اصلاح‌طلبان از مطالبات رفاهی و معیشتی مردم غافل نشوند

علی تاجرنیا، نماینده اصلاح‌طلب مردم مشهد در دوره ششم مجلس شورای اسلامی‌در گفتگویی با روزان به نقد و تحلیل عملکرد و اولویت‌های اصلاح‌طلبان طی چهار سال پیش رو و انتخابات ریاست جمهوری 1400 می‌پردازد. مقوله‌ای که حالا با توجه به پیروزهای متعدد و متوالی اصلاح‌طلبان در ادوار انتخاباتی ریاست جمهوری 92 و مجالس خبرگان و شوراهای اسلامی‌92 و شوراهای شهری و ریاست جمهوری 96 از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است و توجه دقیق به این موضوع می‌تواند تضمین کننده سرنوشت اصلاح‌طلبان در ادوار انتخاباتی آتی باشد. تاجرنیا در این خصوص معتقد است که متاسفانه یکی از ناهنجاری‌هایی که در کشور وجود دارد آن است که افراد بعد از انتخابات بخشی از وعده‌های انتخاباتی خود را فراموش می‌کنند و من فکر می‌کنم اصلاح‌طلبان باید در حل این مسئله نسبت به سایرین پیشقدم باشند.

 

فکر می‌کنید مهم‌ترین اولویت‌های پیش روی اصلاح‌طلبان چیست؟
امروز به نظرم آنچه به عنوان یک بحران پیش‌‌رو ‌مطرح می‌شود و در خلال آن نیز جریان‌های سیاسی را نیز با خود درگیر می‌کند بحران کارآمدی است که باید از همین حالا تمامی‌جریان‌های سیاسی خود را برای مواجهه با آن آماده کنند. در این بحران کارآمدی چنین مسئله‌ای مطرح می‌شود که جریان‌های سیاسی و مسئولان و نهادهای دولتی و غیر دولتی در عین رعایت و اجرای مقوله امنیت و آرامش در کشور بتوانند مطالبات عمومی ‌و مردمی‌را در بهترین سطح پاسخگو باشند. مشخصا تعریف مقوله آرامش و امنیت برای همگان روشن است ولی آنچه اهمیت پیدا می‌کند آن است که ما چگونه می‌توانیم در کنار این مسئله البته خطیر و مهم مطالبات و انتظارات مردمی‌را برطرف کنیم که این یک چالش بزرگ برای تمام افرادی خواهد بود که می‌خواهند در سطوح مختلف مدیریتی فعالیت کنند.

 

از نظر شما اصلاح‌طلبان چگونه می‌توانند در این عرصه موفق باشند؟
اگر اصلاح‌طلبان به دنبال آن هستند که در انتخابات آینده به نتایج موفقی دست پیدا کنند و نیز در کنار آن بتوانند عملکرد و کارنامه موفقی را از دوران فعالیت خود در چهار سال پیش رو بر جای بگذارند، باید مهم‌ترین اولویت مردم یعنی مسائل معیشتی و رفاهی را مورد هدف قرار دهند.

 

مهم‌ترین مسائلی که در حوزه معیشت و رفاه باید مورد توجه اصلاح‌طلبان قرار بگیرد در چه عوامل و مسائلی می‌دانید؟
قطعا برای رسیدن به این مقوله ما نیازمند یک سری مقدمات و پیش‌درآمدهایی هستیم . به عنوان مثال باید زمینه‌های سرمایه‌گذاری‌های داخلی و خارجی، گردش آزاد اطلاعات، فرصت‌های برابر شغلی و فاصله گرفتن اقتصاد از مقولاتی مانند اختلاس و رانت و همچنین فرصت رقابت برابر بین بخش خصوصی و بخش‌های غیرخصوصی و امثالهم فراهم شود. اگر چنین مقدماتی تعریف و فراهم شود، به دنبال آن نیز ما می‌توانیم شاهد رفع مشکلات معیشتی و رفاهی باشیم.

 

آیا اصلاح‌طلبان می‌توانند در این مسئله حتما به موفقیت دست پیدا کنند؟
مشخصا اصلاح‌طلبان به تنهایی نمی‌توانند تمام مشکلات را حل کنند ولی مسئله اینجاست که می‌توان در حد بضاعت نیز برای حل این مسائل گام برداشت. به عنوان مثال اصلاح‌طلبان عضو فراکسیون امید می‌توانند با تلاش برای وضع قوانین نوین و به روز شده زمینه برای برای حل مشکلات و موانع اقتصادی فراهم کنند یا اعضای محترم شورای شهر تهران و دیگر اصلاح‌طلبان در شورای کلان‌شهرها می‌توانند در همان حوزه‌های شهر امور اقتصادی و معیشتی شهر را مورد توجه و رصد قرار دهند.

شما چه راهکاری را برای حل این مشکلات و موانع پیشنهاد می‌کنید؟

قطعا هرچقدر بتوان در جامعه انسجام و وحدت را تقویت کرد به نتایج بهتری دست پیدا خواهیم کرد. من فکر می‌کنم در گام اول می‌توان این موضوع را در درون جریان و گفتمان اصلاح‌طلبی جستجو کرد. اصلاح‌طلبان با حفظ انسجام درونی می‌توانند نظارت بهتری بر مسائل داشته باشند و به دور از اختلافات و مبتنی و متکی بر خرد جمعی حرکت کرده و تصمیم‌گیری کنند و در نهایت برای دفاع از عملکرد خود به صورت مستمر گزارش‌هایی را از عملکرد خود به مردم ارائه دهند. متاسفانه یکی از ناهنجاری‌هایی که در کشور وجود دارد آن است که افراد بعد از انتخابات بخشی از وعده‌های انتخاباتی خود را فراموش می‌کنند و من فکر می‌کنم اصلاح‌طلبان باید در حل این مسئله نسبت به سایرین پیشقدم باشند.
