مدیر برنامهریزی و توسعه آموزش دانشگاه فردوسی از بورسیه 30 دانش آموز مستعد در مشهد خبر داد.
غلامرضا آهنچیان در شورای هم اندیشی و گفت وگوی دولت و نخبگان که با حضور جمعی از مسئولین شهری، اساتید و نخبگان در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد برگزار شد، با اشاره به اینکه بورسیه دانش آموزان برای نخستین بار در کشور صورت میگیرد، افزود: ما ارتباط خوبی را با آموزش و پرورش داشتهایم و توانستهایم بورسیه 30 دانش آموز مستعد شهر مشهد را در دستورکار خود قرار دهیم؛ البته سعی شده است افرادی انتخاب شوند که هم مستعد و هم کم بضاعت تر باشند.
وی افزود: این امر بدین صورت است که این دانش آموزان تا پایان سال دوازهم که سال شروع کنکور آنها است به طور ماهیانه حقوقی را دریافت خواهند کرد و در آینده می توانند با انتخاب خود هر دانشگاهی را به عنوان محل تحصیل خود انتخاب کنند.
مدیر برنامهریزی و توسعه آموزش دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بیان کرد: ما نیازمندیم که در همه مسائل اعم از فرهنگی، اجتماعی و… اتاق فکر نخبگانی تشکیل شود تا این افراد ایدههای خود را مطرح کنند که در پایان جلسات به بررسی این ایدهها پرداخته شود و همچنین سنجیده شود که کدام یک دارای ارزش و اهمیت بیشتری هستند و کدام یک اهمیت کمتری نسبت یه سایر ایدهها دارند.
آهنچیان عنوان کرد: دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در حوزه نخبگان، رویکرد بیرونی و درونی دارد که در رویکرد درونی آن، در داخل دانشگاه نخبگان را شناسایی و به پرورش آنها می پردازیم که در این رویکرد نگاه استانی و فرا استانی نسبت به این موضوع نیز داشتهایم، این در حالی است که حتی در خصوص دانشجویان غیرایرانی نخبه نیز در سطح کشور مطرح هستیم.
وی تاکید کرد: در واقع نگاه ما تنها شناسایی این افراد نیست، چراکه تلاش کردیم که مسیر پرورش این افراد، اعتبار سطح نخبگی و استعدادهای آنها را نیز در این رویکرد مورد توجه خود قرار دهیم.
مدیر برنامهریزی و توسعه آموزش دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در بخش دیگری از سخنان خود در خصوص اقدامات انجام شده برای نخبگان دانشگاه فردوسی، خاطرنشان کرد: اقدامات خاصی که در دانشگاه فردوسی انجام شده که میتواند الگوی مناسبی در سطح کشور باشد.
مدیر شورای استعدادهای درخشان (شهاب) دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد تاکید کرد: موضوع طرح خوشه بندی شهاب شناسایی استعدادها است، بدین صورت که اعضای هیئت علمی این دانشگاه باید به شناسایی استعدادها و درجه بندی دانشجویان بپردازند که این اقدام در این دانشگاه امری بسیار دشوار است.
آهنچیان گفت: دانشگاه فردوسی توانست امسال در آزمون المپیادهای علمی کشور نیز در بین دانشگاه های جامع کشور و پس از دانشگاه شریف رتبه دوم را از آن خود کند که نسبت به گذشته پیشرفت چشمگیری داشته است.
دانشگاه فردوسی به عنوان دانشگاه ایدهپرداز شناخته میشود
وی با بیان اینکه دانشگاه فردوسی طی چهار سال اخیر در سطح وزارت علوم به عنوان دانشگاه ایده پرداز مطرح شده است. اظهار کرد: وزارت علوم و برخی از متولیان دولتی امر تشخیص دادند که این دانشگاه در ایده پردازی، درحال ارتقاء است که خوشبختانه درحال حاضر نیز در مسیر شیب تندی قرار گرفته است و در بسیاری از زمینهها در بین داشگاههای جامع کشور حرف اول را میزند.
دکتر عادل سپهر، استادیار دانشکده محیط زیست و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه فردوسی نیز در ادامه این نشست، حضور کمرنگ نخبگان در بدنه دولت را یک خلا علمی بزرگ در کشور دانست و اظهار کرد: علت اصلی اینکه جامعه نخبگان کشور دارای ارتباط کمرنگی با دولت هستند، مدرک گرایی دانشگاهی است که باعث شده کشور ما عملا با بدنه علمی فاصله بگیرد.
وی گفت: بنیاد علمی نخبگان یک ماموریت دولتی دارد و باید در راستای ماموریت خود برنامهها و اهدافی داشته باشد، اما نخبهای که صرفا خواسته تخصصی او تامین شود و از ایده و تفکرش حمایت نشود، قطعا کشور خود را ترک خواهد کرد. این در حالی است که امروزه بسیاری از نخبگان پس از اینکه مدرک خود را در مقطعی گرفتند، تنها به رفتن فکر میکنند لذا بنیاد نخبگان باید حمایت جدی تری نسبت به این افراد داشته باشد.
