شله مشهدی ثبت ملی میشود
رئیس اتحادیه رستورانداران مشهد گفت: ثبت ملی شله مشهدی را در دستور کار قرار دادیم.
حسن امیریان اظهار کرد: شله مشهدی که در ایام دهه اول محرم، دهه آخر صفر و ماه مبارک رمضان پخت میشود مختص شهر مشهد است و در سایر شهرهای کشور چنین غذایی عرضه نمیشود، البته آشهایی با عنوان آش شله قلمکار، و شوربا در شهرهای دیگر پخت میشود اما این غذا تنها مختص مشهد است.
