واردات پوشاک به صورت فردی ممنوع شد
گمرک ایران اعلام کرد: واردات پوشاک به صورت فردی ممنوع است و برای انجام این کار تنها شرکتهای ثبت شده و نمایندگیهای مجاز میتوانند اقدام کنند.
هرگونه واردات پوشاک به کشور به صورت تجاری تنها از طریق دریافت گواهی فعالیت، مطابق شرایط دستورالعمل نحوه صدور گواهی فعالیت نمایندگان و شعب شرکتهای خارجی عرضهکننده پوشاک در ایران مجاز است، در غیر این صورت، برابر مقررات با آن برخورد خواهد شد.
گمرک در بخشنامه جدید خود اعلام کرده است که این اقدام بر اساس تصمیم های اتخاذ شده در کارگروه پوشاک و در اجرای بند 17 «دستورالعمل نحوه صدور گواهی فعالیت نمایندگان و شعب شرکتهای خارجی عرضهکننده پوشاک در ایران» و «دستورالعمل واردات انواع پوشاک» صورت گرفته است.
بر این اساس از این پس واردات پوشاک به کشور توسط دارندگان گواهی فعالیت نمایندگی شرکتهای خارجی صادره از مرکز امور اصناف و بازرگانان ایران با رعایت مقررات و ضوابط مربوطه امکانپذیر خواهد بود.
به گزارش ایرنا، ساماندهی واردات پوشاک به کشور از ابتدای امسال در دستور کار گمرک ایران قرار گرفته است؛ گمرک اواخر فروردین ماه امسال از تهیه و اجرای هشت برنامه برای حمایت از تولیدکنندگان پوشاک خبر داد.
در این برنامه، حسابرسی برندهای معروف پوشاک و اجرای شماره بارکد و شناسه کالا در دستور کار گمرک و وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت قرارگرفته و وارد کنندگان می توانند از این پس از طریق ثبت نشان تجاری (برند) ، نسبت به واردات پوشاک اقدام کنند و اشخاص حقیقی دیگر، نمی توانند اقدام به واردات نمایند.
