معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: هفته دفاع مقدس بهترین فرصت برای ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت است.
دکتر سید جواد حسینی در دیدار با فرمانداران استان با اشاره به رویدادهای ماه مهر اظهار کرد: مهر امسال همزمان با سه رویداد بازگشایی مدارس و دانشگاه ها، آغاز ایام عزاداری محرم و هفته دفاع مقدس است و این ایام بهترین فرصت برای ترویج فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت است.
وی افزود: اعتقاد داریم اگر فرهنگ ایثار و شهادت در جامعه رشد پیدا کند جامعه بیمه خواهد شد و با اتصال جامعه به این منبع پر فضیلت، فضایل در جامعه رشد پیدا خواهد کرد.
معاون استاندار با بیان اینکه فرمانداران تمام تلاش خود را در اجرای بهتر پروژه مهر و بازگشایی مدارس انجام دهند، افزود: تمامی دستگاههای اجرایی شهرستان ها به کمک آموزش و پرورش بشتابند تا پروژه مهر و بازگشایی مدارس به نحو شایسته انجام شود.
حسینی با تاکید بر اینکه ارتقای تعلیم و تربیت در دستور کار فرمانداران قرار گیرد، افزود: اتصال دستگاههای اجرایی به آموزش و پرورش و انعقاد تفاهم نامه همکاری بین دستگاهها و آموزش و پرورش موجب ارتقای کیفیت آموزش خواهد شد و مدارس ما مدارس زندگی خواهند شد.
وی با اشاره به ایام عزاداری محرم و صفر، گفت: در این ایام بیش از 4 هزار هیات مذهبی به شهر مقدس مشهد می آیند که ساماندهی هیاتهای مذهبی نیاز به مدیریت جهادی دارد.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی با بیان اینکه پارلمان مشورتی زنان استان خراسان رضوی حرکتی نو است، اظهار کرد: کارهایی که در ساختار اداری نیست و حرکت نو و خلاقانه است نیاز به پیگیری جدی و فراتر از مباحث اداری دارد.
وی افزود: حرکات نو و خلاقانه پتانسیل زیادی برای تبدیل به ضد خود دارند و باید با پشتکار و پیگیری این حرکات را کمک کرد تا به اهداف خود نائل شوند.
حسینی تصریح کرد: نگاه به پارلمان مشورتی زنان استان نگاه سیاسی نیست. رصد، پایش و ارزیابی فعالیت های پارلمان مشورتی زنان شهرستان ها در دستور کار فرمانداران قرار گیرد.
معاون سیاسی، امنیتی و اجتماعی استانداری خراسان رضوی ضمن تقدیر از فعالیت فرمانداران در برگزاری مطلوب شورای تامین شهرستان ها گفت: در تمامی شاخص های ارزیابی، وضعیت شوراهای تامین شهرستان ها در 5 ماهه نخست سال جاری مطلوب بوده است.
وی افزود: 100 درصد جلسات شورای تامین در 5 ماهه نخست سال جاری با حضور فرمانداران برگزار شده است و 99 درصد مصوبات آن نیز اجرایی شده است.
