رشد 168درصدی خرید اینترنتی
مدیر کل پست خراسان رضوی گفت: خرید اینترنتی کالا از شرکتهای طرف قرارداد شرکت پست در سال پایانی فعالیت دولت یازدهم نسبت به سال پایانی دولت دهم 168 درصد افزایش داشت.
محمد شفیعی افزود: در سال گذشته سفارش خرید 562 هزار و 455مرسوله در قالب خرید اینترنتی انجام شد که این رقم در سال 92 به میزان 209 هزار و 674 بسته پستی بوده است.
وی با تاکید بر لزوم گسترش فعالیت این اداره کل در فضای مجازی اظهار کرد: افزایش فعالیت پست خراسان رضوی در این زمینه به دلیل روی آوردن مردم به فعالیت در این فضاست و خدمات خرید اینترنتی حتی در روستا های خراسان رضوی نیز انجام می‌شود. فعالیت پست فرودگاهی و خدمات تاییدیه کد پستی در خراسان رضوی نیز طی 2 سال گذشته به ترتیب 230 و 220 درصد افزایش داشته است.
شفیعی به خدمت پستی TLS یا توزیع مرسوله به اختیار مشتری اشاره کرد و افزود: در این شیوه مردم می توانند ساعت و نحوه ارسال و دریافت مرسوله توسط گیرنده در طول 24 ساعت را تعیین کنند که پارسال 350 هزار مرسوله پستی در این استان از این طریق ارسال شده است.
وی با انتقاد از روش خود پستی گری و ارسال نامه های اداری توسط دستگاهها اظهار کرد: براساس اساسنامه شرکت ملی پست جمهوری اسلامی ایران مصوبه مرداد ماه سال 95 مجلس شورای اسلامی، هرگونه فعالیت و عملیات پستی در کشور باید توسط این شرکت انجام شود اما برخی دستگاهها با توجیهاتی از قبیل صرفه جویی اقتصادی، از اجرای این قانون سرباز می‌زنند.
وی ادامه داد: هرگونه خدمات ارتباطی که دارای یکی از فرایندهای قبول، پردازش، ارسال، توزیع و تحویل مرسوله پستی باشد به عنوان خدمات پستی محسوب می‌شود.
شفیعی گفت: در قانون ازهرچیز قابل ارسال فیزیکی یا مجازی، اسناد و مدارک اعم از نوشته های چاپی، دست نوشته یا الکترونیک، کالا، اشیا و اوراق و حواله های مالی، ابلاغیه، اطلاعیه های خدمات شهری از قبیل قبض آب، فاضلاب، برق، گاز، تلفن ثابت و سیار و عوارض شهرداری که دارای نشانی فرستنده و گیرنده است به عنوان مرسوله پستی نام برده شده است.
وی افزود: در سال 92 سرانه پست در خراسان رضوی 7.7 مرسوله بوده است که این رقم در سال گذشته به 8مرسوله افزایش یافته و بیش از 30 میلیون بسته پستی عادی در دولت یازدهم ارسال شده است.
سرانه استفاده از خدمات پستی در ایران 11بسته یا مرسوله پستی در سال است که این شاخص در جهان 50مرسوله است. استان 6 میلیون نفری خراسان رضوی سه میلیون نشانی پستی دارد.
