تزریق پول اشتغال‌زا نیست
رئیس کانون انجمن‌های صنایع خراسان رضوی گفت: با تزریق پول نمی‌توانیم به ایجاد شغل بپزداریم و باید این را بدانیم و از آن درس بگیریم چرا که این پول به سمت کسب و کار نمی‌رود.
محسن شرکا اظهار کرد: تزریق پول به بازار به هر شکل تورم‌زاست. این تورم امکان دارد کم و یا زیاد باشد. در برخی مواقع این تزریق به تولید تبدیل می‌شود اما تا به امروز هر نوع تزریق پولی که به انجام رسیده، منجر به تولید و اشتغال نشده است.
وی ادامه داد: باید نیاز مردم را شناسایی کرده و براساس آن تجهیزات مورد نیاز را در اختیار افراد قرار دهیم چراکه نقدینگی وسوسه انگیز است و مطمئن هستیم که غالب این تسهیلات در جهت تولید، اشتغال و اقتصاد روستا صرف نخواهد شد و به سمت کم و کسری‌های ضروریات زندگی پیش خواهد رفت.
رئیس کانون انجمن‌های صنایع خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه متاسفانه افراد در مواجهه با دریافت تسهیلات خود، آن را صرف خرید ملزومات و وسایل زندگی و همچنین خرید ال‌سی‌دی و ماهواره و نیز گاهی موتور خود را به پراید تبدیل می‌کنند، افزود: در واقع می‌توان گفت، در ارائه تسهیلات از تجربه مطلوبی برخوردار نیستیم و سیستم ما بسیار ضعیف عمل کرده است.
شرکا تصریح کرد: معتقدم برای ارائه تسهیلات به تزریق پول نیازی نداریم و باید ببینیم مشکل اقتصادی روستاها کجاست. اهالی روستا کسانی هستند که مهارت بالایی در بافت فرش دارند و بر همین اساس می‌توانیم وسایل مورد نیاز بافت فرش را خریداری کرده و در اختیار این افراد قرار دهیم و در مقابل، محصولات آن‌ها را خریداری نماییم تا به مساله اشتغال کمک شود.
وی با بیان اینکه باید بابت ارایه این تسهیلات قسط کم‌کارمزد از آن‌ها اخذ کنیم، عنوان کرد: به این معنا که اگر 5 میلیون تومان تسهیلات ارائه میدهیم، 10 هزار تومان به صورت ماهانه از آن‌ها دریافت کنیم. نباید پول را در اختیار افراد متقاضی تسهیلات قرار دهیم چراکه بهره‌وری لازم از ارائه تسهیلات صورت نخواهد گرفت و دولت نیز بر این امر واقف است اما نمی‌دانیم چرا از لحاظ کردن این اقدام امتناع می‌کند اما به جای آن می‌توان ملزومات و ابزار مورد نیاز کار را در اختیار متقاضیان قرار داد.
