رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد گفت: به صداوسیما نامه زدیم که آمادگی داریم در زمینه زیانهای طب سنتی ورود کنیم، اما آنها پیاپی مبلغان طب سنتی را میآوردند و ما خون دل میخوردیم و فایدهای نداشت.
محمدرضا دارابی در مورد اقدامات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی برای مقابله با افرادی که طب اسلامی ارائه میدهند و مشکلات زیادی را ایجاد کردهاند، گفت: پنج سال پیش که معاون آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد بودم، به استاندار نامه نوشته و خطر این افراد را -آن زمان تعداد آنها کم بود، اما در حال حاضر تبدیل به موج شدهاند- گوشزد کردم. آن زمان میشد با این موارد برخورد کرد، اما حالا که به موج تبدیل شدهاند برخورد با آنها بسیار سخت است.
وی ادامه داد: به صداوسیما نامه زدیم که آمادگی داریم در این زمینه ورود کنیم، اما آنها پیاپی مبلغان طب سنتی را میآوردند و ما خون دل میخوردیم و فایدهای نداشت. با آقای شریعتی معاون جرم دادگستری جلسه گذاشتیم و… . جایی که باید برویم، رفتیم، قلم زدیم و…. اما ره به جایی نبرد. متاسفانه به دلیل سهلانگاریها، عدم برخورد وزارت بهداشت و… این جریان طب اسلامی تبدیل به یک موج در کشور شده و این موج دارد به شدت شاخصهای سلامتی را آسیب میرساند.
دارابی خاطرنشان کرد: ما به شدت داریم آموزش میدهیم اما الان این افراد به مساجد پناه بردهاند و افراد را به مساجد میفرستند که تبلیغ طبسنتی و فروش دارو کنند. ما علیه این افراد روشنگری میکنیم که مردم خودشان راه درست را انتخاب کنند؛ البته اخیراً هم با استاندار مکاتبه کردهایم که باید شما، نیروی انتظامی و قوه قضائیه پا بگذارید وگرنه کاری از پیش نمیرود. در بحث توریست درمانی هم متاسفانه این مسائل حاکم است.
دارابی با بیان اینکه «سلامت مردم بعد از امنیت دومین مقولهای است که تمام حکومتها باید به آن توجه کنند»، یادآور شد: در حوزه سلامت فعالیتهای خوبی انجام شده و فعالیتهای خوبی هم در جریان است اما واقعیت قضیه این است که نه امکانات کشور اجازه میدهد نه شرایط آنقدر فراهم است که تمام مطالبات مردمی را بتوانیم در حوزه سلامت جواب بدهیم. به همین دلیل با کمبودها و مشکلاتی در مباحث مختلف اعم از نیروی انسانی، فضاهای فیزیکی و درمانی، تامین امکانات درمانی و… روبرو هستیم.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در خصوص تشریح جسد و مشکلات آن گفت: در موضوع جسد مشکل داریم البته آموزش ما جسد و مولاژ است. ما جسد را از پزشکی قانونی میگیریم. در این زمینه مشکل داریم اما نیازمان را برطرف میکنیم. سعی میکنیم با تهاتر و معاملهای که با پزشکی قانونی داریم جسدهای مجهولالهویه و افرادی که کسی برای آنها پیدا نمیشود را بگیریم و از لحاظ فقهی هم اجازه دادهاند.
وی آب، هوا و خاک را سه مؤلفه عمده در سلامت مردم عنوان کرد و افزود: شاخص عمده دیگر سبک زندگی مردم است. خوشبختانه شاخصهای سلامتی از قبل از انقلاب تا کنون بسیار رشد پیدا کرده است؛ در زمان طاغوت 44 درصد زایمانها در بیمارستانها انجام میشده اما امروژه بیش از 99.5 درصد زایمانها در بیمارستان انجام میشود. در نتیجه این کار شاخص مرگومیر مادران و نوزادان بهبود پیدا کرده است، همچنین امید به زندگی در کشور ما حدود 75 سال است؛ یعنی حدود هشت سال افزایش پیدا کرده است. البته ما هنوز با ایدهآلها راه طولانیای داریم.
رئیس دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد در خصوص اجتماعیکردن سلامت بیان کرد: نقش رسانهها در این موضوع بسیار مهم است. مردم باید به این آگاهی برسند که برای سلامت خودشان باید از خود شروع کنند. یعنی اگر بخواهیم تقوا را در حیطه سلامت معنا کنیم، به معنای خودکنترلی و خودمراقبتی است. اگر تقوای سلامت داشته باشیم، شاخصهای سلامتمان ارتقا پیدامیکند و آن وقت اجتماعیکردن سلامت شکل میگیرد.
وی درخصوص نقش رسانهها تصریح کرد: رسانهها رسالت داخلی و رسالت بینالمللی دارند. رسالت داخلی رسانهها تقویت نهادهای مرتبط با سلامت و زدودن زنگارهای آسیبرسان به سلامت مداخلهگران در حوزه سلامت است؛ کسانی که نه علم دارند و نه عمل و تحت عنوان طب اسلامی و طب سنتی، طب امت، طب تزکیه و… که هیچکدام مبنای فقهی علمی و روایتی ندارند، در حال آسیبرساندن به مردم هستند. این موارد باید به مردم اطلاعرسانی شود که مردم سلامت خود را بر اساس پندارهای غلط به خطر نیندازند. رسالت رسانهها در سطح بینالمللی شناخت جامعه اسلامی به مردم، جامعه دانشگاهی و مردم کشورهای دنیاست؛ مخصوصا اینکه در حال حاضر دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و تمام دانشگاهها در موضوع بین المللی کردن خود و جذب دانشجوی بین الملل فعالیت میکنند.
دارابی ادامه داد: معتقدم اگر تمام فعالیتهای دولتهای یازدهم و دوازدهم در حوزه سلامت شامل فعالیتهای عمرانی، پژوهشی، بهداشتی، دارویی و… را در یک کفه ترازو و اقدامات دولتهای دیگر را در کفه دیگر ترازو بگذاریم، اقدامات دولتهای یازدهم و دوازدهم بر کفه دیگر ترازو میچربد؛ زیرا سلامت را یکی از اهداف خود قرار داده است. باید این فعالیتها برای مردم اطلاعرسانی شود. همچنین نواقص را هم باید به مردم بگوییم. البته نقدها باید عادلانه، منصفانه و سازنده باشد.
