نهضت پیاده‌روسازی با اولویت مسیرهای تشرف به حرم مطهر

شهردار مشهد با تأکید بر اینکه پیاده‌روسازی باید به یک نهضت تبدیل‌شده و در تمام نقاط شهر اتفاق بیفتد، گفت: در این راستا بهسازی و مناسب‌سازی مسیرهای تشرف حرم مطهر باید در اولویت قرار گیرد.

به گزارش صبح امروز، محمدرضا کلائی در نشست بررسی طرح نهضت پیاده‌روسازی و تقویت پیاده محوری که با حضور رئیس کمیسیون عمران حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک شورای شهر و معاون شهردار در این حوزه برگزار شد، افزود: به نظرم بهسازی پیاده‌روها به‌صورت پراکنده و جزئی تأثیر مناسبی ندارد و این اقدام باید به‌صورت کلان پروژه و در محورهای شاخص ازجمله معابر تشرف به حرم مطهر رضوی اجرا شود.
وی اضافه کرد: در کنار مسیرهای تشرف به حرم مطهر بولوار وکیل‌آباد و کوهسنگی نیز پتانسیل مناسبی برای این کاردارند.

پیاده محوری در خیابان کوثر
کلائی بابیان اینکه یکی دیگر از مسیرهای شاخص برای پیاده محوری حدفاصل میدان کوثر تا میدان کارخانه نوآوری است، اظهار کرد: بر همین اساس آرام‌سازی حرکت خودرو در این مسیر حتماً باید موردتوجه قرار گیرد .
وی تصریح کرد: باید با نوع طراحی، این پیام را بدهیم که این مسیر عبوری نیست و برای تردد خودروها دسترسی‌ها را از سایر معابر هم‌عرض مهیا کنیم.

میدان کارخانه نوآوری محل پیاده محوری
شهردار مشهد بابیان اینکه معتقد است میدان کارخانه نوآوری باید کم‌کم به میدانی پیاده محور تبدیل شود، افزود: همچنین باوجود کارخانه نوآوری این زمینه برای واحدهای تجاری این محدوده ایجاد خواهد شد تا به کافه پیاده راه تبدیل شوند.
وی ادامه داد: در کنار تقویت پیاده محوری در مسیر کوثر، در رینگ دور میدان کارخانه نوآوری نیز باید تغییر هویت ایجادشده و پیاده محوری در این محدوده تقویت شود.

احداث 11 تقاطع در 11 ماه فراتر از انتظار بود

هم‌چنین سید مسعود ریاضی رئیس کمیسیون عمران، حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد در این نشست گفت: در این دوره فعالیت‌های عمرانی با شتاب و قدرت خوبی پیش می‌رود و ظرف 20 ماه 11 تقاطع غیر هم‌سطح احداث‌شده که فراتر از انتظار بوده است.
وی بابیان اینکه این اقدامات نقطه قوت تیم مدیریت شهری به شمار می‌رود، اظهار کرد: اما اگر از جنبه‌های دیگر پا به‌پای این موضوع حرکت نکنیم همین نقطه قوت تبدیل به نقطه آسیب خواهد شد و به ما انتقاد می‌شود که چرا شما در مطالعات ترافیکی سایر بخش‌های آن را رها کرده و فقط به احداث معبر و تقاطع تمرکز کرده‌اید.
ریاضی تصریح کرد: طبیعی است که باید اقدامات ترافیکی هم‌زمان پیش رود و اتفاقاتی که می‌افتد شکل یک نهضت داشته باشد، وقتی می‌گوییم نهضت پیاده‌روسازی باید به‌طور مثال مردم بتوانند 6 ماه بعد بخشی از اقدامات انجام‌شده را مردم به چشم ببینند.

ضرورت توجه به پیاده‌روسازی
وی اضافه کرد: اگر بخواهیم امضا مناسبی پای عملیات عظیم عمرانی که اکنون در شهر شاهد آن هستیم باشد، ناچار هستیم که به پیاده‌روسازی در زمان کوتاه باقی‌مانده توجه کنیم.
رئیس کمیسیون عمران، حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک شهرداری مشهد خاطرنشان کرد: ازاین‌رو اولویت‌بندی کردیم که در زمان باقی‌مانده چه میزان از پیاده‌روها را می‌توان بهسازی کرد و در این راستا چهار محور مدنظر قرار داده‌شده است.
وی ادامه داد: تردیدی نیست محور اصلی شهر مشهد حرم مطهر امام رضا (ع) است اما بعد از گذشت 1200 سال هنوز معابر تشرف به حرم مطهر کامل نیست، بر همین اساس چهار محور اصلی تشرف به حرم مطهر باید به‌عنوان اولویت باید به‌صورت آبرومند بهسازی و مناسب‌سازی شوند.

مناسب‌سازی محورهای گردشگری مشهد
ریاضی گفت: در کنار مسیرهای تشرف به حرم مطهر بهسازی و مناسب‌سازی محورهای گردشگری مشهد مانند بولوار وکیل‌آباد و کوه سنگی و همچنین معابر با درخواست سفر زیاد مانند خیابان سندباد و خیابان خیام نیز موردتوجه قرار گیرد.
وی افزود: در نهضت پیاده‌روسازی سعی کردیم تا به مناطق هم توجه شود که خوشبختانه طی چند سال گذشته بهسازی پیاده‌روها به‌ویژه در مناطق کم برخوردار به شکلی مناسب اجراشده است.
