با حضور استاندار خراسان رضوی آیین افتتاح توربین بادی ۶۶۰ کیلووات و کلنگ زنی توربین ۲.۵ مگاواتی در شهرستان خواف برگزار شد.

به گزارش روزنامه صبح‌امروز، با حضور یعقوبعلی نظری توربین بادی ۶۶۰ کیلووات نیروگاه سردار شهید سپهبد حاج قاسم سلیمانی شهرستان خواف در منطقه خرگرد افتتاح شد. همچنین در این مراسم کلنگ توربین ۲.۵ مگاواتی این نیروگاه به صورت زده شد.

استاندار خراسان رضوی در این مراسم اظهار کرد: موضوع سفر ما به شهرستان خواف بررسی پروژه‌های اقتصادی و عمرانی است. شهرستان خواف سه مزیت ملی دارد. معادن سنگان خواف و سنگ آهن اثرات گسترده اقتصادی در سطح ملی و فراملی دارد که ما باید به نحو احسن از آن‌ها استفاده کنیم.

وی ادامه داد: باد مزیت دیگری است که در شهرستان به عنوان یک نعمت خدادادی وجود دارد. بنابراین مسئولان مربوطه حتما مسائل این حوزه را دنبال خواهند کرد. در این راستا به عنوان یک الگوی عملی امروز شاهد بهره‌برداری از این توربین بادی هستیم که به واسطه آن انرژی برای منطقه تولید می‌شود.

استاندار خراسان رضوی مزیت دیگر این منطقه را مرز بیان کرد و گفت: متمرکز بر مسائل اقتصادی استان و کشور همسایه افغانستان خواهیم شد تا مراودات خوبی در این حوزه شکل بگیرد.

نظری خاطرنشان کرد: باید حضور جریان‌های مردمی را در عرصه اقتصادی فراهم کنیم. مردم قوه و استعداد فعالیت دارند و هم سرمایه‌های خرد و کلان در اختیار آن‌ها است. بنابراین باید موانع را از سر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی برداریم.

در ادامه این سفر نظری در جمع خبرنگاران در خصوص سفرش به منطقه صفر مرزی شنتیغ و بازدید از وضعیت خط ریلی خواف به هرات افعانستان و همچنین شرایط بازارچه مرزی خواف گفت: کشور افغانستان همسایه ماست و حتما باید از ظرفیت‌های یکدیگر استفاده کنیم. مردم افغانستان به امکانات جمهوری اسلامی نیاز دارند و ما هم وظیفه و تکلیف داریم که به آن‌ها کمک کنیم. در این راستا قرار است تفاهماتی که در سفر به این کشور انجام شده، به برنامه‌های عملی و اجرایی تبدیل شود. خوشبختانه برای بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌های ۲ کشور راه‌آهن خواف نیز راه‌اندازی شده و عملا در حال بهره‌برداری است. نیاز است این راه‌آهن به‌ روز و بهینه شود تا بتوان از آن به شکل گسترده‌ای برای صادرات بهره‌برداری کرد.

رئیس شورای تامین خراسان رضوی در خصوص امنیت مرزها و شهرهای مرزی استان نیز گفت: خدا را شکر به هیچ عنوان مشکل امنیتی در خراسان رضوی و شهرها و روستاهای آن و همچنین مرزهای شرق کشور وجود ندارد. در بازدیدی که از نقاط مرزی استان داشتیم نیز کاملا مشهود بود که همه دستگاه‌های. متولی به وظایف خود به خوبی عمل می‌کنند و هیچ مشکل امنیتی وجود ندارد.

نظری در خصوص نشست مشترک خویش با مدیران صنایع فولادی منطقه گفت: مهمترین ظرفیت خواف سنگ آهن آن است. سرمایه‌گذاران در این منطقه تلاش‌ها و زحمات زیادی برای بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌های این منطقه انجام داده و کارخانجات مشغول استخراج و تولید محصولات واسط هستند. با همه این‌ها ظرفیت عظیمی در این منطقه وجود دارد که باید بیشتر و بهتر از این مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

وی اضافه کرد: براساس نتایج حاصل از مذاکرات اولیه با سرمایه‌گذاران این منطقه امیدواریم فرایند زمینه جذب سرمایه بیشتر در منطقه خواف تسهیل و این مهم به افزایش تولیدات پایه‌ای و اساسی برای کشور، استان و این خطه منجر شود.

نظری درباره راهکارهای تسریع فرایند چهار باندی شدن جاده سنگان به خواف و تربت حیدریه گفت: طبق گفت‌وگوهای انجام شده با صاحبان معادن، صنایع و مبدل‌ها در منطقه مقرر شد این مجموعه‌ها در توسعه جاده مذکور مشارکت داشته‌ باشند. نباید از یاد برد جاده سنگان به خواف و تربت حیدریه یک زیرساخت اقتصادی به شمار می‌آید و به همین دلیل لازم است توسعه آن به صورت جدی‌تری برای حمل مواد معدنی در دستور کار قرار گیرد.

استاندار خراسان رضوی با اشاره به ظرفیت‌های بادی منطقه خواف خاطرنشان کرد: کریدور بادی منطقه خواف نیز توانمندی متمایزی است که خداوند به این خطه عطا کرده و از این جهت خواف جزو مناطق ویژه به حساب می‌آید اما متاسفانه نتوانسته‌ایم به خوبی از این ظرفیت بهره‌برداری کنیم. این در حالی است که کشور نیاز مبرمی به منابع انرژی دارد.

وی افزود: در سفر امروز توربین‌های معدودی که پیشتر در این منطقه مستقر شده بود، به بهره‌برداری رسید اما نباید به همین مقدار اکتفا کرد چون ظرفیت‌های این منطقه بسیار بیشتر از این‌هاست. بهره‌برداری از انرژی باد یک نیاز جدی برای استان و کشور است که مدیریت استان برای بهره‌برداری از آن برنامه‌ریزی خواهد کرد.
