برنامه عملیاتی برای عدم تکرار مشکلات زائرین
معاون هماهنگی و مدیریت امور زائران استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: مبنای تصمیم سازی و تصمیم گیری ستاد خدمات سفر در ایام تابستان، شناسایی و رفع چالشهای ستاد هماهنگی خدمات سفر سال 95 خواهد بود که انشاءالله برای امسال مشکلات کمتری داشته باشیم.
محمد حسن واحدی روز گذشته در جلسه ستاد اجرایی خدمات سفر استان که با محوریت مدیریت شبهای قدر و ایام تابستان 96 برگزار شد، افزود: کمیتههای ذیل ستاد خدمات سفر میبایست برنامههای عملیاتی خود را بر اساس عدم تکرار مشکلات گذشته و تسهیل خدمات در بخشهای 13گانه برای زائر در نظر بگیرند.
معاون استاندار خواستار تهیه و تنظیم برنامههای کمیتههای ستاد ظرف یک هفته دیگر و طرح در جلسه آینده و ارسال آن به ستاد مرکزی کشور شد و خلاقیت و نوآوری در برنامههای منظور را متذکر گردید.
واحدی بر تشکیل ستاد ویژه با عضویت آستان قدس رضوی، فرمانداری مشهد و شهرداری مشهد با هدف میزبانی هر چه بهتر از زائران در شبهای قدر تاکید و در ادامه افزود: اعمال ویژه شبهای قدر با حضور حماسی مردم پررنگ تر از قبل برگزار خواهد شد.
معاون استاندار از ابلاغ و تشکیل کمیته ویژه نظارت بر عملکرد مجتمعهای بین راهی از سوی ستاد مرکزی خبر داد و افزود: این کمیته به ریاست معاونت هماهنگی و مدیریت امور زائران استانداری و با عضویت میراث فرهنگی و صنایع دستی و گردشگری، راهداری و حمل و نقل جادهای، بهداشت، درمان و دانشگاه علوم پزشکی، شرکت ملی پخش فرآوردههای نفتی، ستاد اقامه نماز، نماینده تشکل بخش خصوصی، اداره نظارت بر اماکن عمومی ناجا، از هفته آینده تشکیل خواهد شد.
واحدی نظارت بر عملکرد جایگاههای سوخت، نمازخانهها، رستورانها، واحدهای اقامتی _ پذیرایی و سایر تاسیسات رفاهی بین راهی در طرح شبکه راهها و مسیرهای گردشگری، برخورد قانونی با واحدهای خدماتی فاقد جواز را از مهمترین وظایف این کمیته برشمرد.
