ابلاغ برنامه اشتغال فراگیر سال ۹۶ به دستگاههای اجرایی استان
معاون هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و توسعه منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: برنامه اشتغال فراگیر سال 96، از سوی معاون اول ریاست جمهوری به استان ابلاغ شده است.
محمد مهدی مروجالشریعه در پنجاه و پنجمین جلسه ستاد اقتصاد مقاومتی استان افزود: براساس این برنامه در سال جاری 970 هزار شغل جدید در کشور ایجاد خواهد شد که برای رسیدن به این هدف 5هزار میلیارد ریال اعتبارات بودجهای، 200 هزار میلیارد ریال تسهیلات بانکی و 10هزار میلیارد ریال از محل تسهیلات صندوق توسعه ملی اعتبار اختصاص داده شده است.
معاون هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و توسعه منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی اظهار کرد: سهم این استان از مشوقهای حمایتی اشتغال زا حدود 4.15 درصد است. باید برنامه ریزی و تلاش برای ایجاد اشتغال و توسعه پایدار استان، در راس فعالیتهای تمامی دستگاههای اجرایی باشد.
وی تصریح کرد: همه باید تلاش کنیم و تمامی منابع استان را برای ایجاد اشتغال واقعی به کار گیریم تا تعهدی که برای ایجاد 160هزار شغل در سال جاری به مردم داده ایم؛ محقق شود.
معاون هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و توسعه منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی خاطر نشان کرد: حوزههای گردشگری، صنعت و کشاورزی، مهمترین بخشهای حائز اهمیت و دارای نقش در ایجاد اشتغال به شمار میروند.
همچنین طرح جدیدی برای استفاده از شیوههای نوین در تثبیت شنهای روان در مناطق بیابانی استان ارائه شد و مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.
رضا جمشیدی رییس سازمان برنامه و بودجه خراسان رضوی در خصوص این طرح گفت: با توجه به شرایط خاص استان در بحث کم آبی، ضرورت اجرای طرحهای این چنینی در استان برای همگان مشخص است اما نکته مهم درباره روشهای مشابه است که باید طرح توجیهی برای این شیوه ارائه شود.
وی تاکید کرد این طرح یک طرح دانش بنیان است که باید در سالهای اول در سطح محدود به شکل پایلوت اجرا شود تا ضریب خطای آن کمتر شود.
جمشیدی خاطر نشان کرد: در صورت تصویب طرح توجیهی اعتبارات مورد نیاز پروژه از محل اعتبارات عمرانی و یا اعتبارات زیرساختی قابل پرداخت خواهد بود.
