از کابینه دوم روحانی سهم‌خواهی نکنید، بی‌انصافی است
عضو ارشد حزب اعتدال و توسعه گفت: طبق قانون اساسی رئیس جمهور منتخب مردم باید حرف آخر را بزند و در نهایت او هم نشان داده که به رأی مجلس تمکین می‌کند.
غلامعلی دهقان با بیان اینکه از آنجا که رئیس جمهور منتخب، لیست وزیران پیشنهادی را به مجلس معرفی می کند تعامل یا لابی گری قبل از رأی گیری پدیده غیرمترقبه و جدیدی نیست، گفت: در ادوار گذشته نیز چنین رویکردی را شاهد بودیم و به نظر می رسد در کشورهایی که باید پارلمان نظر نهایی را بدهد پدیده مرسومی است.
او ادامه داد: در مجموع تا این حد کارکرد فراکسیون ها می تواند برای تعامل با رئیس جمهور قابل قبول باشد. آنچه پسندیده نیست و می تواند مورد نکوهش و ملامت قرار گیرد سهم خواهی های غیرمنصفانه است. برای مثال اگر فراکسیونی که در رأی 24 میلیونی آقای روحانی نقشی نداشته است بخواهد وارد این بازی شود به نظر می رسد نوعی بی انصافی است اما قابل قبول است که فراکسیون هایی که اعضای شان در ایام انتخابات تلاش وافری داشتند آقای روحانی در استان ها رأی بالایی بیاورند بتوانند حداقل براساس شناختی که از صاحب نظران و متخصصین فن در هر زمینه ای متناسب با وزراتخانه خاص دارند دیدگاه های خود را منتقل کنند اما این دوستان هم نباید فراموش کنند که رأی آقای روحانی، رأی جناحی نبود.
این عضو حزب اعتدال و توسعه گفت: پذیرفته است که اصلاح طلبان تمام قد از آقای روحانی حمایت کردند و انتظار دیگری هم از دوستان اصلاح طلب نمی رفت و اگر غیر این بود باید در اصلاح طلبی دوستان شک کرد اما فراموش نکنیم رأی تشکیلاتی هر جریان خاص در ایران تقریبا مشخص است و در ادوار دیگر هم شاهد بودیم برای مثال یک جریان سیاسی همانند اصلاح طلبی یا اصولگرا رأی سقف خود را داشت آنچه انتخابات ادوار 76 ، 84 و 92 را متمایز می کند حضور آرای خاکستری است که نوعی سیالیت در آن وجود دارد و می تواند متناسب با شعارها و فضای انتخاباتی به گزینه های مختلف سوق پیدا کند. آنچه مسلم است رئیس جمهور منتخب نباید به بخش قابل توجهی از آرای خود که از همین آرای خاکستری است بی توجه باشد و باید این اقشار را هم از خود راضی کند تا در آینده این بخش که تأثیرگذاری زیادی دارد همچنان به نظام سیاسی خود وفادار و میل به حضور در انتخابات را داشته باشد.
او ادامه داد: اصل تعامل پذیرفته است اما خواست غیرمنطقی و سهم گیرانه قابل پذیرش نیست و طبق قانون اساسی رئیس جمهور منتخب مردم باید حرف آخر را بزند و در نهایت او هم نشان داده که به رأی مجلس تمکین می کند همان طور که در سال 92 وقتی وزرای خود را معرفی کرد 3 وزیر پیشنهادی رأی نیاوردند و بعد از مدتی افراد دیگری به عنوان وزیر پیشنهادی به مجلس معرفی شدند. امیدواریم با تعاملات در پیش گرفته شده کابینه کارآمد، فراجناحی، ملی، متخصص و متعهد به آرمان های بزرگ انقلاب شکل بگیرد.
