عروسک قرمز
جای پارک پیدا نمیکردم. ظرفیت پارکینگ مجتمع تجاری هم تکمیل بود. خودرو را کمی جلوتر و داخل کوچهای فرعی پارک کردم. همراه همسرم به مجتمع تجاری رفتیم. حدود دو ساعت بعد از مجتمع تجاری بیرون آمدیم؛ به سمت خودرو در حرکت بودیم که ناگهان با صحنهای باور نکردنی روبرو شدیم. خودروی پراید سفید رنگ از کنارما در حال عبور بود.
با دیدن عروسک قرمزکوچکی که خودم جلوی آینه آویزان کرده بودم فهمیدم این فرد در حال سرقت خودروی من است. جلوی خودرو را گرفتم. خودروی دیگری پشت سر خودروی ما توقف کرده بود و سارق حرفهای راه فرار نداشت. او در خودرو را باز کرد و باحملهای به طرف من پا به فرار گذاشت. نمیدانم خودش را سر کوچه رساند و گم و گور شد. موضوع را به پلیس ۱۱۰اعلام کردیم. من این خودرو را چهار روز قبل خریده بودم. مالک قبلی میگفت کلید ضد سرقت دارد و به همین خاطر برای خودرو دزدگیر نخریده است. من هم سهل انگاری کردم، نه دزدگیر خریدم و نه قفل پدال داشتم.
مرد جوان افزود: شانس آوردیم عروسک قرمزکوچک دست دزد را روکرد در غیر این صورت، سارق خیابانی سوار بر ماشین ما از کنارمان رد میشد و ما متوجه سرقت نمیشدیم. برای پیگیری شکایتم به کلانتری ۲۲رفتم. واقعا حرف افسر نگهبان درست بود. هر سرقتی که اتفاق می افتاد به خاطر غفلت و سهل انگاری شهروندان است. اگر ما مال خود را سفت و کلاه خودمان را سفت نگه داریم هیچ وقت دچار مشکل نمیشویم. سر همین مساله خودرو، همسرم چند بار تذکر داد که دزدگیر روی آن نصب کنم. متاسفانه ما عادت کردهایم برای خیلی چیزها و کارهای روزمره مثل خورد و خوراک و گردش و تفریح به راحتی ولخرجی کنیم. اما وقتی پای هزینه برای تامین امنیت مان به وسط کشیده میشود نق و نوق می کنیم و بعد هم به راحتی خودمان را در معرض آسیب قرار میدهیم. درباره سرقت خودرو سرهنگ کیوان سعادتی رییس اداره آموزش و مشارکت همگانی معاونت اجتماعی فرماندهی انتظامی خراسان رضوی به خبرنگار روزنامه اتفاقیه گفت: شهروندان باید به توصیههای پلیسی بازدارنده از سرقتها توجه کنند. تجهیز نکردن خودرو به تجهیزات ایمنی، ترک کردن خودرو روشن حتی برای چند لحظه، پارک کردن خودرو در کوچه و خیابانهای تاریک بدون رعایت نکات مراقبتی، سپردن سوییچ خودرو به افراد غیر مطمئن، بیاحتیاطی هنگام سوار کردن مسافر و توقف در مکان های ناامن برای استراحت و تفریح وگردش از مهمترین علتهایی است که موقعیت برای سارقان فراهم میکند به راحتی مرتکب سرقت شوند. وی گفت: باید به نصب تجهیزات بازدارنده از سرقتها و دزدگیر توجه داشته باشید نصب این سیستمها را به افراد نامطمن نسپارید و از سیستمهای مدرن و کارآمد استفاده کنید.
سرهنگ سعادتی تاکید کرد: شهروندان در هنگامی که قصد مراجعه به اماکن تجاری و حتی برخی مراکز مذهبی و زیارتی دارند می توانند از وسایل حمل و نقل عمومی استفاده کنند تا ضریب ایمنی در ترددهای شهری با توجه به اصول مراقبتی لازم افزایش یافته و این اقدام در کاهش حجم ترافیک در شهر مقدس مشهد نقش بسزایی دارد.
