کاهش 60 درصدی پرونده جرایم خاص در خراسان رضوی

رئیس کل دادگستری خراسان رضوی گفت: از ابتدای امسال تاکنون آمار پرونده های جرائم خشن و خاص شامل آدم ربایی، نزاع، قتل و سرقت مسلحانه در این استان 60 درصد کاهش یافته است.

حجت الاسلام علی مظفری روز پنجشنبه در مراسم بهره برداری از ساختمان جدید دادگاه بخش ششتمد از توابع شهرستان سبزوار افزود: برخورد جدی دستگاه قضایی و هوشیاری مردم از عوامل تاثیرگذار در کاهش جرایم خاص استان بوده است.

 

خراسان‌رضوی موفق‌ترین شهر در رفع تصرفات

وی ادامه داد: سالانه 1.5 میلیون فقره پرونده در محاکم استان تشکیل می شود که زمان رسیدگی به پرونده ها بنا به موضوع آن در کمترین زمان قانونی صورت می گیرد و در موضوع رفع تصرف از اراضی ملی و دولتی در پنج ماه نخست امسال و نیز سال گذشته خراسان‌رضوی از موفق‌ترین استان‌های کشور بوده است.

وی افزود: توسعه فضاهای قضایی استان در راستای ایجاد عدالت و دسترسی آسان مردم به قانون و مراجع امنیتی است تا افردی که مورد ظلم قرار می گیرند با کمترین هزینه به مراجع قضایی دسترسی داشته باشند.

 

بیشتر شکایت‌های مردمی از دستگاه‌های اداری است

حجت الاسلام مظفری با اشاره به اینکه با استفاده از ظرفیت سایر نهادها تشکیل پرونده‌های قضایی استان کمتر می‌شود، گفت: هم اکنون بخشی از پرونده ها شکایات مردمی از دستگاه‌های اداری است که وظایف خود را به خوبی انجام نمی‌دهند.

وی ادامه داد: برخورد قضایی برای کاهش آسیب‌های اجتماعی در جامعه مرحله نهایی است و باید فرهنگ پایبندی به قانون به حدی باشد که هیچ فردی جرأت ارتکاب جرم نداشته باشد که نهادهای فرهنگی نقش اثرگذاری در این زمینه دارند.

 

شوراهای حل اختلاف در مناطق محروم کابردی‌تر است

رئیس کل دادگستری خراسان‌رضوی گفت: در مناطق و بخش های محروم‌تر به سبب پایبندی بیشتر مردم به احکام دینی، حفظ سنت های فرهنگی و اصیل، نقش شوراهای حل اختلاف مشهودتر و تشکیل پروندهای قضایی کمتر است.

حجت الاسلام مظفری بااشاره به فرارسیدن هفته دولت گفت:خدمات و دستاوردهای نظام جمهوری اسلامی قابل شمارش نیست و یکی از تفاوت های انقلاب با حکومت طاغوت حضور مسئولان در کنار مردم و همت در رفع مشکلات آنها است.

فرماندار ویژه سبزوار نیز گفت: فعالیت همه نهادها و دستگاههای اجرایی کشور در راستای حفظ دستاوردهای نظام و اصول انقلاب اسلامی صورت می‌گیرد.

 

بهره‌برداری از 2 ساختمان دادگستری در سبزوار و ششتمد

احمد برادران با گرامی‌داشت هفته دولت افزود: توجه به مناطق محروم، رفع نابسامانی از آن و نقش و مشارکت مردم در تعیین سرنوشت از برکات انقلاب اسلامی است. علیرغم مشکلات دولت یازدهم، با پیگیری و مساعدت رئیس کل دادگستری خراسان رضوی 2 ساختمان دادگستری در شهرستان سبزوار و شهر ششتمد به بهره برداری رسید.

رئیس دادگاه عمومی بخش ششتمد سبزوار نیز گفت: ساختمان جدید با 3 هزار و560 متر مساحت و زیربنای 400 متر مربع در مدت یک سال ساخته شده است.

حمید چکنی مقدم افزود: برای ایجاد ساختمان جدید دادگاه عمومی بخش ششتمد چهار میلیارد و200 میلیون ریال از محل اعتبارات دولتی هزینه شده است.
