اجاره‌بهای دهها واحد تجاری مشهد در قالب پویش مردمی بخشیده شد
دبیر ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی به تاسیس پویش مردمی بخشش اجاره‌بهای اصناف در تعطیلات کرونایی اشاره و بیان کرد: در همین چارچوب ظرف آذر ماه جاری تاکنون اجاره‌بهای ماهانه ۱۵۰ واحد تجاری در مشهد بخشیده شده تا از زیان آنها کاسته شود.
محمدحسین روشنک افزود: بسیاری از کسبه بازار مشهد که در مغازه اجاره‌ای فعالیت دارند از ابتدای آذر ماه بخاطر تعطیلی اجباری مصوب ستاد ملی مقابله با کرونا برای مشاغل گروههای دو، سه و چهار در تامین و پرداخت اجاره‌بهای مغازه‌های خود دچار مشکل شدند.
وی ادامه داد: ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی به همین خاطر “پویش مردمی بخشش اجاره‌بها در تعطیلات کرونایی” را با هدف ایجاد همدلی بین مردم و مسوولان در شرایط سخت ناشی از بحران شیوع ویروس همه‌گیر تاسیس نمود تا بسیج عمومی برای کمک به همنوع صورت گیرد.
دبیر ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی گفت: بر این اساس هم‌اینک، یا شخص مالک دریافت اجاره‌بها را از مستاجر واحد تجاری به مدت یک تا چند متوقف نموده و در آن تخفیف می‌دهد و یا اینکه شهروندان نیکوکار پرداخت آن را تقبل می‌کنند.
وی افزود: اکثریت مغازه‌داران مشهدی، مصوبه ستاد ملی مقابله با کرونا را اجرا و اقدام به تعطیلی واحد تجاری خود نموده‌اند اما بخاطر کاهش شدید فعالیتهای تجاری در سطح بازار ظرف تعطیلات اجباری دو هفته اخیر و همچنین از زمان آغاز شیوع کرونا تاکنون اصناف زیان قابل توجهی را متحمل شده‌اند بنابراین نیازمند یاری نوعدوستانه مردم هستند.
روشنک ادامه داد: ظرف ۱۰ روز اخیر با راه‌اندازی این پویش شمار زیادی از مالکانی که از دریافت اجاره‌بهای ملک تجاری خود گذشت کرده و یا شهروندان نیکوکاری که پرداخت آن را پذیرفته‌اند اقدام برای اعلام آن نکرده‌اند لذا تعداد اجاره‌بهای پرداخت شده در مشهد بسیار بیشتر از ۱۵۰ موردی است که به ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی گزارش شده‌اند.
وی گفت: ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی همچنین مبتکر “پویش نذر ماسک” در مشهد است که اجرای آن به کل کشور و حتی کشورهای دیگر جهان تسری یافته و برکاتش نصیب بسیاری از نیازمندان شده است.
دبیر ستاد هماهنگی کمیته‌های مردمی مقابله با کرونا در خراسان رضوی اظهار امیدواری کرد که “پویش مردمی بخشش اجاره‌بها در تعطیلات کرونایی” نیز مانند پویش نذر ماسک گسترش یافته و بسیاری از کسبه که توان پرداخت اجاره مغازه خود را ندارند از این اقدام نیکوکارانه منتفع شوند.
پیرو ابلاغ مصوبه ستاد ملی مقابله با کرونا از ابتدای آذر ماه جاری فعالیت بسیای از مشاغل در شهرهای دارای وضعیت قرمز شیوع ویروس همه‌گیر ممنوع است. در این زمینه در شهر مشهد به جز واحدهای عرضه مایحتاج ضروری مردم و واحدهای خدماتی در بخشهای مختلف، بقیه صنوف مجاز به فعالیت نیستند.
نانواییها، سوپرمارکتها، فروشندگان میوه و سبزی، مواد پروتیینی، تجهیزات پزشکی، لوازم بهداشتی و شوینده، عینک سازان، فروشندگان گیاهان دارویی، فروشگاههای زنجیره‌ای و همچنین واحدهای خدماتی شامل خشکشویی، واحدهای تعمیر خودرو، الکترومکانیک و تلفن همراه، فروشندگان لوازم خانگی، رایانه، مصالح ساختمانی، لوله و پروفیل، شوفاژ و تهویه، لوله بازکنی و قفل و کلیدسازی، آهنگری و صنوفی که در بخش ارایه خدمات و تعمیرات فعالیت دارند، مجاز به فعالیت بدون محدودیت هستند.
فروشندگان لوازم آرایشی، خرازی، فروشندگان کتاب و نوشت‌افزار، فرش و موکت، بستنی و فالوده، پوشاک، فیلم و عکس، مبل و صندلی، دوچرخه و موتورسیکلت، تایپ و تکثیر، مشاوران املاک و فروشندگانی از این دست که جزو مشاغل گروههای دو و سه محسوب می‌شوند، ممنوعیت فعالیت دارند و حتی اگر این واحدها در فروشگاههای زنجیره‌ای نیز مستقر باشند فعالیتشان همچنان ممنوع است.
رستورانها، پیتزافروشی‌ها، سفره‌خانه‌های سنتی، آبمیوه فروشی و موارد مشابه نیز در این مدت فقط به صورت “بیرون‌بر” مجاز به فعالیت هستند.
همه پاساژها و مجتمع‌های تجاری نیز ظرف این مدت باید تعطیل بوده و هیچگونه فعالیتی که منجر به تجمع شود نداشته باشند.
۲۱۸ هزار و ۶۷۸ واحد صنفی که ۱۶۵ هزار و ۸۰۷ واحد از میان آنها دارای پروانه کسب تولیدی، توزیعی، خدماتی و فنی هستند و نیز ۵۱۳ اتحادیه صنفی در سطح ۳۲ شهرستان استان خراسان رضوی وجود دارد.
۹۶ اتحادیه و ۱۰۵ هزار و ۶۰۷ واحد صنفی تولیدی، توزیعی و خدماتی نیز در کلانشهر سه و نیم میلیون نفری مشهد استقرار دارند.
۴۸ درصد از صنوف موجود در خراسان رضوی “توزیعی” بوده و فعالیت افزون بر ۱۸درصد آنها ارائه خدمات فنی است.
۱۷ درصد اصناف خراسان رضوی نیز در حوزه تولید و حدود ۱۶ درصد آنها در عرصه خدمات فعالیت دارند.
بر این اساس به ازای هر ۲۹ مصرف‌کننده در استان شش میلیون و ۴۰۰ هزار نفری خراسان رضوی یک واحد صنفی در شرایط عادی فعال است.
همچنین جمعیت صنفی خراسان رضوی ۹ درصد جمعیت صنفی کشور را تشکیل داده و سهم صنوف تولیدی این استان از کل بازار کشور ۲۲ درصد است.
