سرپرست منطقه یک بانک شهر گفت: برای اولین بار در کشور، صدور دسته چک در پیشخوانهای شهر نت صدور دسته چک را آغاز کردهاند.
محمدرضا صبوری روز دوشنبه در نشست خبری با اصحاب رسانه ضمن اشاره به این موضوع کع بسیاری از فعالیتهای پیشخوانها به صورت مجازی انجام میشود، افزود: در حال حاضر صدور کارت هدیه، افتتاح حساب و انواع عملیات بانکی از قبیل پرداخت و دریافت پول و صدور ضمانتنامههای مختلف در این پیشخوانها در تمام ساعات شبانهروز به مشتریان ارائه میشود.
وی درباره نحوه صدور دسته چک در پیشخوانهای این بانک تصریح کرد: فرد پس از احراز هویت و تحویل مدارک لازم، مراحل مربوط به استعلام چکهای برکشتی و هویت را انجام میدهد، در صورت تکمیل بودن مدارک بعد از چند روز فرد مراجعه کرده و دسته چک خود را از پیشخوان تحویل میگیرد.
صبوری تصریح کرد: انجام این مراحل به صورت مجازی و ویدئو کنفرانس در پیشخوان باعث سهولت کار مشتریان و کاهش اتلاف وقت و هزینه آنها در مراجعات حضوری است.
سرپرست منطقه یک بانک شهر درباره دیگر خدمات جدید این بانک بیان کرد: امکان طراحی کارت هدیه به صورت آنی از طریق شعبه مجازی بانک برای تمامی شهروندان فراهم شده است. هر شخصی میتواند با امکان انتخاب تصویر و طراحی دلخواه در «شهر نت»، با مراجعه به پیشخوان، کارت سفارش داده خود را تحویل بگیرد، بدون این که به شعب بانک مراجه کند.
صبوری درباره افتتاح حساب از طریق پیشخوانهای بانک شهر نیز، اضافه کرد: در هر ساعت از شبانه روز بدون نیاز به مراجعه به شعب بانک شهر، هموطنان ما میتوانند تنها از طریق پیشخوان اقدام به افتتاح حساب کنند.
سرپرست منطقه یک بانک شهر با اشاره به رشد 60درصدی منابع بانک در سه سال گذشته، تصریح کرد: بانک شهر در راستای تقویت زیرساختهای شهر ی سرمایهگذاری میکند و به همین دلیل توانسته است اعتماد مردم را جلب کند.
هموطنان ما اطمینان دارند که سپردههای آنها برای زیرساختهای شهری از قبیل زیرگذر، روگذر، قطارشهری، توسعه حملونقل و سایر زیرساختهای شهری هزینه میشود. در واقع پول مردم برای منفعت مردم هزینه میشود. ما سپردههای مردم را صرف ساختن برج و آپارتمان نمیکنیم.
وی افزود: ما سال گذشته 5000 میلیارد ریال اوراق مشارکت برای مشهد صادر کردیم. حدود 450میلیارد ریال برای تجهیز ناوگان حملونقل در مشهد تجهیز، 300 میلیارد ریال خط اعتباری در زاهدان، 500میلیارد ریال در کرمان اختصاص دادهایم و در حال حاضر درصدد راهاندازی کارخانه آسفالت در خراسان جنوبیهستیم.
سرپرست منطقه یک بانک شهر درباره الکترونیکی شدن این بانک اضافه کرد: هماکنون دستگاه صراف الکترونیک ما در فرودگاه شهید هاشمینژاد مشهد با اسکن پاسپورت مسافر خارجی، هویت متقاضی را احراز و ثبت و پس از دریافت ارز در دفعات مختلف تا سقف 5000 دلار طبق مقررات ورود و خروج از کشور و بر اساس ضوابط بانک مرکزی، ریال ایرانی را به شکل کارت اعتباری ارائه میدهد.
وی تصریح کرد: این اتفاق علاوه بر جلب رضایت مسافرین خارجی، باعث صرفه جویی در وقت و حذف واسطهها در تبدیل ارز میشود. در حال حاضر مسافرین فرودگاههای تهران و تبریز نیز از این خدمات بهرهمند هستند و به زودی در مجاورت حرم رضوی در پیشخوان پارکینگ رضا(ع) نیز این خدمت قابل ارائه است.
صبوری تصریح کرد: در آینده نزدیک دستگاههای خود دریافت را نیز در اختیاز مشتریان قرار میدهیم تا صاحبان مشاغل و فروشگاههای بزرگ بتوانند به راحتی قادر به انجام امور بانکی خود باشند.
وی با اشاره به وجود 19 شعبه و 35 باجه در منطقه یک بانک شهر اضافه کرد: سهم مشهد از این تعداد، 12 شعبه و 19 باجه است. با توجه به این که در هر پیشخوان 2 یا 3 نفر متخصص مشغول به فعالیت هستند، بانک شهر توانسته است زمینه اشتغال 70نفر را فراهم کند و از این بابت موفق عمل کرده است.

وی افزود: سرمایه ما در ابتدا 16 هزار میلیارد ریال بوده که به 20 هزار میلیارد رسیده و ما در صدد هستیم که این مبلغ به 24 هزارمیلیارد ریال ارتقا دهیم.
صبوری در خصوص طرح ضربتی وام ازدواج گفت: ما هم مثل بقیه بانک ها سهمیه داشتیم و طبق این سهم از اول سال 110 فقره وام ازدواج پرداخت کرده ایم.و حتی در زمینه وام های ازدواج قرض الحسنه سه شعبه مار در سطح شهر بدون سقف در حال خدمات دهی هستند.
