افزایش 600 میلیارد ریالی اعتبارات حوزه آب در برنامه ششم توسعه
رئیس کمیسیون کشاورزی، آب و منابع طبیعی مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: بیش از 600 هزار میلیارد ریال اعتبار در قالب برنامه پنج ساله ششم توسعه به فعالیتهای دولت در حوزه آب افزوده شده است.
علی اکبری روز پنجشنبه در نشست اعضای این کمیسیون مجلس با فعالان بخش کشاورزی و صنعت غذای اتاق بازرگانی خراسان رضوی افزود: نگاه مجلس دهم به مسائل حوزه کشاورزی مبتنی بر اشتغالزایی است، زیرا بیش از 30 درصد جمعیت کشور درگیر این حوزه هستند.
وی گفت: تخصیص ردیفهایی برای اشتغال روستایی از طریق توسعه کشاورزی از دیگر فعالیتهای مجلس شورای اسلامی بوده است.
وی با اشاره به تناسب کشت زعفران با خشکی مناطق خراسان رضوی، جنوبی و کم آبی آن گفت: کشت این محصول ارزشمند مصداقی از اقتصاد مقاومتی است و میتواند به ارتقای اقتصاد و کشاورزی این مناطق بینجامد.
وی گفت: تفاهمنامهای که امروز بین اعضای کمیسیون کشاورزی و شورای ملی زعفران به امضا رسید در راستای همکاری و تعامل و توجه چند جانبه در بحث توسعه زعفران و تقویت بخش کشاورزی و محیط زیست در استانهای خراسان جنوبی و رضوی است.
وی اظهار کرد: متاسفانه در سالهای گذشته علی رغم افزایش تولید، کاهش درآمد تولید کنندگان زعفران را شاهد بودیم که امید است این شرایط با ارتقای سرمایه گذاریها در این حوزه و بهبود وضعیت کشتها بهبود یابد.
رئیس اتاق ایران هم در این جلسه با اشاره به بحران آب کشور گفت: اولویتی بالاتر از مسائل و مشکلات آب در کشور نیست.
غلامحسین شافعی افزود: اگر این اولویت مورد توجه قرار نگیرد رفع مابقی مشکلات غیرممکن خواهد بود.
وی اظهار کرد: اکنون سرعت رشد مشکلات آب فراتر از اقداماتی است که برای آن انجام میشود و استانهای خراسان رضوی، کرمان و فارس از بحرانی ترین استانهای کشور در مقوله آب هستند.
وی با اشاره به همکاری وزارت نیرو با اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع معادن و کشاورزی گفت: در این رابطه تفاهمنامهای امضا شده که در آن محوریت تعادل بخشی آبهای زیرزمینی کشور و استفاده از روشهای پیشرفته و نوین در موضوع مصرف آب بررسی شده است.
