مراقبت های پس از عمل رینوپلاستی مانند هر عمل جراحی دیگر  شامل رعایت بعضی نکات جهت افزایش میزان موفقیت جراحی می باشد؛  اصول مراقبت جراحی پس از عمل رینوپلاستی شامل  تمیز نگه داشتن زخم ها ،پوست و حفره های بینی است و چون در حالت طبیعی داخل حفره بینی باکتری‌ها و قارچ هایی به صورت طبیعی (همزیست)زندگی می کنند؛ جلوگیری از افزایش آنها باعث بهبود در دوره نقاهت خواهد شد .

 

2)چگونه می توان پوست و بینی را پس از  عمل رینوپلاستی پاکسازی کرد؟

از آنجایی که مهمترین کار تمیز نگه داشتن پوست پس از عمل می باشد،  شست و شوی  آن با آب تمیز و شامپو های سبک مثل شامپو بچه توصیه می شود و باید  داخل حفرهای بینی نیز  روزانه حداقل سه مرتبه با سرم های نرمال شست و شو  به بهترین شکل شست و شو داده شود.

باید همچنین توجه داشت برای  تمیز نگه داشتن زخم های بیرونی نیز مثل زخم ناشی از برش پره های بینی می توان  از آب تمیز و شامپو بچه استفاده نمود و باید از  چرب نگه داشتن با پماد آنتی بیوتیک نیز غافل نبود.

روش معمولی بالا کشیدن سرم به داخل بینی به صورت  ملایم   بهترین روش شست و شو می باشد.

همچنین باید در نظر داشت که برای شست و شو از سایر محصولات  استفاده نشود و استفاده از مواد آرایشی پوشاننده پوست ناحیه بینی و صورت توصیه نمی شود

بعد از عمل رینو پلاستی بایستی در انجام  حرکات ورزشی دقت داشت و از انجام فعالیت‌های سنگین و هرگونه فعالیتی که باعث ایجاد فشار در ناحیه سر می شود طی ماه نخست پس از جراحی پرهیز شود.

همچنین انجام کارهای عادی روزانه شامل استحمام مرتب ،پیاده روی حداقل نیم ساعت در روز به روند بهبودی کمک می کند .

4)نحوه خوابیدن بعد از عمل رینوپلاستی چگونه باید باشد؟

نحوه خوابیدن پس از این عمل حائز اهمیت است چرا که در نحوه خوابیدن باید مراقب بود به بینی ضربه وارد نشود.

بهترین حالت خوابیدن ،خوابیدن به پشت و بالا بودن سر موقع استراحت (زاویه ۳۰ درجه )می باشد و خوابیدن به پهلو نیز اگر باعث ضربه نشود ایرادی ندارد .
