تنش در مراسم تحلیف شورای شهر کاشمر
صبح امروز به دلیل سهم خواهی اصولگرایان از اکثریت پنجمین دوره شورای شهر این جلسه را با چالشهای جدی و تنش مواجه کرد.
در این مراسم پس از شروع به کار جلسه رسمی مراسم تحلیف پنجمین دوره شوراهای اسلامی شهر کاشمر و ریوش فرماندار و امامجمعه کاشمر سخنرانی خود را آغاز کردند.
بهرغم اینکه پس از سخنرانی مسئولان جلسه وارد مرحله دیگری برای انجام رای گیری و مشخص شدن رئیس و نائب رئیس، منشی و خزانهدار شد اما در همان ابتدا اقلیت اعضاء شورای جدید که اصولگرایان تشکیل می دهند خواهان سهم شدند.
فرماندار کاشمر گفت: پس از برگزاری انتخابات محمد خباززاده به عنوان رئیس پنجمین دوره شورای اسلامی شهر کاشمر انتخاب گردید.
محمد حسن فرهادی با اشاره به حواشی برگزاری مراسم تحلیف شورای اسلامی شهر کاشمر گفت: به اعضاء شورا پیشنهاد می دهم که به جای سهم خواهی به فکر رفع مشکلات مردم و توسعه و عمران آبادانی شهر باشند.
وی با بیان اینکه عده ای فکر می کردند با ترک جلسه انتخابات هیئت رئیسه از رسمیت خارج خواهد شد، افزود: با توجه به این که در مراسم تحلیف تمامی اعضای منتخب حضور داشتند قانونا جلسه رسمیت داشته است.
فرهادی اعلام اینکه در این مراسم با انتخاب هیأت رئیسه سنی برای دو شورای شهر، برگه آرای برای انتخاب هیأت رئیسه بین 12 عضو شورای شهر کاشمر و ریوش توزیع شد، اظهار کرد: اعضای هیأت رئیسه شورای اسلامی شهر کاشمر در دوره پنجم با 4 رأی موافق و 3 رأی ممتنع انتخاب شدند.
وی با اشاره به اینکه برگزاری انتخابات هیأت رئیسه شورای شهر کاشمر مورد تأیید شهرستان و استان قرار گرفته است، گفت: پس از شمارش آراء محمد خباززاده به عنوان رئیس، محمد صادقی به عنوان نایب رئیس، حسن اعمی بنده قرایی به عنوان خزانه دار و عضو شورای شهرستان و یعقوب گل محمدی به عنوان منشی و عضو شورای شهرستان همگی با چهار رأی موافق و سه رأی سفیدی که از سوی گروه اقلیت انتخاب شدند.
