سهم دو جناح در كابينه دولت دوازدهم
شرايط عمومي كشور در مرداد ٩٦ نسبت به مرداد ٩٢ از جهات گوناگون دچار تغيير و تحولات اساسي است، با توجه به اين تغييرات از يكسو و تجارب كسب شده براي آقاي روحاني از سوي ديگر ميتوان حدس زد كه كابينه آينده دولت با تغييرات قابل توجهي همراه باشد. در سال ٩٢ اكثريت مجلس نهم منتقد آقاي روحاني بودند و برخي وزراي پيشنهادي در مرتبه سوم يا چهارم توانستند از مجلس كسب راي اعتماد كنند. اما امروز روابط و مناسب قواي مجريه و مقننه از همگرايي بيشتري برخوردار است. همزمان با انتخابات رياستجمهوري دوازدهم، پنجمين دوره انتخابات شوراهاي شهر و روستا نيز برگزار شد. در عمده كلانشهرهاي كشور راي مردم بيشتر متوجه اصلاحطلبان بود تا اصولگرايان. اين قضاوت افكارعمومي در انتخابات شوراها و در انتخابات رياستجمهوري نشان داد كه از بين دو گفتمان سياسي رايج كشور، به گفتمان اصلاحطلبي-اعتدالي راي بيشتري دادند. همين امر مطالبات جديدي را متوجه دولت خواهد كرد. اصولگرايان نيز در دولت دوازدهم نمايندگاني داشته باشند. آقاي روحاني با مشي اعتدالي كار خود را آغاز كرد و ميتواند در عين حالي كه دولتش برخوردار از ظرفيتهاي گوناگون كشور است نسبت به دولت يازدهم از انسجام و يكپارچگي بيشتري برخوردار باشد. اين بنيه و توان در آقاي روحاني به چشم ميخورد. علاوه بر حوزه سياسي، در عرصه اقتصاد اصليترين مطالبه مردم امروز كمك دولت به امر معيشت و اشتغال و توليد ملي است. مقام معظم رهبري امسال را به همين امر نامگذاري كردند لذا انتظار ميرود در ادامه اقدامات نسبتا موفقيتآميز دولت يازدهم همچون كاهش نرخ تورم از ٤٠ درصد به زير ١٠درصد، افزايش نرخ رشد اقتصادي از ٧- درصد به ٧+ درصد، ايجاد ثبات نسبي در حوزه سياستهاي پولي و مالي و برگرداندن آرامش به بازار عرضه و تقاضاي كالا و خدمات در دوره دوم مسووليت آقاي رييسجمهور با به كارگيري رويكردهاي كارآمدتر در حوزه اقتصادي روند مقابله با ركود اقتصادي بيسابقه در كشور را كه از دو سال قبل آغاز شد، تقويت كند.
