برخی مقامات توانمندی‌های معلولین را باور ندارند

مهین توکلی در برنامه بازدید مدیرکل بهزیستی خراسان‌رضوی از یک هنرستان معلولین در مشهد افزود: با وجود تلاش زیادی که از سوی آموزش و پرورش استثنایی برای شناساندن توانمندی‌های معلولین صورت می‌گیرد این عزیزان در سال گذشته از گردونه‌ی رقابت برای استخدام آموزش و پرورش حذف شدند.
وی با اشاره به مشکلات استخدام تعدادی از معلولین در آموزش و پرورش، تصریح کرد: مدیر کل و معاون توانبخشی بهزیستی خراسان رضوی به میدان آمدند و با کمک و همراهی آنها، 18 نفر از معلولین به عنوان معلم در آموزش و پرورش بکار گرفته شدند.
وی در ادامه سخنانش با بیان اینکه در سال گذشته 75 نفر از دانش‌آموزان معلول استان به مراکز آموزش عالی کشور راه یافتند گفت: باید به این دانش‌آموزان و معلمانی که آنها را آموزش داده‌اند احسنت و آفرین بگوییم زیرا تلاش بسیار زیادی برای موفقیت در این مسیر انجام دادند.
وی افزود: از این تعداد 24 نفر معلولین جسمی حرکتی بودند که تعدادی از آنها از مشهد و بقیه از شهرستان‌ها داوطلب آموزش عالی بودند. همکاران من در مدارس استثنایی تلاش می‌کنند با نشان دادن توانایی‌ها و استعدادهای معلولین، نگرش جامعه و بخصوص مسؤولین و مقامات را نسبت به پدیده معلولیت تغییر دهند.
وی گفت: متأسفانه برخی مقامات و مسؤولین، حتی در آموزش و پرورش، نگرش درستی به معلولین و توانمندی‌های آنان ندارند و گاهی آنها را از گردونه‌ی حضور فعال و رقابت با سایرین در موارد مختلف، حذف می‌کنند.
وی با قدردانی از معلمین مدارس استثنایی گفت: دعای خیر معلولینی که ما در تعلیم و تربیت آنها سهمی داریم، زندگی ما را بیمه می‌کند.
وی با بیان بخشی از شرایط تدریس برای معلولین گفت: این کار سختی‌های زیادی دارد و معلمینی که به معلولین آموزش می‌دهند باید به صورت ویژه مورد قدردانی قرار گیرند. به نظر من، اینها جزو برگزیدگان هستند و توفیق یافته‌اند تا به این گروه از جامعه، خدمت کنند.
مدیر کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی نیز در این مراسم گفت: مهم‌ترین وظیفه‌ی بهزیستی، آماده‌سازی جامعه و محیط برای ورود و حضور فعال معلولین است.
حمیدرضا پوریوسف با اشاره به مکمل بودن کار بهزیستی و آموزش و پرورش استثنایی افزود: معلمین این گونه مدارس، بیشترین نقش را در آماده‌سازی معلولین برای ورود فعال و کارآمد معلولین به جامعه ایفا می‌کنند و به این جهت، کارشان شایسته‌ی تقدیر مضاعف است.
وی که در مراسم اهدای 10 دستگاه ویلچر از محل اعتبارات بهزیستی به دانش‌آموزان این مجموعه‌ی آموزشی در هفته‌ی معلم سخن می‌گفت بیان داشت: ما با پای دل به اینجا آمده‌ایم زیرا معتقدیم این گروه از معلمین، منزلت ویژه‌ای در نزد جامعه دارند و مطمئنا خداوند نیز جایگاه خاصی برای این عزیزان قائل است.
وی با اشاره به آثار و محصولات تولیدی دانش‌آموزان گرافیک رایانه‌ای گفت: ما از این پس تلاش می‌کنیم سفارشات گرافیکی بهزیستی استان را به دانش‌آموزان شما بدهیم تا آنها نیز با سفارش‌های واقعی آشنا شوند و زمینه اشتغال و زندگی مستقل آنها در آینده فراهم گردد.
وی همچنین پیشنهاد داد: آموزش و پرورش استثنایی استان می‌تواند از طریق استانداری، از سازمان ها و نهادهای دولتی بخواهد سفارشات گرافیکی یا سایر محصولاتی که با آموزش‌های این دانش‌آموزان ارتباط دارد را از این مجموعه‌ها بخواهند تا دانش‌آموزان معلولی که تحصیل‌شان را تمام می‌کنند و توانمندی‌های بالایی در این زمینه‌ها دارند انگیزه‌ی بیشتری برای فعالیت پیدا کنند و به اشتغال آنها نیز کمک شود.
