تخریب هویت مشهد با تغییر نام‌های تاریخی

مصوبه اخیر شورای شهر مشهد درباره تغییر نام دو محله تاریخی و کهن این شهرتپل محله و نکاح مشهد با اعتراض فعالان مدنی و فرهنگی و ساکنان این محدوده ها  مواجه شده اند، این افراد طی روزهای اخیر تلاش کرده‌اند تا با استفاده از فضاهای مختلف ارتباطی اعتراض خود را به گوش مسئولان رسانده و از اجرایی شدن این مصوبه جلوگیری کنند.

رضا سلیمان نوری  خراسان پژوه و رئیس هیات مدیره انجمن توسعه گردشگری چهارباغ خراسان درهمین راستا به صبح امروز گفت: متاسفانه اعضای  ششمین شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد هم با وجود این‌که از ابتدای تبلیغات انتخاباتی خود حفظ هویت شهر و جلوگیری از خدشه وارد شدن به آن را یکی از اهداف خود عنوان می‌کردند، پس از پیروزی در انتخابات و در اختیار گرفتن سکان شورای اسلامی همان رویه ناصواب گذشتگان خود را در حوزه هویت ادامه داده و گام‌هایی  اشتباه و ضد هویتی در این عرصه برداشتند.

او به اقدامات انجام شده با نام نوسازی و بهسازی بافت اطراف حرم و آثار و نتیاج آن اظهار کرد: بافت تاریخی و هویتی مشهد در جریان اجرای طرح نوسازی و بهسازی اطراف حرم مطهر رضوی تخریب شده و اکنون همین نام هم که باقی مانده بود شورای اسلامی شهر در حال نابودی آن استف، به نظر می رسد تخریب هویت مشهد با تغییر نام های تاریخی ادامه دارد.

وی در ادامه به مصوبه اخیر شورای اسلامی ششم شهر مشهد اشاره کرده و گفت:  جدیدترین اقدام شورا در این راستا تغییر نام دو محله قدیمی و دارای هویت تپل محله و نکاح مشهد بود که نشان داد در درجه نخست کمیسیون فرهنگی و در درجه بعد تمامی اعضای شورای شهر رای دهنده به این مصوبه یا شناخت درست و کاملی از گذشته تاریخی فرهنگی محلات شهر و اسامی آنها ندارند و  یا امور دیگری برای ایشان  از مسائل هویتی و فرهنگی و تاریخی شهر اهمیت بالاتری دارد  که پذیرفته‌اند این نقطه سیاه را در کارنامه کاری چهارساله خود ثبت کنند.

رضا سلیمان نوری با بیان این مطلب افزود: متاسفانه این رویه نادرست تنها به این شورا هم اختصاص ندارد و در شوراهای اسلامی گذشته شهر هم شاهد ارجح دانستن مسائل شخصی، سیاسی و جناحی بر مسائل فرهنگی در حوزه نامگذاری های جدید یا تغییر نام‌ها بوده‌ایم که مواردی چون تغییر نام خیابان آزادی به آیت‌ا… بهجت و یا بولوار میثاق به آیت ا… هاشمی رفسنجانی و خیابان سرخس به شهدای فاطمیون از بارزترین آن‌ها بوده است که هنوز هم مورد قبول بیشتر مردم شهر و حتی بسیاری از ادارات و سازمان‌ها قرار نگرفته و به هنگام ثبت یا اعلام آدرس از همان نام قدیم و در بهترین حالت نام جدید در کنار قدیم اما با تکیه بر نام قدیم استفاده می‌کنند.

برخی نامگذاری‎ها اشتباه بوده است

رئیس هیات مدیره انجمن توسعه گردشگری چهارباغ خراسان در توضیح چرایی ناصواب خواندن این تغییر نام‌ها  نیز گفت: یک نام  و عنوان وقتی مورد قبول مردمی قرار می گیرد که مردم با آن خاطره داشته باشند و یا خود نام توانایی ایجاد خاطره داشته باشد. به طور مثال چهارراه نادری وقتی چهارراه شهدا شد که تعدادی از مبارزین در جریان  پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در این خیابان به شهادت رسیدند و مردم به پاسداشت یاد ایشان این چهارراه را شهدا نامگذاری کردند و یا خیابان آزادی بدان دلیل آزادی خوانده شد که با آزادسازی دفتر نیروی پایداری مستقر در این خیابان توسط  نیروهای انقلاب در سال 1357 بزرگترین مرکز وابسته به رژیم پهلوی در هسته اصلی شهر سقوط کرد و عملا شهر مشهد آزاد شد و به کار بردن نام آزادی برای این خیابان یادآور آن روزهای باشکوه است و بدین دلیل تغییر نام آن به  آیت ا… بهجت که به رغم محترم و عزیز بودن هیچ نمود دیداری و خاطره سازی برای مردم  مشهد خاصه ساکنان این خیابان نداشته است، این نامگذاری اشتباه بوده است.

نوشتین نام قدیمی زیر تابلو اطلاع از عدم پذیرش مردمی و عذر بدتر از گناه است!

سلیمان نوری افزود: این مثال درمورد اقدام شورای پنجم در تغییر نام بلوار میثاق به آیت ا… هاشمی و یا خیابان سرخس به شهدای فاطمیون و البته تغییر نام نکاح به رئوف و تپل محله(ته پل محله) به علامه حسن زاده آملی  از سوی شورای ششم هم صدق می کند.

این خراسان پژوه ادامه داد: البته شاید برخی دوستان شورای ششم تاکید کنند که برای رفع این شبه مصوبه بر این اساس است که نام قدیم محله هم به صورت زیرنویس و ریز در تابلوهای جدید آورده شود که این عذر بدتر از گناه است و نشان می دهد که این عزیزان با اطلاع از عدم  اقبال عمومی به این تغییر نام  بازهم آن را اجرایی کرده اند.

نتیجه معکوس نامگذاری بدون پذیرش مردمی

وی در ادامه مشکل این نوع تغییر نام را علاوه  بر مسائل هویتی و تاریخی و عدم اقبال مردمی، نوعی بدرفتاری با علمای دین هم دانست و گفت: وقتی با علم به اینکه مردم استقبالی از این نامگذاری نمی‌کنند بازهم تاکید بر این نامگذاری می‌شود، بدون شک ذهنیت منفی در بین مردم ایجاد می‌شود و این ذهنیت منفی به نوعی تخریب شخیصت‌ها وعلمای دین را در پی دارد. وقتی مردم مجبور شوند نامی را که به هر دلیل علاقه‌ای بدان ندارند جانشین نامی کنند که با آن خاطره دارند، نسبت به این نام و به مرورنسبت به ریشه‌های فرهنگی مرتبط با این نام که در حال حاضر اغلب ریشه‌های دینی است، واکنش منفی نشان می‌دهند و بدین گونه اقدامی که در ظاهر با هدف  تجلیل از علمای دینی و در اصل با هدف بیان اهمیت جایگاه دین در زندگی مردم رخ داده است به  حرکتی ضد دینی و عاملی برای افزایش دین گریزی اقشار مختلف مرم خاصه جوانان تبدیل می‌شود. فرق هم نمی کند که در جریان این تغییر نام‌ها میثاق، آیت الله هاشمی رفسنجانی یا آزادی، آیت الله بهجت و یا تپل محله(ته پل محله)، علامه حسن زاده آملی شوند.

نامگذاری کارشناسی شود

سلیمان نوری گفت: برای رفع این معضل با توجه به شناختی که از اعضای ششمین شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد دارم، از این عزیزان تقاضا دارم تا هر تغییر نامی را به کمیته نامگذاری شهر مشهد بسپارند و از آنان بخواهند تا همان گونه که برای شخصیت‌های معرفی شده از سوی دانشگاه یا شهدای معرفی شده از سوی بنیاد شهید با کاری کارشناسی  خیابان یا مکانی مناسب را انتخاب می کنند، برای انتخاب مکانی که قصد دارند به نام  شخصیت‌های دینی مزین شود، کار کارشناسی انجام دهند تا دیگر شاهد  مخالفت های مردمی و کارشناسانه نبوده و اقدام ایشان مورد استقبال قرار گیرد.
