پاسخ رستم قاسمی به شایعات پیرامون دستیارش؛

مدتی بود در محافل غیر رسمی خبری و شبکه‌های اجتماعی، سخن از بازداشت یکی از دستیاران نزدیک به وزیر راه و شهرسازی بود و ادعا‌های مختلفی درباره فرد بازداشت شده و اتهام انتسابی به وی مطرح می‌شد و این ادعا‌ها تا آنجا پیش رفت که گفته شد، بستری شدن وزیر راه و شهرسازی در بیمارستان، بی ارتباط با این موضوع نیست.
در این ارتباط اردشیر مطهری، نماینده مردم گرمسار و آرادان در مجلس که اتفاقا او هم اخباری مبنی بر قطعی شدن حکم محکومیتش به علت مدیریت یک کانال تلگرامی و درج مطالب توهین آمیز در آن منتشر شده، ادعاهایی را در توییتر مطرح و اظهار کرد: رستم قاسمی باید پاسخگوی سوالات و ابهامات مردم و نمایندگان باشد. ماموران وزارت اطلاعات، قاسم مکارم شیرازی را دقیقا سر قراری که برای دریافت رشوه به صورت یورو ترتیب داده بود، دستگیر کرده اند. از آن روز هم رستم قاسمی کمردرد گرفته، بستری شده و از زمان بازداشت مشاور و بازرس ویژه اش، به جای اینکه پاسخگوی ابهامات باشد روی تخت افتاده است. این درست نیست. او باید بلند شود و پاسخگوی سوالات و ابهامات مردم و نمایندگان باشد.
صدیف بدری، نایب رئیس دوم کمیسیون عمران مجلس شورای اسلامی، نماینده دیگری بود که در این ارتباط صریحا مطالبی را بیان داشت و با اشاره به بیماری رستم قاسمی، وزیر راه و شهرسازی گفت: موضوع کسالت آقای قاسمی صحت دارد و ایشان عمل جراحی کردند که بنده هم به ملاقات ایشان رفتم و اگر تخلفی صورت گرفته باشد، نهادهای نظارتی و امنیتی قطعا ورود و بررسی خواهد کرد. نایب رئیس دوم کمیسیون عمران مجلس ادامه داد: تاکنون سوالی از وزیر در خصوص حواشی به وجود آمده در وزارت راه و شهرسازی به کمیسیون عمران به عنوان کمیسیون تخصصی از سوی نمایندگان ارائه نشده است.

اما پس از اینکه درباره این موضوع ادعاهای متعدد و به تواتر مطرح شد، وزیر راه و شهرسازی که تاکنون نسبت به این موضوع سیاست سکوت در پیش گرفته بود، تصمیم گرفت به آنها پاسخ داده و جهت تنویر افکار عمومی و رفع ابهام از اذهان اطلاعیه را منتشر کند.
وزیر راه و شهرسازی تاکید کرد: در یک سال گذشته، اقدامات مهمی برای بستن گلوگاه‌های فساد در حیطه وزارت راه و شهرسازی انجام شده که بعضاً با تبلیغات سنگین تخریبی برای کند شدن این روند مواجه شده است.
«رستم قاسمی» در این اطلاعیه که روز یکشنبه انتشار یافته، تصریح کرد:‌ اخیرا خبر منتشره پیرامون یکی از مشاوران اینجانب و تحقیق درباره اتهامات فرد مزبور بوسیله دستگاه نظارتی درون دولت موجب سوءاستفاده دشمنان نظام و تخریب کارکنان خدوم وزارت راه و شهرسازی خصوصا جوانان انقلابی و پر کار وزارتخانه شده که در این زمینه خاطرنشان می‌شود این پرونده در مراحل ابتدایی بوده و تا نهایی نشدن تحقیقات توسط نهادهای نظارتی و قوه قضائیه به جهت حفظ حریم خصوصی افراد هیچ گونه اطلاعاتی از پرونده منتشر نشده و کلیه مطالب ذکر شده صرفا گمانه‌زنی است که صحت و سقم آن مشخص و مورد تایید نیست.
وی افزود: اینجانب به عنوان وزیر راه و شهرسازی، ضمن تأکید بر اعتماد کامل به نهادهای نظارتی دولت، رسیدگی دقیق و بدون ملاحظه درباره اتهام هر فرد در هر جایگاهی را لازم و واجب دانسته و آمادگی این وزارتخانه را برای همکاری در تکمیل تحقیقات و روشن شدن حقایق اعلام می‌کنم. لکن لازم است رسانه‌ها از گمانه‌زنی‌های بی‌پایه تا قبل از اثبات اتهام در مرجع صالح قضایی و خدشه به آبروی افراد، دوری کنند.
قاسمی ادامه داد: البته در یک سال گذشته، اقدامات مهمی برای بستن گلوگاه‌های فساد در حیطه وزارت راه و شهرسازی انجام گرفته که بعضا با تبلیغات سنگین تخریبی برای کند شدن این روند مواجه شده است که از جمله این اقدامات می‌توان به شفافیت فراگیر سازمانی، حذف امضاهای طلایی، عدالت در فرصت‌های اقتصادی، بازپس‌گیری اموال و املاک ملی در اختیار سوءاستفاده گران اشاره کرد که انشاءالله گزارش کامل آن به اطلاع مردم شریف خواهد رسید.

قاسم مکارم شیرازی کیست؟
قاسم مکارم شیرازی متولد سال ۱۳۶۳ در شهرستان لامرد استاد فارس است. او در حساب شخصی توییترش تحصیلات خود را فوق لیسانس علوم سیاسی و دکترای روابط بین الملل معرفی کرده است.
ازجمله سوابق اجرایی که خود قاسم مکارم در توییتر به آن اشاره کرده، می‌توان به مشاور بین الملل شرکت بازرگانی پردیس بانک رفاه ایران و مشاور بین الملل شرکت مهندسی ایران (ایریتک) اشاره کرد.
قاسم مکارم شیرازی دو سال پیش، از حوزه انتخابی شیراز، برای نمایندگی مجلس نامزد شد که در آن زمان هزینه های تبلیغات و پشتیبانی ستادهای انتخاباتی خود را در توییتر ۵۸ میلیون تومان اعلام کرد. او در انتخابات مجلس خود را انتخاب اول جوانان شیراز می‌دانست، اما در نهایت با کسب ۷۶۵۰ رای، نتوانست به مجلس شورای اسلامی راه یابد. محمد قاسم مکارم شیرازی مدتی نیز رئیس‌ دفتر سید احمدرضا دستغیب (فرزند سید فخرالدین) بوده است.
در زمان نامزدی رستم قاسمی در سیزدهمین دوره انتخابات ریاست جمهوری، مسئولیت های ستاد انتخاباتی وزیر راه و شهرسازی کنونی بر عهده قاسم مکارم شیرازی بود؛ هرچند رستم قاسمی درنهایت برای نامزدی ریاست جمهوری رد صلاحیت شد.
گفته می‌شود، رستم قاسمی در ابتدا قصد داشت قاسم مکارم شیرازی را در سِمت مسئول دفتر و مدیرکلی حوزه ریاست منصوب کند؛ اما این موضوع عملی نشد و در نهایت قاسم مکارم به عنوان بازرس ویژه و مشاور عالی وزارت راه معرفی و چندی پیش از سوی رستم قاسمی در کمیته شایسته گزینی این وزارتخانه منصوب شد تا انتصابات زیر سایه او انجام شود.
گزارش های غیررسمی، فساد در پروژه شهر جدید پردیس و دیگر پروژه های کلان شهرسازی در کشور را دلیل بازداشت قاسم مکارم شیرازی دانسته‌اند.
