تهدید به اسید پاشی در فضای مجازی
با تلاش کارشناسلن پلیس فتا خانمی جوان که با قصد شوخی دختر دانشجو را تهدید به اسید پاشی کرده بود شناسایی و دستگیر کرد.
با دریافت مرجوعه قضایی از سوی حراست یکی از مراکز دانشگاهی شهر گناباد مبنی بر مزاحمت های سریالی برای یکی از دانشجویان دختر که در شبکه پیام رسان تلگرام و تهدید به اسید پاشی شده بود با توجه به حساسیت موضوع بلافاصله موضوع به صورت ویژه در دستور کار تیمی از کارشناسان پلیس فتا قرار گرفت.
سرهنگ کیانی گفت: در بررسی اظهارات شاکی مشخص شد با هیچ شخصی خصومت نداشته و از شخصی بخصوصی شاکی نمیباشد که کارشناسان پلیس فتا با انجام مهندسی اجتماعی متهم را که خانمی ۳۵ ساله است را شناسایی و با هماهنگی مقام قضایی به پلیس فتا احضارکردند.
وی افزود: متهم در بازجویی های بعمل آمده در مواجهه با ادله و مستندات دیجیتالی به جرم خود مبنی بر مزاحمت و تهدید به اسید پاشی اعتراف و انگیزه اش را قصد شوخی و ترساندن شاکی عنوان کرد.
فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان گناباد با اشاره به معرفی متهم به دادسرا خاطر نشان کرد: فضای سایبری مکان مناسبی برای رفع خصومت های شخصی و شوخی، تهدید و عقده گشایی نیست و مطابق قانون جرایم رایانه ای هرگونه هتک حرمت، انتشار اکاذیب به منظور تشویش اذهان عمومی جرم بوده و قانون برای مرتکب آن علاوه برای جزای نقدی مجازات حبس را پیش بینی کرده است.
