ستاری افزود: در فضای مجازی از نظر سخت افزاری و نرم افزاری رشد محتوا داشتیم بطوریکه زبان فارسی در اینترنت در جایگاه نهم قرار گرفته است.
وی اظهار داشت: تعداد صفحات وب به زبان فارسی در اینترنت افزایش یافته و بیشتر از صفحات عربی محتوا تولید شده است در حالی که جمعیت زبان عربی در دنیا بیشتر از فارسی است.
معاون رئیس جمهوری گفت: باید قدرت نرم خود را در فضای مجازی نگهداریم و ایدههای جدید را در قالب شتاب دهندههای کسب و کار در این حوزه داشته باشیم واستارت آپ را در تولید و محتوا نیز حمایت کنیم.
وی با اشاره به کمبود اعتبار در حوزه فناوری، افزود: بخش خصوصی به خوبی در حوزه دانش بینان وارد شده و برنامه ریزی برای ورود بیشتر بخش خصوصی انجام شده است.
وی ادامه داد: هر جایی که ما سرمایه گذاری کردیم بخش خصوصی چندین برابر آن سرمایه گذاری کرده است و این باور را در کشور نهادینه کرده ایم که پژوهش کار اقتصادی است.
ستاری با اشاره به ورود حوزه دانش بنیان در صنایع خودرو کشور نیز، گفت: برنامه ریزی برای سال آینده در حوزه خودرو انجام دادیم ولی صنایع بزرگ ما بر اساس اکوسیستم دیگری رشد و طراحی شده است.
وی افزود: اکوسیستم ما در حوزه صنایع خودرو سازی هیچگاه بر پایه دانش نبوده و کار پژوهشی در آن انجام نشده است.
وی اظهار داشت: صنعتی که از ابتدا بر اساس مونتاژ خارجی شکل گرفته، کار دانشی نیست و ما برنامه خاصی را آغاز کردیم که در این راستا مذاکراتی برای کار پژوهشی با تعدادی از کارخانجات خودرو سازی انجام شده است.
