گلخندان درگز، تونل تاریک و وعده‌های عمل نشده

تونل گلخندان شهرستان مرزی درگز استان خراسان رضوی که در جاده ترانزیتی لطف آباد – درگز ساخته شده است به رغم وعده های متعدد مسوولان برای افتتاح، هنوز فاقد روشنایی است و زیربار ترافیک نرفته است.

به گزارش ایرنا، بعد از گذرگاه های مرزی دوغارون و سرخس خراسان رضوی، مرز لطف آباد در جایگاه سوم قرار دارد، گذرگاه مرزی ریلی و جاده ای “لطف‌آباد” شهرستان درگز در ۲۲ کیلومتری شهر درگز در شمال خراسان رضوی و ۹۰ کیلومتری جنوب عشق‌ آباد پایتخت ترکمنستان واقع است.

در حال حاضر حمل کالای جاده ای به ترکمنستان در مرز زمینی لطف آباد از طریق انتقال بار به کامیونهای ترکمنستان انجام می‌شود و روزانه کالای حدود ۱۱۰ دستگاه کامیون به صورت ترانشیپمنت به ترکمنستان صادر می‌ شود.

از طرفی یک ماه است که فعالیت بخش ریلی در مرز لطف آباد از سرگرفته شده و صادرکنندگان و تجار کالاهای خود را با کامیون و از جاده کوهستانی و پرپیچ و خم قوچان – درگز به لطف آباد می‌رسانند تا در واگنهای باری کشور همسایه شمالی یعنی ترکمنستان بارگیری نمایند.

این عوامل باعث نیاز ساکنان محلی و تجار و صادرکنندگان دیگر مناطق کشور به جاده ایمن در این شهرستان مرزی و کوهستانی شده است.

از مدتها قبل ساخت تونلی برای تسهیل در حمل و نقل ترانزیتی در جاده لطف آباد – درگز آغاز شده که اینک به مراحل پایانی خود نزدیک شده است.

مدیرکل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده‌ای خراسان رضوی ۹ دی ماه پارسال در بازدید استاندار وقت خراسان رضوی از روند ساخت تونل گل‌خندان در این جاده گفت: این تونل تا اردیبهشت سال ۱۴۰۰ تکمیل و بهره‌برداری می‌شود.

ابراهیم نصری با بیان اینکه پیمانکاری این طرح راهسازی را عوامل بومی و از اهالی همین منطقه برعهده دارند افزود: برای تکمیل این تونل ۳۶ میلیارد ریال در نظر گرفته شده است.

وی طول تونل گلخندان را ۵۷۵ متر ذکر و بیان کرد: با ساخت آن، یک نقطه حادثه‌خیز و گردنه خطرناک در این جاده حذف و وضعیت ایمنی آن اصلاح می‌شود.

نبود قیر و روشنایی علت تاخیر در بهره‌برداری از تونل

با گذشت چند ماه از وعده داده شده  رییس اداره نگهداری راههای اداره‌ کل راهداری و حمل و نقل جاده‌ای خراسان رضوی دلیل تاخیر در آسفالت این تونل را عدم تامین قیر از سوی عامل فروش عنوان کرد.

علی رجایی گفت: مشکل اصلی در این زمینه عدم دریافت قیر به خاطر خلف وعده و اختلاف حساب پالایشگاه تامین کننده قیر در اصفهان با راهداری خراسان رضوی بود.

فرماندار وقت درگز نیز به خبرنگار ایرنا گفته بود: با تاکید استاندار خراسان رضوی آسفالت تونل گلخندان تکمیل شده اما روشنایی آن هنوز باقی مانده است که در صورت موافقت شورای ترافیک استان این تونل بدون روشنایی زیر بار ترافیک خواهد رفت.

پس از آن زمزمه هایی مبنی بر وجود اشکالات فنی و ترافیکی در تونل و همچنین بهره برداری از تونل بدون تامین روشنایی مطرح شد که مسوولان راهداری خراسان رضوی حاضر به پاسخگویی در این زمینه نشدند.

وعده ۲ ماهه برای افتتاح تونل 

“شربتی” یکی از فعالان رسانه ای در شهرستان درگز هم به خبرنگار ایرنا گفت: آسفالت این تونل تکمیل شده اما روشنایی ندارد و ورودی تونل با یک خاکریز کوچک بسته شده البته موتورسیکلتها می توانند از درون تونل تردد نمایند.

سرپرست جدید فرمانداری درگز که سه روز است به این سمت منصوب شده است به خبرنگار ایرنا گفت: قرارداد ۱۰ میلیارد ریالی با پیمانکار بخش خصوصی برای تامین روشنایی تونل منعقد شده و قسمتی از تجهیزات آن نیز در محل پروژه تخلیه گردیده است.

محمد کرمی افزود: پیمانکار قول داده است تا ۲ ماه دیگر روشنایی تونل را تکمیل و آن را آماده افتتاح کند.

شهرستان ۷۵ هزار نفری درگز علاوه بر چهار شهر درگز، لطف‌آباد، نوخندان و چاپشلو ۱۲۲ روستا دارد که ۱۱۰ روستای آن دارای جمعیت بیش از ۲۰ خانوار هستند.

مرکز این شهرستان مرزی و کوهستانی در ۲۵۴ کیلومتری شمال مشهد و در جوار مرز ایران و ترکمنستان واقع است.
