توزیع شیر در مدارس؛ از آمارها تا واقعیتها!
معاون پشتیبانی و توسعه مدیریت ادارهکل آموزش و پرورش خراسان رضوی از کاهش 50 درصدی توزیع شیر در مدارس استان خبر داد.
قاسمعلی خدابنده در گفتوگو با ایسنا- منطقه خراسان، در خصوص توزیع شیر در مدارس استان، اظهار کرد: در سال تحصیلی جاری به طور میانگین 32 نوبت شیر با اعتباری بیش از 18 میلیارد تومان در مدارس استان توزیع شده است.
وی ادامه داد: در سال تحصیلی گذشته به طور میانگین 62 نوبت شیر با اعتباری بیش از 30 میلیارد تومان در مدارس استان توزیع شده بود، از نظر تعداد نوبت توزیع شیر در سال تحصیلی جاری کاهش 50 درصدی داشتهایم.
معاون پشتیبانی و توسعه مدیریت ادارهکل آموزش و پرورش استان علت کاهش توزیع شیر در مدارس استان را تأمین نشدن اعتبار دانست و تصریح کرد: با این وجود بازهم از نظر تعداد نوبت توزیع شیر در مدارس نسبت به میانگین کشوری که 26 نوبت است، بالاتر هستیم.
خدابنده در خصوص کیفیت شیر توزیع شده در مدارس استان، خاطرنشان کرد: تقریباً با بهترین کارخانههای تولید شیر و فرآوردههای لبنی استان قرارداد منعقد شده و بیش از 100 مرحله بازدید از کارخانهها و نمونهبرداری انجام دادهایم، دانشگاه علوم پزشکی نمونهها را آنالیز و تأیید کرده که آنها جزء بهترین شیرها و فرآوردههای لبنی تولید شده در استان هستند.
وی افزود: با توجه به اینکه مصرف شیر و فرآوردههای لبنی در کشور اندکی کاهش یافته است همچنین دانشآموزان در سن رشد هستند و برای رشد به مصرف روزانه شیر نیاز دارند درخواست داریم بودجه قابل قبولی به توزیع شیر در مدارس اختصاص یابد.
معاون پشتیبانی و توسعه مدیریت ادارهکل آموزش و پرورش استان با اشاره به اینکه بخشی از اعتبار توزیع شیر در مدارس از جانب سازمان هدفمندی یارانهها تأمین میشود، عنوان کرد: از این سازمان هم تقاضا داریم که اعتبارات را افزایش دهد.
گفتنی است اتفاقیه از بررسی میدانی در یکی از مدارس سطح شهر مشهد به این موضوع رسیده است که در طول سال تحصیلی که به تازگی پایان یافته است، در سال 1395 تنها برای مدت سه ماه و در هر هفته حداکثر دو مورد توزیع شیر بین دانش آموزان این مدرسه انجام گرفته و در سال 1396 به طور کامل این جریان قطع شده است.
