ترکی: خوشحالم که دیگر در فوتبال نیستم
داور بینالمللی سابق فوتبال ایران پیشنهاد فعالیت به عنوان مدرس داوری در فوتبال ایران و آسیا را نپذیرفت. «محسن ترکی»، که چندین مرتبه به عنوان برترین داور فصل فوتبال ایران انتخاب شده بود فصل گذشته از دنیای داوری خداحافظی کرد. در این فصل حسن کامرانی رئیس دپارتمان داوری به او پیشنهاد حضور در کلاس داوران را به عنوان مدرس داد که ترکی این پیشنهاد را نپذیرفت. این داور بینالمللی سابق فوتبال ایران حتی پیشنهاد شرکت در کلاسهای فوتورو که برای تدریس داوری در آسیا برگزار میشود را هم نپذیرفت. ترکی از شرایط حاکم بر داوری فوتبال ایران گلایهمند است و به همین دلیل ترجیح داده که مدتی از دنیای فوتبال و داوری دور باشد. صحبتهای جالب این داور خراسانی را در ادامه میخوانید:
خبری از شما در دنیای فوتبال نیست؟
اینطوری راحتتر هستم خیلی به من خوش میگذرد. از وقتی فضای فوتبال را کنار گذاشتهام و استراحت میکنم تازه میفهمم که داوری فوتبال نمیارزید که عمر و زندگیام را صرف آن کنم و آن همه فشار و استرس را تحمل کنم. واقعا زندگی ارزشش را نداشت که همه چیزم را پای داوری بگذارم.
شما سالها در داوری فوتبال حضور داشتید، دلتان برایش تنگ نشده است؟
من 28 سال در داوری فوتبال بودم، فشارها و استرسهای روحی و روانی زیادی را تحمل کردم اما اکنون میگویم که خوشحالم که دیگر در فوتبال نیستم، متاسفم که باید بگویم در این کشور برای کارت ارزشی قائل نمیشوند، من چنین حسی را پیدا کردم. بحث من کار خوب و بد نیست ظاهرا اصلا برای کار شما ارزش قائل نمیشوند.
خیلی تفکر تلخ و ناامیدانهای پیدا کردهاید؟
متاسفانه به این نتیجه رسیدهام و خوشحالم که 5-4 سال دیگر وقتم را در داوری نگذاشتم برخی به من میگویند خیلی زود از داوری کنار رفتی اما اکنون واقعا خوشحالم که از دنیای داوری دور شدهام، ماهی را هر وقت از آب بگیری تازه است.
شما رکورددار قضاوت در دربی پایتخت بودید؟
7-6 ماه است که از هیاهوی فوتبال دور هستم البته تمرینات بدنیام را انجام میدهم و آمادگی بدنیام را حفظ کردهام.
با دوستانتان در داوری هم تماس ندارید؟
برخی از داوران با من تماس میگیرند و حتی سوالاتی در مورد داوری دارند که من به صورت خصوصی به آنها میگویم.
به غیر از ورزش به چه کاری مشغول هستید؟
من در مقطع دکتری مدیریت ورزشی تحصیل کردهام و اکنون باید رساله دکتری مدیریتم را تکمیل کنم.
خیلی از داوران از رفتن شما ناراحت هستند؟
من هیچ وقت در داوری برای خودم چیزی نخواستم اگر حرفی زدهام و با مسئولان صحبتی کردهام فقط برای این بوده که به جامعه داوری توجه بیشتری شود و از حق داوران دفاع کردهام. برخی از داوران وقتی با من صحبت میکنند میگویند بعد از رفتن شما داوران یتیم شدهاند و کسی نیست که دیگر از حق آنها دفاع کند. البته مسئولان همیشه به من لطف داشتند و حتی گاهی اوقات وقتی حوصله داوری هم داشتم با من همراهی میکردند. من همیشه مدافع حقوق تمام داوران بودم.
دستمزدهای داوری بسیار پایین و کم است؟
بله، همینطور است اکنون که چند روزی است که دوباره دستمزد داوران رسانهای شده وقتی مردم من را در کوچه و خیابان میبینند باورشان نمیشود که داوران چنین حقوق پایینی دارند که من به آنها میگویم تازه از این دستمزد 700 هزار تومانی 10 درصد هم مالیات کم میشود. برخی از بیرون نگاه میکنند و فکر میکنند ما داوران هم مثل برخی دیگر از بخشهای فوتبال خیلی پولدار هستیم. در حالی که اصلا اینگونه نیست؛ متاسفانه حتی ارزش معنوی کار شما هم به عنوان داور مورد توجه قرار نمیگیرد. تازه من داور خوبی بودم خیلی از داوران با شکلهای بدی از داوری کنار رفتند محسن ترکی نمونه خوب داوری است که اکنون چنین حس و حالی پیدا کرده است.
چرا حاضر نشدید به عنوان مدرس داوری فعالیت کنید؟
فضای ذهنی من اکنون به گونهای است که نمیتوانم خودم را راضی به بازگشت به داوری و فوتبال کنم. حتی کامرانیفر از من خواست که برای تدریس کلاس داوری در ابتدای فصل بیایم که حاضر نشدم این کار را بکنم. حتی برای شرکت در کلاسهای بینالمللی مدرسی داوری هم نتوانستم خودم را قانع کنم شاید در آینده فضای ذهنیام تغییر کرد.
شما چندین بار به عنوان داور برتر فصل انتخاب شدید؟
بیش از 5 بار به عنوان داور برتر انتخاب شدم البته اکنون چند سالی است که اسپانسر داوری مراسم خوبی برای داوران و تقدیر از داوران برتر برگزار میکند اما در گذشته اینگونه نبود و در همان کلاس داوری اعلام میشد که برترین داور فصل چه کسی است و نفر دوم و سوم چه کسانی هستند. حتی یکبار یادم میآید جلال مرادیه عنوان داور برتر انتخاب شد که یک سوت طلایی که از چوب ساخته شده بود و رنگ طلایی به او داده بودند را اهدا کردند.
چقدر از داوری فوتبال درآمد داشتید؟
در فدراسیون فوتبال حساب بانکی داشتیم که دستمزد داوری را به آن واریز میکردند اما این پول اصلا به قدری نبود که بتوانیم روی آن حساب کنیم. میزان دستمزدهای داوران خندهدار است نمیتوان با پول داوری زندگی کرد. شما پرکارترین داور فصل را اگر شاخص بگیرید او 15 بازی را در یک فصل قضاوت میکند که باید عدد 15 را ضربدر 600 هزار تومان دستمزد هر مسابقه کنید چه رقمی میشود؟!
