سرهنگ بیات مختاری گفت: کارشناسان پلیس فتا پس از بررسی دقیق اظهارات شاکی پرونده با یکسری تحقیقات فنی در فضای سایبر متهم را شناسایی و با هماهنگی مقام قضایی احضار کردند.
متهم که جوانی ۱۹ ساله و شاگرد قبلی مغازه شاکی است در مقابله با مستندات دیجیتالی کشف شده به بزه انتسابی اعتراف و انگیزه اش را اختلاف قبلی و انتقام جویی عنوان کرد و گفت: عکس ها را از طریق شاگرد دیگر مغازه در اختیار گرفته است.
وی با اشاره به معرفی متهم به مقام قضایی به شهروندان توصیه کرد با توجه به راه های بسیار برای دسترسی به صفحه شخصی شبکه های اجتماعی و امکان سوء استفاده از اطلاعات شخصی از قرار دادن هر گونه اطلاعات و تصاویر خصوصی در کلیه شبکههای اجتماعی اکیدا خوداری کنید.
