رئیس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد گفت: مطالعات امکانسنجی به منظور پیادهمدار کردن برخی از معابر شهر انجام شده که از جمله آنها میتوان به معابر موجود در دو طرف بازار رضا(ع) اشاره کرد.
محمدهادی مهدینیا، رئیس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد صبح امروز از سازمان ترافیک و حمل و نقل شهرداری بازدید و با مدیرعامل و معاونین این مجموعه گفتگو کرد.
مهدینیا در این بازدید با بیان اینکه موضوع حمل و نقل و ترافیک یکی از موضوعات مهم حوزه شهری است، اظهارکرد: براساس مطالعاتی که توسط پژوهشگران انجام شده، یکی از دغدغهمندیهای ساکنان کلانشهرها، بویژه شهر مشهد مربوط ترافیک است چراکه به صورت روزمره با آن در ارتباط هستند و با مشکلات ناشی از آن دست و پنجه نرم میکنند.
وی افزود: اگر گامهای مثبتی بتوانیم در حوزه ترافیک برداریم، بدون شک پاسخهای زودهنگامی از سوی مردم دریافت خواهیم کرد.
رئیس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای شهر مشهد با تاکید بر اینکه رویکردهای جدید حوزه ترافیک بیشتر بر حول ایمنی، انسانمحوری و پیادهمحوری میچرخد، گفت: پیادهمداری متاسفانه در حوزه آکادمیک و دانشگاهی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است و در حوزه اجرا نمودهای آن را مشاهده نمیکنیم.
مهدینیا خاطرنشان کرد: نگاه پیادهمحور بدون شک در آینده غالب میشود و معضلات ترافیکی و آلودگی هوا سبب تاکید بر اهمیت این مهم خواهد شد.
وی با بیان اینکه در مقابل توجه صرف به افزایش زیرساختهای حوزه ترافیکی باید تقاضای سفر باید مدیریت شود و مردم را به استفاده از وسایل حمل و نقل عمومی تشویق کنیم، تصریح کرد: اتخاذ چنین رویکردهایی که مورد تاکید شورای شهر نیز بوده، موجب آرامسازی ترافیک و تحقق شهری انسانمدار و قابل زندگی برای تمامی افراد میشود؛ بسیار خرسندیم که طرحهای متعددی نیز پیرامون همین موضوع در حال تهیه است.

وی از آمادگی و رویکرد حمایتی شورای شهر مشهد به منظور پیادهمدار کردن معابر شهری خبرداد و گفت: طرح پیادهمحور کردن خیابانهای دوطرف بازار رضا(ع) با حمایت اعضای شورای شهر همراه خواهد بود و با ارائه طرح، بودجه مورد نیاز برای اجرای آن در سال 98 پیشبینی میشود.
