ممنوعیت انتشار اخبار مطبوعات آمریکایی و انگلیسی در رسانه‌های داخلی

 

در متن این طرح آمده است: با توجه به اینکه رسانه‌های خارجی به ویژه رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی علیه منافع ملی ایران اقدامات متعددی را انجام می‌دهند و عاملان اصلی رسانه‌های مذکور یعنی خبرنگاران در اقدامات علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و اعمال تحریم‌های ظالمانه آمریکا و کشورهای اروپایی دارند، لذا برای مقابله با تحریم‌ها و جلو گیری از تشدید آنها ضروری است عاملان مؤثر در اقدامات ضد ایرانی، از فعالیت در ایران ممنوع شوند ورود آنها ممنوع گردد.

جمعی از نمایندگان طرح «ممنوعیت ورود خبرنگاران رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی حامی تحریم به ایران» را تهیه و تدوین کرده‌اند.

انتخاب نوشت: جمعی از نمایندگان «ممنوعیت ورود خبرنگاران رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی حامی تحریم به ایران» را تهیه و تدوین کرده‌اند که طرح مذکور در جلسه علنی روز (یکشنبه 29 فروردین ماه) از سوی سید ناصر موسوی لارگانی عضو هیئت رئیسه قوه مقننه اعلام وصول و برای بررسی به کمیسیون مربوطه ارجاع خواهد شد.

متن طرح به شرح زیر است:

ریاست محترم مجلس شورای اسلامی

احتراما طرح ذیل که به امضای 41 نفر از نمایندگان رسیده است، جهت طی مراحل قانونی تقدیم‌ می‌شود.

مقدمه (دلایل توجیهی):

با توجه به اینکه رسانه‌های خارجی به ویژه رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی علیه منافع ملی ایران اقدامات متعددی را انجام می‌دهند و عاملان اصلی رسانه‌های مذکور یعنی خبرنگاران در اقدامات علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و اعمال تحریم‌های ظالمانه آمریکا و کشورهای اروپایی دارند، لذا برای مقابله با تحریم‌ها و جلو گیری از تشدید آنها ضروری است عاملان مؤثر در اقدامات ضد ایرانی، از فعالیت در ایران ممنوع شوند ورود آنها ممنوع گردد. لذا طرح ذیل به مجلس شورای اسلامی تقدیم‌ می‌شود:

عنوان طرح:

طرح ممنوعیت ورود خبرنگاران رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی حامی تحریم به کشور ایران

ماده واحده – ورود خبرنگاران رسانه‌های آمریکایی و انگلیسی حامی تحریم علیه کشور ایران به خاک جمهوری اسلامی ایران ممنوع است و رسانه‌های داخلی مجاز به انتشار اخبار رسانه‌های مذکور نیستند.

تبصره 1- تخلف از احکام این قانون مستوجب مجازات تعزیری درجه چهار‌ است. ( مجازات درجه چهار شامل حبس بیش از پنج تا ده سال، جزای نقدی بیش از یکصد و هشتاد میلیون (۱۸۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰) ریال تا سیصد و شصت میلیون (۳۶۰.۰۰۰.۰۰۰) ریال و انفصال دائم از خدمات دولتی و عمومی می شود)

تبصره 2- آیین نامه اجرائی این قانون ظرف مدت دو ماه توسط وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی با همکاری وزارتخانه‌های امور خارجه، اطلاعات و دادگستری تهیه‌ می‌شود و به تصویب هیأت وزیران‌ می‌رسد.
