دانشیار طب اورژانس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد، گفت: با اجتناب از قرار گرفتن در معرض گرمای زیاد، استفاده از لباسهای گشاد نخی به رنگ روشن، مصرف مایعات فراوان و سرد، اجتناب از فعالیتهای شدید بدنی و ورزش نکردن در هوای گرم و مرطوب از ابتلا به گرما زدگی اجتناب کنید.
دکتر حمیدرضا ریحانی گفت: یکی از بیماریهای بسیار شایع در فصل تابستان بیماریهای ناشی از گرما است. هنگامی که بدن در معرض گرما قرار میگیرد مکانیسمهای دفاعی بدن اجازه بالا رفتن درجه حرارت بدن از میزان طبیعی را نمیدهند.
دکتر ریحانی افزود: با اجتناب از قرار گرفتن در معرض گرمای زیاد و رعایت موارد پیشگیری می توان در فصل تابستان و گرم سال از گرمازدگی اجتناب کرد.
وی تاکید کرد: البته همه افراد در معرض گرمازدگی قرار دارند؛ اما افراد مسن، کودکان، افراد چاق، بیماران قلبی و کلیوی و افرادی که داروهای آنتی هیستامین، ضد فشار خون و اعصاب مصرف می کنند و مکانیسم های جبرانی بدن آن ها از میان رفته است در این میان حساس تر هستند.
دکتر ریحانی بیان داشت: هنگامی که فردی در معرض گرمای شدید قرار می گیرند به خصوص اگر فعالیت های بدنی هم داشته باشد، بدن مقدار بسیار زیادی آب و نمک را به صورت تعریق از دست می دهد؛ در نتیجه بدن با کم آبی شدید رو به رو شده و در این شرایط گردش خون تحت تاثیر قرار گرفته و خون کافی به اعضای بدن و مغز نمی رسد.
وی به بیماری ها و علائم ناشی از گرمازدگی اشاره کرد و افزود: گرفتگی عضلات، برافروختگی و گرم شدن پوست، تهوع و استفراغ، درد شکم، سنکوپ، اختلال در ریتم قلب، افت فشار خون، نبض ضعیف، کاهش حجم ادرار، کاهش هوشیاری، تشنج و … از علائم ابتلا به گرمازدگی است.
