ثبت”نقش اشعار جعفرقلی زنگلی در فرهنگ عامه کرمانج های خراسان”، در فهرست میراث فرهنگی ناملموس ملی کشور،  به اداره کل میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری خراسان رضوی ابلاغ شد.

گلی شادکام، پژوهشگر حوزه میراث فرهنگی ناملموس خراسان در این مورد اظهار کرد: جعفرقلی زنگلی، پُرآوازه‏ترین شاعر کرد کرمانج شمال خراسان است که با گذشت نزدیک به صد سال از درگذشتش، اشعارش همچنان زینت ‏بخش مجالس شادی و محافل عرفانی بوده و بخش با ارزشی از گنجینه شفاهی هنرمندان کرمانج و مردمان این خراسان است. اشعار وی نه تنها منبع الهام شاعران که تاثیر فراوانی نیز بر هنر اجرای موسیقی و ترانه کردی این خطه گذاشته است.

وی ادامه داد: جعفرقلی زنگلی متولد روستای گوگان قوچان و از طایفه زنگلان بوده که بر اساس آنچه در اشعارش اشاره نموده، در فاصلۀ سالهای 1266 تا 1304 هجری قمری شعر می‏سروده است.

شادکام  تصریح کرد: جعفرقلی در اوایل جوانی عاشق دختری به نام “مِلواری” شده که نام او را در بسیاری از اشعارش آورده است. همین عشق است که مسیر زندگی او را عوض می‏کند، همچنانکه در زندگی بسیاری از عرفا حادثۀ عشق نقش بیدارکنندگی داشته است. این دگرگونی‏ روحی و به دنبال آن آوارگی‌‏ها و سفرهای فراوان و تحصیل علوم دینی و آشنایی با قرآن و متون ادب فارسی سبب شده است که امروزه او را انسانی عارف و صاحب کمال و شاعری صاحب سبک بدانند.

این پژوهشگر حوزه میراث فرهنگی ناملموس خراسان در مورد مضامین این اشعار اظهار کرد: موضوع اشعار جعفرقلی زنگلی عمدتا عاشقانه و عارفانه است، البته مذهب جعفرقلی مانند تمام کردهای شمال خراسان شیعه اثنی عشری است و در اشعار او مدح ائمه معصومین(ع) موج می‏زند و به حضرت عباس(ع) ارادت خاصی داشته است.

شادکام یادآور شد: او مانند بسیاری از کرمانج های خراسان زبان‌های ترکی و فارسی را هم می‏دانسته است. به علاوه زبان عربی را هم در حوزۀ علمیه فراگرفته بوده است و به این چهار زبان نیز شعر سروده است که در نوع خود کم‏نظیر است، هم چنین او نوازنده ای چیره‏دست دوتار بوده است و اشعار خویش را با نوای دوتار اجرا می‏کرده است. وی دارای مقام بخشی بوده است و گروهی از سرشناس‏ترین بخشی‏های کرد خراسان در محضر ایشان کسب هنر و دانش نموده‏اند.

وی گفت: جعفرقلی تخلص‏های گوناگونی مانند “جعفرقلی، جعفرقلی بیچاره، جعفرقلی عندلیب، جعفرقلی مختار، جعفرقلی زنگلی و کردو” برای خود اختیار کرده است.
