حال و روز کادر درمان

موج دوم کرونا کلید واژهای که این روزها در رسانهها بسیار تکرار میشود و هر روز آمار رو به رشد جدیدی از تعداد مبتلان به گوش میرسد. این اخبار در کنار دادههای جدید از وضعیت قرمز بسیاری از شهرهای کشور نشان میدهد با تمام تدابیر و راهکارهای مقابلهای کماکان این ویروس منحوس مهمان ناخوانده ایران است. آنهم در شرایطی که فشارهای اقتصادی این پاندومی که حالا دراز مدت هم شده در کنار تحریمهایی که هر روز بر شدتشان افزوده میشود شرایط مبارزه و مقابله با این بیماری را برای ماها بسیار دشوارتر هم کردهاست. و هر روز شاهد این هستیم که جمعیت زیادی از مردم باید بین معیشت و به خطر افتادن جانشان یکی را انتخاب کنند. نتیجهاش میشود بازارهای نیمه تعطیل، رفت و آمدهای اجباری، کسادی بازارهای مختلف و به خطر افتادن جان هزاران انسان که مجبورند با وجود خطر ابتلا محیط امن خانه را رها کنند.
اما این اتفاق روی دیگری هم دارد. خرداد ماه بود که معاون درمان وزارت بهداشت دکتر قاسم جان بابایی در مراسم جشن نفس، گفت: « باعث افتخار است که در کشوری زندگی میکنیم که جامعه فرهیخته پزشکی، کادر درمانی همان کاری را انجام میدهند که جوانان ما در ابتدای انقلاب انجام دادند. باید توجه کرد که طی همین مدت که از بروز و شیوع کرونا در کشور گذشته است، بالغ بر ۱۰ هزار نفر از همکاران کادر درمانی ما به بیماری کرونا مبتلا شدهاند.» بالغ بر 10 هزار نفر تا خرداد ماه و این یعنی فرسودگی و خستگی کادر درمان کشور، که در خط مقدم مبارزه با این پاندومی در حال مبارزه هستند و متاسفانه هرچقدر حضور این ویروس با این حجم بالای مبتلا در روزهای اخیر ادامه یابد فرسودگی خط مقدم مبارزه را افزایش میدهد.
علیرضا زالی فرمانده ستاد مقابله با کرونای استان تهران نیز چندی پیش هشدار داد :« کادر درمانی خسته شدهاند و دارند توانشان را از دست میدهند و دچار کاهش ظرفیتهای انگیزشی و توانمندی شدهاند از سوی دیگر خودشان هم در معرض خطر هستند.» او در ادامه برای مثال تنها به یک بیمارستان اشاره کرد و گفت: «تنها در یک بیمارستان عمومی که مراجعان زیادی دارد در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران نزدیک به ۱۰۰ نفر در روز پنجشنبه نیاز به مرخصی استعلاجی داشتهاند.» این تنها قسمت کوچکی از آمار مبتلا شدگان کادر درمان کشور است که متاسفانه این روزها که دوباره آمارهای مبتلایان رو به افزایش است یقینا افزایش پیدا کرده و اگر سرچ کوتاهی داشته باشید شاهد آمار بالای ابتلای کادر درمان و حتی شهادت این عزیزان خواهید بود. اما در این مقال کوتاه قرارست به وجه دیگری بپردازیم.

معاون درمان وزارت بهداشت در بخشی از صحبتهایش در همان مراسم به نکتهای کلیدی اشاره کرد. او گفت: در سختترین شرایطی که همکاران ما و کادر درمانی میدانستند که احتمال ابتلا به کرونا بالاست، اما از هیچ کوششی برای بیماران کرونایی کوتاهی نکردند و این ۱۰ هزار ابتلا به کرونا در کادر درمانی که تعدادی از آنها هم به شهادت رسیدند، نشان میدهد که جامعه ما جامعهای بسیار از خودگذشته است و فکر میکنم که همه دولت و حاکمیت باید قدردان این مردم باشند. زیرا این مردم هستند که هر زمان که ما به سمتشان رفتیم، توانستند با موفقیت هر بحرانی را جمع کنند. من به عنوان مسئول درمان کشور میگویم که وقتی در روزهای ابتدایی کرونا، وضعیت بیمارستانها را میدیدم واقعا فکر میکردم که چگونه این وضعیت را جمع کنیم، اما زمانی که دیدم که همه مردم برای کمک به صحنه مقابله با کرونا آمدند، از جوانی که نذر کرده بود که در بیمارستان کار خدماتی انجام دهد تا کادر پزشکی ما و افراد خیری که به هر شکل ممکن کمک میکردند، مطمئن شدم که ما از پس کرونا به لطف خدا برمیآییم.»
اگر کمی حوصله به خرج دهید و سراغ پیجهای شخصی خودتان در فضای مجازی بروید و پستهای چهار یا پنج ماه گذشته را مرور کنید حتما یک پست حمایتی از کادر درمان پیدا میکنید حتما به هشتکهای قهرمان من خواهید رسید. درست حدود همان تاریخها بود که در اوج موج اول این پاندومی موجی از احساسات و کمکهای مردمی روانه چهرههای خسته پرستان و پزشکان درگیر با این بیماری میشد و هر روز کمپینی جدیدی برای ایجاد انگیزه این عزیزان شکل میگرفت از سوی دیگر به نقل از مدیر یکی از بیمارستانهای درگیر این پاندومی که اذعان داشت: «میزان کمکهای خیزین قابل وصف نیست و باور کنید وسیلهای که ما ماهها برای تهیهاش مشکل داشتیم با یک درخواست کمتر از یک روز به همت خود خیرین تهیه میشود.» و اما حالا با حدود گذشت چندین ماه هنوز درگیر این پاندومی هستیم و نکته تلخش اینجاست کادر درمان با تمام محدودیتها و سختیهای مبارزه با این بیماری همزمان درگیر معضل جدیدی هم شدهاست. ابتلا و از دست دادن بخشی از نیروها در کنار فرسودگی و خستگی نیروهای کادر درمان شرایط را برای آنها سختتر از گذشته نیز کردهاست. و از سوی دیگر شاید این احساس برایش ایجاد شده که جامعه فراموشش کرده و درست شبیه بسیاری از کمپینها و اتفاقات هیجانی دیگر خیلی زود تاریخ انقضایش رسیدهاست.
شرایط اقتصادی جامعه در این روزهای پرتنش بار مضاعفی بر روی دوش تکتک اعضای جامعه گذاشته اما جامعه ایرانی نشان داده فارغ از تمام نگاههای سیاسی همیشه در نقاط عطف پررنگ حضور داشتهاست. شرایط این روزهای کادر درمان نیاز به پمپاژ انرژی مثبت تکتک اعضای این جامعه دارد. نیروهای درمانی ما در خط مقدم با وجود تمام مشکلات شخصی، اقتصادی و احتمال بالای ابتلا به بیماری در حال جنگیدن هستند. نگذاریم خط اول مقابله فرسوده شود. نگذاریم احساس کنند در لابهلای تمام خبرها و اتفاقات فراموش شدند.
