیم کردیم، از اهداف اساسی که دولت پیگیری میکند 16 هدف کلان آن در واقع به استانداری مربوط میشود، در ردیف بعدی از این 16 عدد 8 مورد آن به حوزه معاونت اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی بازمیگردد که آنها را به 78 هدف کلی تقسیمبندی و سپس آنها را عملیاتی کردیم.
وی بیان کرد: همچنین 780 فعالیت برای تحقق آنها در نظر گرفتیم، در چهار ماه اول سال از 127 هدف عملیاتی 85 درصد آن محقق شده و از 780 فعالیت نیز در این بازه زمانی 90 درصد آن محقق شده است.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: مدل جامع برنامهریزی چهار جز دارد، در ابتدا یک طرح برنامه، دوم مدل اجرای آن، سوم ارزیابی آن و در نهایت بهبود عملکرد است.
حسینی با بیان اینکه بر اساس این نگاه در سال جاری 6 هدف استراتژی و راهبردی برای استان مشخص کردیم، تصریح کرد: این اهداف عبارتند از رونق تولید و اشتغال، کاهش و کنترل آسیبهای اجتماعی، استقرار، تثبیت، حفظ و ارتقای امنیت، حقوق شهروندی، توسعه مشارکتها و ارتقا فعالیتهای فرهنگی جز اهداف راهبردی ما بشمار میآیند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه امروزه موضوع رونق تولید و اشتغال بسیار مهم است، افزود: در این بخش در حال حاضر 2500 میلیارد تومان در بخش صنعت و کشاورزی پروژه آماده بهرهبرداری بوده و 10 هزار و 500 میلیارد تومان در بخش صنعت تا آخر سال جاری پروژه آماده بهرهبرداری داریم، به دلیل فعالیتهای رونقبخش در موضوع تولید از رتبه 23 کسب و کار به رتبه سوم دست پیدا کردیم.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی با اشاره به اینکه در موضوع اشتغال نیز از تابستان سال گذشته تا تابستان سال جاری 184 هزار فرصت شغلی در استان ایجاد کردیم که 23 درصد از اشتغال کل کشور را تشکیل میدهد، عنوان کرد: یعنی هیچ زمان استان خراسان رضوی بعد از انقلاب بیشتر از 6 درصد سهم اعتبارات کشور را نداشته، با وجود آنکه 8 درصد جمعیت استان را داریم هیچ زمان بیشتر از 6 درصد اعتبار نداشتیم.
وی افزود: به لحاظ سرمایهگذاری نیز حدود 9 برابر سرمایهگذاری خارجی در دولت تدبیر و امید در خراسان رضوی افزایش پیدا کرده است و همچنین از نظر صادرات نیز در سال جاری نسبت به سال گذشته 11 درصد افزایش پیدا کرده است
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: همچنین تراز تجاری ما مثبت شده و 12 هزار میلیارد تومان نیز برای رونق تولید به واحدهای صنعتی موجود در استان داده شده تا بتوانند کار خود را به سمت جلو به حرکت در آورند.
وی با بیان اینکه شرکتهای دانشبنیان بسیار مهم هستند، تاکید کرد: در حال حاضر در استان 419 شرکت دانشبنیان و فناور داریم که اکنون 350 مورد محصول تولید میکنند و 4409 نفر در واقع در این شرکتها دانشجویان و فارغالتحصیلان هستند.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی بیان کرد: همچنین هزار میلیارد سرمایهگذاری در حوزه این شرکتها صورت گرفته و در سال 95 میزان 10 میلیون دلار صادرات انجام دادند.
