قاچاق سازمان یافته مشروبات الکلی با همکاری گمرک سرخس

نماینده مردم چناران و طرقبه و نائب رئیس فراکسیون نمایندگان ولایی مجلس شورای اسلامی درنامه‌ای به رئیس کل گمرک جمهوری اسلامی ایران از قاچاق سازمان یافته مشروبات الکلی توسط شرکت حمل و نقل بین‌المللی پرده برداشت.

متن کامل این نامه به شرح زیر است:

جناب آقای میراشرفی

رئیس کل گمرک جمهوری اسلامی ایران

سلام علیکم

با احترام نظر به اینکه رئیس پلیس آگاهی ناجا طی نامه‌ای به تاریخ ۱۳ مردادماه سال جاری به ریاست وقت گمرک پرده از قاچاق سازمان یافته کالاهای قاچاق ممنوعه همچون مشروبات الکلی با همکاری برخی کارکنان گمرک شهید رجایی برداشته است و سند واصله به اینجانب نشان می‌دهد که یک شرکت حمل ونقل بین المللی با پرداخت رشوه به برخی از کارکنان گمرک شهید رجایی بستری فراهم کرده است که اینگونه کالاهای قاچاق بدون ارزیابی و اسکن توسط دستگاه ایکس‌ری به صورت سازمان یافته تحت رویه ترانزیت خارجی به کشور وارد شود و به جای انتقال به گمرک سرخس جهت ترانزیت به کشور ترکمنستان، در انبارهای حاشیه شهر مشهد تخلیه گردد.

از آنجا که محتمل است این فساد سازمان یافته و قاچاق مشروبات الکلی در طول سالیان متمادی به صورت سازمان یافته در داخل و خارج از کشور و با همکاری برخی کارکنان و یا مدیران گمرک شهید رجایی و سرخس صورت گرفته باشد.

مقتضی است کلیه اظهار نامه‌های این شرکت حمل و نقل بین‌المللی را حداقل طی 3 سال گذشته مورد بررسی قرار داده و نتیجه را به اینجانب اعلام نمایید.
