و دوباره شب چهارشنبه آخر سال از راه رسید. چهارشنبه سوری یکی از آداب سنتی ایرانیان است که در شب آخرین چهارشنبه سال برگزار می‌شود. ایرانیان در شب آخرین چهارشنبه سال با روشن کردن آتش و پریدن از روی آن به استقبال بهار می‌روند.

این جشن کهن ایرانی چندسالی است که مخاطرات فراوانی را در کشور ما به همراه خود دارد و موجب آسیب‌های جبران ناپذیری به بسیاری از افراد می‌شود که هر ساله در شب چهارشنبه سوری زحمت پرسنل درمان کشور برای درمان و ارائه خدمات به مصدومین بیشتر می‌شود.

ولی امسال با توجه به شرایط خاص و ویژه‌ای که برای جامعه جهانی و بخصوص در کشور عزیزمان ایران بوجود آمده است، و ویروس کرونا شیوع گسترده‌ای پیدا کرده است، حس و حال جشن چهارشنبه سوری و برگزاری آیین های گروهی این جشن باستانی ایران زمین نیز تحت شاع قرار گرفته است. حتما شما هم این مدت چه در شبکه‌های اجتماعی و چه در رسانه‌های صوتی و تصویری با توصیه‌ها و کمپین‌های عدم حضور در اجتماع و ترجیحا حضور درخانه رو به رو شده‌اید. از همین رو امسال انتظار می‌رود ماهیت جمعی – گروهی چهارشنبه سوری برای حفظ سلامتی خانواده و هموطنان عزیزمان لغو شوند و تا جای ممکن آیین‌های آن تنها با حضور افراد خانواده در کنار هم برگزار گردد.

در این خصوص محمد رضوانی، متخصص بیماری‌های پوست در خصوص ارتباط سوختگی و کرونا می‌گوید: ویروس کرونا از طریق زخم‌های پوستی انتقال نمی‌یابد، شایع‌ترین راه انتقال ویروس کرونا از طریق تنفسی است که به شدت مسری محسوب می‌شود.

ویروس کرونا از طریق ذرات تنفسی انتقال پیدا می‌کند که بیشتر از طریق عطسه و سرفه و نزدیکی تماس با افراد مبتلا این اتفاق می‌افتد.

اگر کسی چهارشنبه سوری یک نفری اجرا کند مشکلی ندارد، اما معمولا، چون چهارشنبه سوری بهانه‌ای برای دور هم جمع شدن و وقت بیشتری را در کنار عزیزانمان سپری کردن است، باعث شیوع بیشتر ویروس کرونا می‌شود.

در حال حاضر ما پدیده جدیدی به نام ویروس کرونا مواجه هستیم که دردناک بودن شیوع این ویروس ناشناخته نیز طبیعی است چرا که این ویروس هرروزه جان هزاران نفر را در سراسر جهان می‌گیرد.

حال در این شرایط نقش ما به عنوان یک انسان انتخاب درد و تبدیل آن به رنج است یا خیر؟

عواملی که سبب می‌شود این درد تبدیل به رنج شود شامل موارد زیر است:

عدم رعایت و توجه به نظرات متخصصان، حضور در مکان‌های پر تردد و دارای ازدحام که احتمال شیوع وجود دارد، اضطراب و تشویش بیش از حد که سبب ایجاد وسواس گردد.

چهارشنبه ‌سوری متفاوت

از طرفی این روزها با یک اتفاق و آیین سنتی که هر ساله در کشورمان برگزار می‌شود مواجه هستیم که در صورت طبیعی بسیار زیبا و دوست داشتنی است و حال سوال اساسی این است که چه اقداماتی باید انجام داد که در زمان پیک کرونا درد این ویروس را با برگزاری آیین هر ساله  چهارشنبه‌سوری به رنج تبدیل نکنیم.

برگزاری چهارشنبه‌سوری به صورت دسته جمعی یک کار پر خطر بوده و امکان شیوع این بیماری در زمان برگزاری جشن وجود دارد.

چه خوب است اگر امسال هر خانواده‌ای با حفظ حریم خصوصی خود و دیگران این  آیین سنتی را انجام داده و یا به احترام از دست دادگان کرونا هرخانواده یک شمع به صورت نمادین برای ادای احترام به نزدیکان فوت شدگان روشن کند.
