ظرفیت بالای خراسان رضوی برای سرمایهگذاری
مدیر کل اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: در 4 ماه ابتدایی امسال 266 میلیارد تومان وام ازدواج پرداخت شده است که نسبت به سال گذشته رشد پیدا کرده است همچنین برای 3600 طرح اشتغالزا در 4 ماهه اول سال جاری مبلغ 45 میلیارد تومان پرداخت شده است.
علی رسولیان در نشست خبری دومین نمایشگاه بورس، بانک، بیمه و فرصت های سرمایه گذاری با اشاره به ظرفیتهای بالای استان خراسان رضوی افزود: در بخشهای مختلف صنعت گردشگری و حمل و نقل، استان رتبه های بالایی را در سطح کشور به خود اختصاص داده است و خراسان رضوی استان چهارم کشور از لحاظ صنعتی است؛ ما دومین خودروساز کشور هستیم و در فولاد نیز رسیدن به 10 میلیون تن تولید فولاد را در برنامه ریزی خود هدف گذاری کرده ایم.
مدیر کل اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: استان خراسان رضوی با داشتن 14.5 میلیون واحد دامی و تولید 8 میلیون تن محصولات کشاورزی رتبه اول و سوم را به خود اختصاص داده است و در حوزه گردشگری نیز با توجه به وجود حرم مطهر نزدیک به 28 میلیون زائر و گردشگر را در استان شاهد هستیم و 2 میلیون گردشگر خارجی در سال وارد استان می شود.
وی اضافه کرد: خراسان رضوی محل عبور بسیاری از کاروانهای تجاری کشورهای آسیای میانه و همسایه برای رسیدن به آبهای آزاد است و این مهم ظرفیت رشد بالایی را در استان به وجود آورده است.
رسولیان با اشاره به این موضوع که یکی از بخشهای مهم سرمایه گذاری همین ظرفیتهای موجود در استان و بخش دیگر آن تهیه نقدینگی برای ارتقا این ظرفیتها است بیان داشت: پول زیادی در استان وجود دارد و اگر بتوانیم اضلاع سرمایه گذاری را که سرمایه گذار، بانک، بیمه و بورس است، درست در کنار هم قرار دهیم می توانیم استان را به سمت سرمایهگذاری بهتر رهنمون سازیم.
وی تصریح کرد: در استان خراسان رضوی مانده منابع بانکی نزدیک به 60 هزار میلیارد تومان و مانده تسهیلاتی که در بانک ها پرداخت شده است نزدیک به 36 هزار میلیارد تومان است.
وی افزود: در استان خراسان رضوی منابع مالی و بانکی خوبی داریم و شاید یکی از دلایل مشکلات مراکز غیر مجاز مالی همین سرمایه زیاد موجود در استان است.
رسولیان بیان کرد: بیمه یکی از اضلاع مهم سرمایه گذاری است و در استان خراسان رضوی 21 بیمه فعال داریم؛ ضریب نفوذ بیمه در استان خراسان رضوی از کل کشور بیشتر است؛ یکی از تاثیرات این نمایشگاه در سال گذشته همین بود که شورای هماهنگی بیمهها را در استان شکل دادیم و با هماهنگی های صورت گرفته با دادگستری قرار شده یک حوزه مخصوص شکایتهای بیمهای ایجاد شود.
وی تاکید کرد: انتظار داریم هر سال این نمایشگاه را تقویت کنیم و اضلاع سرمایه گذاری را در جایی کنار هم جمع کنیم و باعث همافزایی آنها شویم و امیدواریم با برگزاری این قبیل نمایشگاهها به این مهم دست پیدا کنیم.
مدیر کل اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: بسیاری از شرکتهای خارجی آمادگی این را دارند تا در پروژههایی که آماده فعالیت است مشارکت و سرمایه گذاری کنند و امیدواریم این نمایشگاه در این مسئله موفق باشد و بتواند یک فضای تعاملی مناسب بین سرمایه گذار و صاحبان پروژه ایجاد کند.
وی بیان کرد: در حوزه هیئتهای خارجی سال ویژهای را داشتیم؛ نمایشگاهی در هنگ کنگ در حوزه مواد غذایی برگزار کردیم و صادرات ما در سه ماهه ابتدایی سال جاری به 570 هزار تن رسیده است که نسبت به سال گذشته رشد داشته است.
رسولیان ادامه داد: استان برای اولین بار به طور جدی وارد بازار روسیه شده است و استاندار خراسان رضوی همراه هیئتی با محوریت بخش خصوص به روسیه سفر کرد و بیش از 20 تفاهم نامه را به امضا رساند.
وی گفت: معضلاتی در خصوص سرمایه گذاران خارجی داریم و باید ارتباط مناسب این سرمایه گذاران را با بخش خصوصی و بیمه برقرار کنیم تا بتوانیم از این ظرفیت استفاده کنیم چرا که با این سطح تولید شاید نتوانیم در بازارهای امروز جهانی حرفی برای گفتن داشته باشیم و باید بتوانیم سطح تولیدات خود را به روز کنیم که برای این مهم نیاز به سرمایه گذاری خارجی داریم.
مدیر کل اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی در پایان افزود: اگر بورس در استانها فعال شود سرمایه های خردی که وجود دارد به طور مستقیم در تولید سرمایه گذاری می شود و شاید امروز بسیاری از مردم اطلاع نداشته باشند که چگونه می توانند سرمایههای خود را به سوددهی برسانند و این از ضعف سازمان بورس در شهرستان هاست که امیدواریم با برگزاری این نمایشگاه بتوانیم در رونق بورس در استان خراسان رضوی موفق باشیم و این ظرفیت را به مردم معرفی کنیم.
رشد 100 درصدی نمایشگاه امسال نسبت به سال گذشته
در ادامه جلسه مجری نمایشگاه بورس، بانک، بیمه و فرصت های سرمایه گذاری گفت: دومین دوره نمایشگاه بورس، بانک، بیمه و فرصت های سرمایه گذاری در شهریور ماه برگزار میشود؛ نمایشگاه امسال توانمندتر و با رشد 100 درصدی نسبت به سال گذشته برگزار خواهد شد.
مهرداد جهانتاب ادامه داد: این نمایشگاه از دوم تا پنجم شهریور ماه در 70 غرفه برگزار میشود و شرکتهای سرمایه گذاری داخلی، بورس، بانکها و شرکتها بیمهای در آن حضور دارند.
وی با با بیان این موضوع که این نمایشگاه در سال گذشته در 28 غرفه و با حدود 18 هزار بازدید کننده برگزار شده است ادامه داد: برای امسال بالغ بر 70 هزار بازدید کننده را پیشبینی میکنیم.
مجری این نمایشگاه افزود: در نمایشگاه سال گذشته هم ما و هم شرکتکنددگان در نمایشگاه توانستیم به اهدافی فراتر از برنامهریزیهایی که صورت گرفته بود دست پیدا کنیم.
جهانتاب ادامه داد: در سال گذشته تعدادی از شرکتهای سرمایه گذاری از تهران به این نمایشگاه آمدند و سرمایه گذاریهای جدیدی را در مشهد شروع کردند و یا در حال پایهریزی هستند.
وی افزود: از سرمایه گذاران خارجی دعوت کردیم تا به عنوان بازدید کننده در این نمایشگاه شرکت کنند.
جهانتاب ادامه داد: اهداف کلی ما در این نمایشگاه جمع کردن تمامی ارکانهای سرمایه و افرادی که نیاز به سرمایهگذار دارند در کنار یکدیگر است و میز مذاکرهای نیز برای آنها ترتیب دادهایم تا بتوانند به اهداف مشترک خود برسند.
مجری این نمایشگاه گفت: در چهار سال گذشته هیچ اتفاق مثبتی برای کارگزاریهای بورس در شهرستانها رخ نداده است و تالار بورس نیز در شهرستان ها وجود ندارد؛ 70 کارگزاری بورس در استان وجود دارد که صدایی از آنها به گوش مسئولین نمیرسد چرا که سازمان بورس و اوراق بهادار تهران فقط برای تهران کار می کند؛ امیدواریم در این نمایشگاه بتوانیم این کارگزاریها را به مردم معرفی کنیم.
